My entire family and I have been longtime patients of this practice, and we have always had a great experience. Recently, I had a sleep study and saw Ashley Smith, APRN--she was fantastic! She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. Ashley is also incredibly responsive, always replying to my portal messages in a timely manner. If Ashley isn't available, I have also seen Nina, who is SO kind and knowledgeable, and Jarvis, for sleep, who is great too! I did have to wait a little longer to see him, but hey--who doesn't wait at a doctor's office? The place was packed, which speaks to how much patients trust them. The practice itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and accommodating. Elber was the best sleep tech he made me feel relaxed and comfortable to sleep in a strange place. One of the things I love about this office is is how much they offer in one place--they have an in-office lab, a sleep center, and even a gastro doctor, who is just the sweetest! While they've had some minor challenges transitioning from Village to Priority, they continue to put their patients first. Came for a consultation a month ago waited an hour and 15 minutes after my given appointment time. Back for my follow up and now approaching another over hour wait PAST my given appointment time. And of course this place charges YOU for being late or missed appointments. Would be great if they didn't triple book and waste peoples time. I am a patient of Dr Olsen I have this visited this office a few times and they always let you wait in a room over an hour every visit when I finally got attended to I did not one but 2 sleep study test overnight in his office they never had the decency to reach out with my results so I can get the must needed sleep apnea machine I am thinking after the second visit and not hearing from them for over a month my sleep apnea machine will be on his way but I was wrong I call them I they told me I should have reach out to them for results witch I find crazy long story short I am not able to get another appointment right now because I am in the process of switching insurance and I am not sure if my new insurance will cover the cost they are so disorganized read more

Amazing doctors-I've had amazing experiences with multiple providers but their customer experience for getting through on their phone lines to make and reschedule appointments or to get someone to respond on the patient portal is GARBAGE. I hate to write this review but they've been saying they are working on their phone systems for months. No-it's not enough staff to answer the phone. If you have patience for a poor appointment experience, then the doctors are worth it but if you don't, I would go elsewhere. read more

I had a sleep study with z e e b a about a month ago. I was impressed and getting a speedy appointment, the thorough medical background check, the cleanliness of the office. On the evening of the test, I was walking by a very professional technician. The bed was a queen size with nice sheets. My request for a blanket was no problem. I am sitting here with a Dr telling me I have sleep apnea and I need a sleep study so I can get something to help me. I was taken advantage of by Zeeba so they could get paid and leave me still untreated. I was in for a sleep study. I was told I would be prescribed a cpap. I had to pay to meet my deductible for all the medical studies I had been doing. My deductible had been met. They waited until after the first of January to send my prescription over to the pharmacy. I was then told I would need to meet a new deductible year in order to get the machine. I didn't have the money and am still just sitting here wondering how they can get away with doing this. Now that I have to go throuh the process again I will call the insurance and have them investigate this practice. read more

Diagnosed me with mild sleep apnea after a Mickey Mouse at home test. While I am thankful for that, my symptoms are anything but mild. Follow ups were a waste of time, literally see you for five minutes say the data looks good and see you off even if you say you're still tired. That could have been a phone call. When I asked for an on-site sleep study I was met with resistance. "You're just gonna confirm what you already got". WHAT??? What if I'm dying? My sinuses burn and I wake up scared and agitated. I just wanted to be properly assessed. As a sleep deprived person it's hard conveying how you're really feeling and explaining can be hard. These people from the start seem like they don't care and they claim to specialize in the treatment of a life threatening condition. I felt like the most incompetent Walmart cashier would have taken me more seriously and helped me out better. read more

I used zeeba about a year ago for a sleep study. I have had several over the years but this is the first one there were no attempts to find out which mask or pressure levels were going to be necessary. I was attached to some wires but nothing that produced any results. I have dealt with Cpap for 25 years. The "practioner" asked me what level I had been using rather than finding out what I needed. I wanted to see them this month for advice on which level of pressure would work better . I made an appointment for 5 weeks later and showed up early and waited one hour past my appointed time before I left without seeing anyone. I found the receptionists to be totally unprofessional as I waited. If I could wait 5 weeks the least they could do is be respectful of my time. As I read the reviews I noticed the good ones were 3 to6 years ago but most bad ones were more recent. I believe that speaks to a staff change or business model change . I would encourage others to find different sleep centers that actually have an interest in helping people. read more

