The food was really good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was very nice![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The waitress was very friendly. We went with a group of friends. It look about 34-45 minutes to get our food. There were lots of options for good prices. I would recommend!!!

12 oz. Boneless Ribeye Hawaiian Ribeye

Very good cuts of meat, so buttery soft and done exactly how asked (medium). [[HIGHLIGHT]]Perfect blend of classy and comfort, a great date night spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Waiter was a wonderful young man too, was friendly and attentive.

the food was spectacular and Amanda was very welcoming. the cocktails were lovely, the steak was perfect, [[HIGHLIGHT]]we couldn't imagine a better spot to celebrare our anniversary[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Thank you Jacks!

Smoked gouda grits, sad asparagus, and mushroom onion grilled chicken

Grilled asparagus? I think not. The ends are not even cut off making them inedible. The grits are fine, nothing special. Those are not caramelized onions. Will I be back, probably not.

Smothered pork chop, fries, and glazed carrots.

I was just passing through Valdosta for the night and it was the closest place that was open. The service was fantastic, but the food was less so. I had the stuffed pork chop, which was recommended by the server and it just was smothered in Velveeta? The french fries were good though. My brother had some baked fish which he said was fair. I ate about a quarter of the meal but was too tired and lazy to complain about it or send it back.

I get my burger to go which I ordered plain. 10 minutes down the road (I'm just passing through on long trip) and I take my first bite and there is a strong mustard flavor. I take off the bun and it's evident they had put ketchup and mustard on it then realized their mistake. Instead of making a fresh one they must have just scraped what they could off of it. Of course I can still see the mustard in the patty and bacon and it essentially ruined the burger for me as I hate mustard. Too far to go back so just a waste of $17 plus $2 tip that I added at register. Zero stars if I could leave it

Hiring Oompa Loompas might be better. 2 burgers, small fry, 2 drinks, cost 35 bucks, almost equivalent to having a steak dinner. Nothing special, it's a burger joint. Restaurant needed to be cleaned, but alas no Oompa Loompas to accomplish that here. Bun was soggy, fries were lukewarm. Yum...not. Plenty of choices around, the owner/franchisee should consider spending time here, especially in the evenings, he might actually make more money if the crew performed their jobs better and quicker.

From my first phone call with Mia to the moment we walked out the door, the service was exceptional. Managing a large group of hungry, hot, and thirsty athletes and parents isn't easy, but Mia handled it effortlessly. She stayed on top of everything with a smile and made sure no one was waiting for food, drinks, or anything else. She truly made our experience memorable. The food was just as impressive! I ordered the pork nachos, and they were incredible. My husband loved the ribs and mac & cheese. Around the table, the wings and grits were also huge favorites--but honestly, everyone raved about their meals. Not a single complaint from anyone in our group! The restaurant itself was spacious without being overly loud, making it easy for our large group to enjoy our meal together. Even the restrooms were spotless, and the sparkly countertops were such a fun touch. If you're traveling with a large group, definitely call ahead--and if you can, ask for Mia. She went above and beyond, and I can confidently say you won't be disappointed. We can't wait to come back!

We agreed it was one of the overall best meals we have had in a long time (and we eat out at many different places often). Try the soul rolls..and the ribs, pork chops...and ALL of it! We will definitely be back!

The lady at the order window was very nice and I agreed to wait. Drove around to the pay window and the young man there again explained the wait, during his explanation a lady, I guess a manager, wedged him out of the way and harshly told me that I needed to pay her and move my truck to Pump 6 and wait for my food there. During the next 15-20 minutes 30-40 cars got their food and drove off. Since it was breakfast time of day and most of your menu is biscuit related I can not understand how every one of those customers were served while I waited. Not a one of them were asked to wait. When the lady with bright red hair brought my food out, she handed it to me with a scowl and walked off. Food was correct, but cold like it had been sitting for a while and no accessory items for the biscuits and gravy or the breakfast in a cup.

So good! Delicious! Went there 3 times already, and all of my visits were amazing! Recommend 100%!…read moreLove to support local businesses, and service is always quick and amazing! Ambiance is nice too, as the seating outside provides a nice view!

Let me start with the good: this place looks like it knows what it's doing. The ambiance is simple,…read moretasteful, and well-designed--perfect for a cute dinner out. We were greeted with a smile the second we walked in, and our server was friendly and attentive the whole time. A+ for vibes and service. Now, the food... oof. We started with the appetizer special of the night, which, shockingly, was the best thing we had--and it was aggressively mid. Everything that followed? Two thumbs down. The peas I ordered as a side; I swear were marinated in red onion slivers for several decades. Even after picking out all the visible onion, (as shown in pictures) it still tasted like Shrek's bathwater. If I had ordered this on a first date, I would've just gone home to save us both the trauma of onion breath. There's no way a single person has ever eaten this dish and said, "Wow, that was delightful." I'd actually pay money to see the facial expressions of anyone taking a bite. My partner's mashed potatoes? So dry and dense I could've thrown them at a wall and they'd stick. Come back the next morning and they'd be holding up drywall. Not a single drop of moisture in sight. I asked for crushed red pepper for my flatbread (thinking maybe it could be saved). No - No pepper flakes. Apparently none of their flatbreads are allowed joy or spice. Even if they did have red pepper, I don't think it would've saved it. Best thing we had all night? My partner's chicken. And even that was dry. So, that says a lot. Final verdict: come here for a drink and a snack before going somewhere else for the actual meal. It's a great pregame spot, but if you're hungry-hungry, keep walking.
