I'm at the Hard Rock in Hollywood Florida to gamble and I buy a cigar here that was terrible, it was completely plugged and impossible to draw from no matter how hard I pulled. I go back and show them whats happening and the girl who sold it apologizes and cuts the end larger which does nothing. The girl who sold it to me says sorry let me exchange it (she was actually nice and doing the right thing) and then one of the worst employees I have ever had the displeasure of encountering, Misty from Salt Lake City Utah, steps in and says she's in charge and sorry we can't exchange it you can buy a new one because my boss isn't here. I make it clear I'm not buying anything I just want the cigar exchanged and instead of behaving like a normal person and just exchanging a defective item she goes on a 20 minute power trip refusing to refund or exchange it. In the end her "boss" approved the exchange and apologized like any normal vendor should do. Suffice it to say I will NEVER visit this establishment again. Horrible customer service and I will be contacting the Seminole tribe about this as this business should not operate in their establishment.

The outside front patio was decent with wooden tables and chairs. The bartender was straight forward and professional but far from a firecracker personality. On weekend nights they have a live DJ playing tunes from a booth 10pm - 2am. They had a really cool backyard play area with that green astro turf, tons of chairs and tables with plenty of games for fun. I could see this area being a blast when busy. In addition, they had at the front of the bar stand up retro arcade games - Street Fighter II, Donkey Kong and Ms Pac -Man. Already knew I was not going to stay here long so I grabbed a quick cold bottle of beer for a reasonable price, left and onto the next bar. Very clean bathroom.