No parking. The parking area is small. I had to park two buildings away. Got there early for my appointment because they said to come 15 minutes early. I was early. I stood in line behind a lady that was looking pissed. I understood how she felt after waiting over 30 minutes and still no one came to the reception area. I left. Waste of time and gas. I called them when I got home and explained to the guy that answered the phone and he goes, so you want to reschedule? WTF. Did you not hear what I just said? No apology. Nope not coming back. I had a 10:30 appointment and was not called until 11:10. The I was brought back to another room where I was asked some questions and then waited another 35 minutes. After waiting a total of 75 minutes I had had enough. I don't know many people that are currently working that can wait 75 minutes for a doctor. I know I can't. Update: Next day, still hadn't received a call from Zeeba. I call - rather, I had someone else call and ask for a manager because the staff already knows my number. Shanaz, the person I left a message for the prior day, answered right away. I asked her whether she listened to my voicemail from the prior day and she was honest - no, she hadn't. Ugh. I went through some of what I wrote previously. She did apologize, and said oh yes, the Dr did get the prescription updated, but no one sent it to where it needed to go. Nor did anyone call me back to tell me what the doctor had said. She had no good reason as to why no one called me. Crazy. Shanaz took responsibility for it and she said she would send the updated prescription right away, and that I should check with that company in about 30 minutes to make sure they got the update. At least Shanaz was nice about this and she apologized. I went through more of what happened and she genuinely seemed concerned. I asked her what she was going to do about all of this drama and challenges I faced. Shanaz said she would address with the staff. I said I hope you have the call recordings of this and you will see how horrible Sid was to me. Anyway, my 1 star still stands and I will never go back to this office, nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. I will also let my insurance company know how they treat patients. Shanaz was the only bright spot in a sea of darkness. Worst Customer Serice... EVER! I called needed an adjustment on a cpap. Person said they would relay the message to the Dr and call me back. I asked how long did they think? Oh it shouldn't be long was the response. Waited 3 hours and called them back. Yes, the Dr answered message and needed another piece of info. Wondered why they didn't call me and ask me, but I moved past that. I answered their question and I asked again, when should I hear back? Response: Dr sees patients until 4 pm, so it won't be until then. Again, wondered why the first person didn't tell me that. Again, whatever. I further asked if I don't hear back, when should I call the office again? Response: After 4. Perfect. No one called, so around 415, I called back, looking for an update. They Told me the dr hadn't responded to the message... and that it normally takes up to 24 hours to respond. Ok this is where I got upset. I asked the person why the others in the office couldn't have just said it may take 24 hours? Her response: Well, i don't know about others, but I have lots of experience. ??? I was loud, and probably sounded like a crazy person, and I spilled all that with her. She asked, not sure what else I can do, other than set the 24 hour expectation with me. I said fine and she hung up on me. I was trying to ask her one more question and she hung up on me! Ok, so now I'm mad. I call back, Sid answers, and I ask for anyone in charge because I have an issue. She cold transfers me to a Supervisor who doesn't answer. I don't leave a message, so I call back again. Sid answers again. I say, look, you cold transfered me to a supervisor who wasn't even there. Who is that person's boss? Get me in touch with someone. She responds with You asked me to transfer you to someone in charge and I did. It's not my fault that she wasn't there. She didnt' even address my question about who the person's boss is! Just that I was somehow at fault for her ineptness! She kept pressing, getting more and more argumentative, not listening to anything I say, interrupting me. Then she HUNG UP on me! I call back, she answers. Same rhetoric. Wouldn't listen to anytihngn I had to say, and even berating me that I was being an abusive customer. I lowered my voice, said, look, transfer me to anyone that can address my issue. She said, you already went to her, but you didn't want