The cashier was even helpful at first, showed me the selection they had in stock and even helped me make a selection. Up until here, GOLDEN!! I make it home, my girl unboxes her NEW pen and right out the gate you can hear some loose parts wigglin' around in there. I'm no engineer, but the rattle of parts never led to any good in my books... I get right back in my car and make it to the smoke shop only for the guy who had helped me earlier then tell me that he could not exchange the pen because the rattle of parts was not enough of a valid reason of exchange and since the box was open there was nothing he could do... So just make sure you shake the boxes whenever buying here. Imma just go elsewhere. Thanks for being blunt on how you run your business and sparing me of a waste of time in future visits! I went to this store to buy some Kratom. As soon as I entered the store I was met with contempt. I…read moreasked the guy if he had any cheap kratom and he tried to act like they were all the same price so I kept asking each individual price until I found one in my price range. After that I went to go pay for the product and it asked for a tip which I thought was weird since its not a service business. Anyways, I clicked no for tip on a product that cost $50. Next thing I know I see $106 flash on the screen. The store manager seem like he was going to say nothing. And as soon as I brought it up he got angry and said he could give me store credit like he didnt want to give it back. Eventually I got him to give me $58 dollars back which was the tip he tried to take, but not without him wanting to write down my Driver's license information and threatening to sue me if I reported it to the bank. I have a sneaking suspicions he does this to many of his customers where he is charging 100% tip or more. I ended up reporting his store to the Attorney generals office today so he will be getting a call from them soon. My best advice to you all is avoid this store. This clown is not honest, disrespectful and will try to rob you if you let him.

The concept of a store that appeals primarily to cigar enthusiasts and sexual deviants, while also catering to the nerd herd is a bizarre one indeed, but it also bridges many gaps in becoming simply another niche cigar joint that exudes sleaziness. This place may polarize passers by, and it certainly isn't a place where one might invite their right-wing, evangelical father to pal around with. Nonetheless, beneath the grime and leisure-suited, used car salesman mood of the store, this a great outlet to silently geek out with Star Trek memorabilia and dig through the heaps of pulpy Marvel or DC comics that seem to have accumulated an unnecessary amount of dust--if you are patient, you may strike a real catch over the expensive rates on comics at other stores. I have given the Red Lion Smoke Shop four stars, only due to the fact that the staff aren't the most friendly bunch, and they have, visibly maltreated a few customers who've never asked for the hassle.
