Stay away. First off, there are plenty of better tobacco shops just a few miles away in Winchester. If you're looking for anything cigar-related, this is not the place as it's mainly a cheap cigarette store. However, their stock notwithstanding, the owners and employees are some of the rudest people I've met. Upon receiving a gift from this shop (it was a cigar humidor), I decided that I needed something larger and wanted to return it. The guy working managed to mumble in-between taking bites of a pizza that I'd need to come back the next day so "somebody could authorize it." Upon showing up 24 hours later, a different man told me that I could return it, but only if his manager approved the return. Of course, he wasn't there. Nor was this mythical manager there the following day OR the fourth day. I finally resold the humidor to a 3rd party and cut my losses. What a lovely experience! read more

Complete disappointment! I called ahead to make sure they had a specific product b Before I drove all the way there. The girl on the phone assured me they had the product I was looking for. When I got there, I told the girl at the counter I was the one who just called and she nonchalantly replied that the product I was looking for was I'm the back of the store. I looked for about 5 minutes and told her I couldn't fimd them. She shrugged and said oh we probably don't have it then. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I wasted gas just to go to a place that their own employees habe nl idea what's in stock?! And didn't even care enough to check when I called 30minutes earlier? Never going back! read more

The Smoke Shop is a very convenient local store. The current manager and younger assistant are incredibly nice and helpful. The manager personally solved a problem I had with a product that would otherwise have taken weeks to resolve through different channels of replacement. She did this on her own time. Considering everything that is going on in the background, all I can say is "Wow! That's dedication!" Compared to a traditional tobacconist, The Smoke Shop stocks a much wider variety of products in general. In addition to cigarettes, snuff, chewing tobacco, loose leaf, et al., The Smoke shop has some beautiful Hookahs, a wide selection of cigarette and cigar rollers, dozens of different flavors of shisha (hookah tobacco), dozens of e-cigarette components, and cold drinks for thirst. The cigar and pipe tobacco selection isn't huge, but will work in a pinch. read more