to leave a message. I said, look, i'm asking you to -- and she interrupted me again! Saying she didn't appreaciate my attitude or something along those lines. She finally transfered me to the same voicemail I got before and I left her a message asking for her to call me. 30 minutes later, still no call and office is closed. The take-home test was a joke from the beginning, and the doctor didn't even want to spend a minute to interpret the result. Basically, regardless of the sleep test results, he will refer you to some random CPAP machine sales guy to get some commission out of it. The doctors here were very good, especially the doctor physician assistant. Helpful and attentive. The problem I had was with the front desk. The girl who answers the phone is VERY rude and disrespectful. They don't listen to you and blame the patients for the mistakes they do. Won't be returning there at all due to their unprofessionalism. Wasted my time here and will have to be seen somewhere else figure out what's happening to me. I called in about 10am & they said they could see me @ 345. I got there @ 338, checked & paid my co-pay. Then waited for 45 min while watching 5 people be called in before me that showed up after me. I was not happy. So I asked the front desk if I got skipped? She said no. Ok. I waited another 5 min & got called back. Once in the room it took the Dr another 15 min to show. This was only after he was chatting up a buddy? Then when we were done he went right bball to his buddy to talk about a you tube video. Really just awful. Miss cat eyes spends so much effort on eye shadow and not a bit on customers. Booked my appointment for the wrong day, screwed everything up. When I mentioned that to her, I got a "yeah, so". Not even a sorry. Every time I've been there the doctor has finally gotten to me at least one hour after my appointment. I'm there on my lunch break, I can't take 3 hours off from work for a doctors appointment, which they require five of in a 4 week span. I've visited this clinic a total of 5 times (3 provider visits and 2 sleep studies). My experience has been excellent. 1. The gals working the front desk at check-in and check-out are very friendly. 2. They are incredibly punctual. I never have to wait in the lobby long. 3. The providers (Jarvis and Dr Molin) took their time talking to me about my results and ensuring I knew the next steps. 4. The sleep tech (Josh) knows his stuff and made me feel welcome at both of my sleep studies. He was friendly and made me less nervous. The sleep study rooms are nice. Josh made sure I understood what was happening. God knows he has my respect for being a master of the wires they have to use to perform the study. 5. Contrary to other reviews, I had no trouble locating the office or finding parking space (GPS is an amazing tool). 6. They are fast reviewing the results so you don't have to wait long. 7. Special shoutout to the very nice brunette working the checkout desk. I always mean to ask her name. She's so friendly and seems to care about who she speaks with. Overall I am very pleased with this office. Sleep apnea is no joke and they should feel a true sense of pride that they are helping people overcome such a serious, life-changing condition. I have always suffered with extreme tiredness during every day for my entire life. I had received various suggestions as to why, not enough sleep, too much sleep, sleep apnea, the list goes on and on. It wasn't until I visited Dr. Molin at the Zeeba Sleep Center that he told me he thought I may have Narcolepsy. I was astounded at this presumptive diagnosis as it was not something I had ever been presented with before. But, after going over the symptoms, it seemed like a plausible answer. I went through the sleep study and received my confirmed diagnosis of Narcolepsy without Cataplexy. The relief of finally having an answer after 28 years was incredible. I was put on a stimulant which has completely turned my life around. There are still always days where the extreme tiredness overcomes me, but I would say my life has improved by 95%. In addition to Dr. Molin's relieving diagnosis, I also enjoy that I feel that my problems are heard. I know that if I have an issue with any medication or side effect it will be taken seriously and not brushed off. I have had experiences with Dr. Molin, Dr. Lehrner, Jeremiah (sleep study technician), and many of the other staff at this office. I have not once had a bad experience and everyone seems to truly love their work. I highly recommend this office if you are in need of help for sleep problems or even just looking for a general practitioner. read more

