They don't answer their phone. I've tried for 3 months during the times they said they were open. I would have given them the thumbs up a couple of months back because i broke my back and couldn't walk or drive. (They delivered!) the owner was very pleasant and accommodating. Not a bad little shop, decent range of juices. I dont like how they store the juices, they squish the plunger when they store it higher then average gear prices. Shop keeper was quite and not really looking for a conversation. Again not a bad shop but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit. Edit: You can't sample juices per Salem city. No sampling. read more

This place sucked. The best part was the little dog running around. The man working didn't offer hardly any help and seemed to not give a damn. I'm new to vaping and would have liked some extra help, but I didn't even bother asking because of his attitude. The shelves were nearly empty of product and I wasn't offered much of a selection. WARNING! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP HERE! CRIMINALLY HIGH PRICES! I went into this store not knowing anything about vaping and hoping to get a nice kit to get me started. I ended up buying a Vaporesso Target 75VTC. Nice device. It was a little expensive at $120, but I bought it anyway. I looked it up online at home to see what accessories and such I could get for it. When I saw the price it was going for, I knew I had been completely RIPPED OFF. The MSRP is $84. Yes, $84. Most places were selling it for $69-$75. Vapor Outlet charged me $46 dollars more than the retail price. They are THIEVES and CON MEN! I should have done more research before shopping here. I don't mind paying MSRP, or even a little more, but $46 dollars more is simply criminal. Avoid this place at all costs. They will essentially steal your money. I have no idea how this shop stays in business. read more

This place is the best!!! I've been to several other vape shops ready to drop a couple hundred to get set up, only to be ignored in a cloud of smoke when trying to approach the counter. Vapor outlet is hands down the best vape shop in the area. I came in and told them I was just starting and looking to learn and look around. The owner and his son gave it to me straight, they showed me the cheaper mods up to the expensive ones and let me know the pros and cons of each. I finally settled on a more expensive beginner mod and they let me try it outside before buying. Their juice selection is huge and they even make their own. Super helpful and threw in some chargers on the house. It's only been a day but I still havnt reached for a cigarette. I HIGHLY recommend vapor outlet to anyone in New England especially if your looking to quit smoking. Nice shop, but these guys are never open, they say they're open from 11 to 9pm , I've been there three times where they were closed between 12 and 3pm, actually I think I caught their shop open twice only! when the owner was there, and today when I went over around 12:30pm the employee was on his way out the door, closing shop, he said he was late for his other job, it would of only took a min as I knew exactly what i wanted, I guess their main priority is not sales. read more
