Everything from the setup, appetizers offered to enhance the experience, instructor, information shared and ambiance were outstanding. We learned about Spanish and Portuguese wines and had the opportunity to taste many that were also for sale at the store. A little glass pipe for example is 9.99... where as a water bong is usually 35.... thats unheard off at a mall.. plus they got hookah flavors for 3.99 among other stuff. very reasonable price. and best of all they got LOTTERY with KENO. they got a table and some seats so you can sit scratch play keno and enjoy. there drinks and snacks are reasonably priced as well. The entire time I was waiting, the female staff with glasses just stared at me the whole time, and she wasn't even my cashier. She made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Eventually my friend came over and we both got our stuff and left. But I've been here a few times and the staff are always just passing by and staring at you.
