This is my second review I'm posting for Dr. Bhatia because she deserves it! I just got back from…read moretaking my mom to her appointment with Dr. Bhatia and had another amazing experience. Her assistant Robert no longer works there, so Dr. Bhatia did all the testing herself, with my mom. She is so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and quick! The last time my mom had these test done it took almost double the time. Dr. Bhatia got my mom through all her tests with ease all while congratulating her on her improvements with her lungs and breathing. I have been dealing with my mom's breathing problems for many years. Every doctor we have went to gives my mom an inhaler and tells her that it's only gonna get worse with age. Dr. Bhatia has never said that once. She is encouraging, answers every single question we have, tells my mom she's proud of the improvements she's made and does it all with a smile. This appointment the entire office ran so, so smoothly and in less than half the time it took with my mom's last appointment with Dr. Bhatia assistant. I'm sure it's more work for Dr. Bhatia to do everything herself, but honestly, we were so happy with having her complete everything from start to finish. Please, if you are wondering if this is a good place to go for yourself or a family member, DO NOT HESITATE! You will not be disappointed! It is so incredibly hard to find a decent doctor let alone a wonderful doctor. Dr. Bhatia is beyond wonderful! Thank you Dr. Bhatia for all you do for my mom! My mom will FOREVER be your patient! See you in 6 months :)

It's usually that the staff can't get along with each other, it's not the doctors fault. Dr. Bhatia is an excellent doctor she is compassionate and really cares about her patients. You can see she has so many 5 star reviews which should tell you she is an excellent doctor. There are very few doctors in the Las Vegas area that have that many 5 star Reviews. So as long as the doctor is still there that's all that should matter.

First of all, DO NOT GO HERE! For context, I lived on the…read moreEast Coast for 35 years and NEVER experienced the level of unprofessionalism at doctors offices that I've experienced since I moved back here to Las Vegas. My experience was pretty much the same as other reviewers. Specifically, rude and unhelpful office staff. Also, the doctor was okay but not worth putting up with the despicable treatment from the front office staff to waste my time coming back to see. I had been to the office once and had gotten there early. At my second appointment, I arrived seven minutes late. I had been caught up in traffic with heavy roadwork. I was not intentionally late and had given myself the normal amount of extra time to get there. It was not my fault but I was treated like it was. When the girl at the desk informed me of the late arrival policy and she turned me away, I was shocked, as she pointed to a notice which was taped on the glass separating me from her. It said something to the effect of... late arrivals will not be seen. I informed her that I had not seen that notice when I was at my last appointment and that there was nothing on the website specifying any such policy. She just looked at me with a blank stare. I left there FUMING, swearing to never go back. Then a month or so later, to my utter amazement, I received a bill for the appointment I was turned away from. I then called my insurance company and reported these people and was assured that they were not about to pay for an appointment that I showed up for and was then denied. So, remember to always inform your insurance company if a doctors office tries to pull a fast one on you like these guys did to me. This is the worst business I've ever dealt with. These people obviously don't know how to run a business and should not BE in business. I've got some serious issues going on between my heart and lungs and I can't afford to be jerked around. Fortunately, my kids live in L.A. so I've decided to see specialists in that area. It's a slight hassle but well worth it to get the level of care that I can't seem to find here which actually also includes COMMUNICATING with the doctors office. As I said before, DO NOT GO HERE.

Our initial contact with the intake staff at the front desk of the clinic was a little terse, I suppose she deals with a variety of individuals but she warmed up to us before we departed the clinic. As requested, we had taken time to fill-out all the medical history and pre-visit paperwork but none of that was on-file and we had to repeat the process, which was time consuming and frustrating. Having said that the intake technician was very helpful, understanding and professional. Overall, the team at Pulmonary Associates are exceptional, Dr. Stewart's PA is such a great person, she listens, ask important questions and made you feel very comfortable. Dr. Stewart is absolutely the best of the best, his experience was evident during the examination. He immediately puts you at ease and has not only a professional approach to your healthcare but clearly cares about his patients. There is major construction on the street in front of the clinic, confusing and difficult to see the clinic, you should give yourself a little extra time to find the clinic and park. Additionally, the waiting room is small, folks with a variety of respiratory issues, I will wear a mask for my next visit. The next test will be the follow-up on the CPAP supplies, while my experience with CPAP suppliers has not been good in the past I am hoping the company recommended will be the exception to my past experiences.

The morbidly obese physician made me question his own health and selfcare. He answered my own questions and was truly pleasant. He sent me to an area hospital for a specific breathing exam. At that hospital, I was informed that particular exam had not been performed since the mid-1980s. I did not return to the practice again, and now all but one of the PAs throughout Las Vegas and Henderson have been closed since prior to the Covid Pandemic.