Just completed my very 1st sleep study at Zebra Sleep, didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Arrived at 10:30pm and felt safe and secure. The staff was professional, courteous and informative, made me very comfortable and answered all my questions. And the best part were the beds, more comfortable than my own. read more

I had a difficult time finding the location so I was about 5 minutes late for my 8:15am appt. I called at 8:10 to let them know I was having difficulty finding it. When I arrived I signed in and made sure it was ok that I was late and they told me it was no problem. After filling out all of the paperwork, much of which was extremely redundant, I was called back. I was weighed and my height taken and was guided to a small room. The young lady helping me entered a lot of the data I had just filled out into a computer in the small room and left at 8:55 and said that the Doctor would be in momentarily. Over the next 30 minutes I heard lots of conversations outside the door including a big todo about what everyone wants from Starbucks. What I never got was a meeting with the Doctor or anyone to discuss actually doing a sleep study. I respect others time which is why I called as soon as I knew I would be even a few minutes late. I do not expect to, nor am I willing to, wait greater than 30 minutes when an appointment has been set. There is no need to treat patients time with the utter disrespect that Zeeba does. There is no benefit to the Center to have patients waiting while the staff and Doctors kibitz. I will find another option. read more

Super long wait for appointment to begin, every time. Does no good to arrive on time. Had to make repeated phone calls to get office staff to submit requests to insurance, follow up on status, resubmit request to insurance and equipment providers, etc. NEVER ONCE did anyone contact me to let me know status, even after repeated requests. NEVER felt like anyone there cared. Described situation to PA Jarvis and he said I was welcome to take my business elsewhere. So I did. read more

I think the doctors and staff are kind and well-intentioned, but their methods may not suit everyone. I had serious insomnia, as in a complete inability to sleep for many months. I made it clear to doctor that I can't sleep at all and have anxiety through the roof. So I questioned how a sleep study could work for me if I can't even fall asleep at home? But they insisted I try and I really did try! So there I go, parking in a dark office complex, put into a little room with wires attached to me, a camera blinking at me, and the closest bathroom thirty feet down the hall. And surprise! I couldn't sleep. Finally in the middle of the night I got so upset that I drove home. And the technician said to keep my follow-up with the doctor and maybe he would give me a sleeping pill "next time"? Why didn't they listen to me the first time? read more

I FINALLY had a sleep study done after my Wife complained of a high volume rumble I made when I slept (she snores a little too) but Dr. Molin told me that it really was time to get it done, for my well being not just $$$. The techs were so nice, Josh helped me and conversed with me to make it easy to sleep with the equipment on. I had brought my own pillow and got into the very clean and fresh bed, got to sleep about 1145pm the testing was done at 530 or so. about a week later my results were in and I was pausing my breathing while I slept. Went back and had another one done with a C-Pap machine on, results were great, I use the C-Pap that my Insurance paid every night, I feel better and no snoring going on, follow ups are not so frequent and the machine has a Memory Card so it can be read right there in the Doc's office. I am compliant and better for it. read more

I give this place one star because of the following experiences I have had and my adult daughter has had. This place has some rude office staff repeatedly over the phone, they are quick to say no and hang up on you without listening or offering assistance, YOU don't get notified of test results, you have to be seen for the results when they could call you unless YOU request results mailed to you, YOU have to stay on top of your health results and testing. The music in the background on the phone line is loud and trying to hear the options is difficult. You leave a call back number and they often don't call you back. Now once you are in there the office staff are kind of course. Over the phone you don't get their name to complain about them. How convenient is that? I have mentioned this to the doctors before. There are two doctors there the nurse practitioner and the man who also does the sleep studies, they are very nice and professionL. The facility is clean. I had to get a study done per DOT and my deductible is high but put me on a payment plan that is realistic and fair. The staff is amazing. When I got there for my sleep study, in was nervous. I've never had this done before. The staff recognized that and made me comfortable and we laughed but they stayed professional. Over the phone and in person... That staff is wonderful. read more

The staff is horrible! They are super unprofessional, lazy & very rude. My husband was supposed to get a CPAP over two months now and every time we call they either don't answer or say they're going to call back and keep saying that they're waiting for insurance to see if it's covered it does not take that long! Then I asked for an update and they were like here's the number so you can call, I'm sorry is that not your job? I've worked at plenty of offices as front desk and that is NOT how you treat clients. This place will rip you off if you are not careful. I went in for a sleep study after a referral for a study from my primary care provider. He had already said I needed a study, but the sleep center had their own doctor meet with me to say the exact same thing, only they got to charge an extra $300 for that. Then when I showed up for the study, they wanted another $400 out of pocket, which they did not notify me about before I came in for the study. When I refused and asked if there was another method, only then did they inform me I could do the study at home and it would be $150 instead. I went to another place that did not need a special consultation beforehand and did not try to rip me off with something I didn't need. read more
