Service is great !Pizza rolls. Wings and calzones are my favorite selections. Also, great beer on tap - pitcher or glass!

The atmosphere is very warm and nice. Food was outstanding and we enjoyed the singing going on. I wish the chairs were a little more comfortable and would enjoy some unsweetened tea!! read more

The Slice My family and another family came to dine on a Friday right at opening (4 adults and 4 children). There were at least 10 employees present throughout our dinning experience and two other single family party's dinning. This is the sadly was the worst dining experience I have ever had. We were looking forward to trying this restaurant since they moved locations and had more space for dine in options. Unfortunately we were met with disappointment after disappointment. When we came in the door someone asked how many and sat us but did not provide any menus, napkins, nothing and walked away. When we finally received menus 50% of the items on the menu were crossed out with a permeant marker.....to include all large pizzas. Then a supervisors saw one of us glancing at the beers on tap because no one had spoken to us and the beers were not listed on the menu and asked one person in our party what he would like from across the bar; ignoring the rest of the party's orders. We then ordered two appetizers and waited approximately 10 minutes before we gave a waitress our dinner order. While waiting for our apps the pizzas slowly started coming. I asked the waitress about our apps and she stated that the way "they" do things is just when orders come in so they had a lot of to go orders. I then questioned that we put in app orders well before pizza orders so how could they possible be after pizza? She never answered my questions. When I asked to speak to a supervisor a gentleman came to the table and I explained I wanted to make sure all of our order was put in. Twice he assured me it had been put in and he would comp us the one app!! Then out came a pizza that we did not order and still missing an app. I asked a passing waitress (who was not ours) if we were going to get our other pizza. She said let me check and walked behind the counter. She then walked back by us without speaking. I spoke up to her and she waved her hand and said they are checking as she continued to walk. I went to the counter to explain what we were still missing and the supervisor walked away from me as I was talking saying "oh that's the one"! He came back to the table and asked us if we liked cannolis. He then said "I'm gonna give y'all some in case you wanna try them". At no point did our waitress or the supervisor apologize for the mess up. In fact on multiple occasions several staff were behind the counter staring at us, talking, and laughing. This lead me to believe they were talking about our complaints in a malicious way. The last pizza came out after we asked for the Togo boxes and checks. Also while there we witnessed cooks wearing gloves then grabbing pens to write orders on boxes and not changing gloves before grabbing toppings and pizzas again. We overall liked the flavor of the pizza but the grossly neglect customer service means we will never come back to dine in or out here. Very sad when what appeared to be the owner engaged with us on their Facebook post about how excited we were to come try the pizza. read more

Surprisingly delish pizza and great service in small town Hahaira! We live 40 miles away and came to town for fresh flowers and plants and decided we were in the mood for pizza...truly didn't expect a pizza to be this good. Great crust and ingredients. Our waitress was quick and attentive. We'll go back, even if it's to pick up and carry home. . . that brick oven difference cannot be denied! read more

When The Slice was next to my husband's job we got take out ALL the time. I can't believe it's almost taken us a year to try the new sit down location Downtown Hahira. The food & service has ALWAYS has been AMAZING! But let me tell you that Brick Oven is a game changer. We shared the Caprese Salad & Hawaiian Pizza which were DELICIOUS! Everything was so fresh. Our server was very friendly and provided excellent service. We were so full we forget to cannolis. I'm not going to lie I do miss Estel (the owner) bringing over new flavors of cannolis to try when he was next door...lol But truly we love the new location, atmosphere, of course food and addition to Downtown Hahira! Yes we will be stopping by often to grab some dinner either dine in or takeout! read more

My family tried this restaurant last night and it was definitely worth it. So tasty! You can taste all the fresh ingredients! I had the feta spinach chicken and this is the best place we've had. The guy who worked there kept the place open for us to pick up. Gave us a coupon for pepperoni rolls. This place is definitely worth a chance, you can on't regret it! Delicious pizza. We had the Biance' with added sausage and mushrooms. I was hesitant to go after they moved because I have not had good results from pizza places that use that type of oven. It seems as if I always get burned edges, but not here! The crust was perfectly cooked with no burnt edges. Will definitely order from them again. I live in Creekside West Subdivision in Hahira, Ga. This particular delivery driver apparently has no respect for the homeowners in my subdivision (gated community) He was speeding amd blew horn at my wife and failed right of way. I stopped and asked what he was doing and he said "chill bruh"! I called the store and reported the immature encounter and the co owner proceeded to defend the driver and had no care as of the disrespect this driver shown my neighborhood. Also, the driver made up a story saying my Wife blocked him in. FALSE! We have speed limits for a reason and apparently the '"pizza delivery boys" are exempt. This place and the owners are a joke, I don't recommend doing business here. Piza isn't good either. Always overcooked. read more

This was the first place we ate when we moved here. Ordered a pizza to go and ate it on the floor of our empty house. So good. Now three years later we ordered again (yes we have eaten there in the three years between) and this time we tried their new cannoli's. I have had a cannoli before and wasn't impressed but a cannoli from The Slice is something different altogether! The flavor! The richness! The yum! Quite a different dessert than you usually see around a small town. Way to go. Plus I have to add that the delivery driver was very polite and courteous. We were expecting it to take an hour like the website said and it was about 20 minutes early. I will definitely be bragging about my hometown's pizza to anyone. read more

Since I grew up in an city that made real Italian pizza, this is the best pizza I have found so far in the south. I had the Hawaiian pizza last night. It was delicious. I don't think I would like the sausage pizza that was also brought home. I am not sure why it was changed from crumbled sausage, it didn't look appetizing. read more

Was driving fast from Tennessee-heading home from a fast trip to take grandkids back to their parents...we are about 5 weeks in to the covid19 pandemic - and stay at home requests for 3 weeks. We didn't want fast food. I located The Slice PIZZERIA and ordered a gluten free pizza with veggies and sausage. It was amazing! We drove home and today I am eating leftovers. Great pizza!! I purchased an order of pepperoni rolls and they came just sitting in their pan of grease. I also purchased "homemade cinnamon rolls" and they were not good. They were barely dusted with cinnamon and they were also greasy and I didn't receive any cream cheese icing which was apart of the order in the process. Pizza is sub par. read more

Live in Hahira and did not feel like driving to Valdosta for pizza. Stopped and purchased pizza from this pizza place. Ordered at 1 pepperoni and a vegetable pizza. The pepperoni pizza was extremely greasy, and the vegetable was wet. Both of these pizzas were soggy. Not, good would not recommend. read more
