[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute little shop that serves tea, pastries, and soft serve.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's not too far from home which is a perk. There's plenty of parking. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have two outdoor tables so I can sit with my dog outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] What first drew me in was their unique soft serve flavors. I tried the silk on my first visit. Excellent combination of asian fruits. My understanding is these are limited time, rotating flavors. Looking back on their social media made me sad of some of the flavors I've missed. I've tried their hojicha and matcha as well so far. Both were high quality drinks. Don't see hojicha often so wanted to try. I got with strawberry in both and less sweet than default. Never tasted like it lacked anything. I also tried the pistachio croissant. They can warm it up. Nice little treat but for the cost, once will be enough. Not to say I won't try another type of croissant. Price was same ballpark as some fancy bakery/cafes out here. At least there was a good amount of filling. Overall, service is quick and friendly. Will slowly explore the rest of their menu!

Oh my , if you are crazy about boba stop right here . They can make it sugarless but of course I want the sweetness. Great place to get a break and refresh your thirst .

My go to boba spot! The matcha series is such a hit!! My top 2 favorites are the matcha coconut water & black sesame matcha latte! $7.95 each but so worth every penny! I also love the Dubai sundae!! What an actual treat. Soooo worth every bite. Service is always fast, the staff are always so nice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great place to do work, or hang out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Plenty of parking!

The new soft serve flavor (Coconut Ube) is delicious! The staff is always nice and work quickly to get you your order. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop is always very clean and they are almost always fully stocked with all of their pastries.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Great little tea, coffee, and pastry shop. Loved their variety of drinks and Asian inspired flavors. The Vietnamese coffee had an awesome caffeine kick to it and the egg custard on top was smooth and creamy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute interior and service was quick and friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Prices quite reasonable for a specialty drink store with a good product. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very nice spot![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]It went from empty inside to packed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It is located near many other businesses and across from a university and hospital, so there is no shortage of a loyal customer base. Digital kiosk available, but since slightly digitally inept, I went with the old world system of human interaction, which our society is sadly lacking and diminishes everyday. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The industrial cement flooring throughout was a nice touch accented by the dark green wood slatted walls with a pink & white backdrop.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Limited seating inside with two deep drop couches and small tables with tiny seats. Optional two small avocado colored round metal tables in the outside covered patio.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They provide minimal offerings of oversized croissants delivered fresh to the shop every morning. Extensive customized drink menu including Teas, Milk, Fruit, Smoothies, Vietnamese Coffee, Shakes and Soft Serve Ice Cream. Additional Boba can be added to any drink for $1.00. The Thai Milk Tea with added Boba was excellent and ordered it with lower quantity of sugar per the smart recommendation of the cashier. Average priced from other Boba shops. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The entire length of the hallway had hanging white wisteria and intertwined fairy lights which produced an essentric effect really engaging with the powerful zen ambiance which is common in traditional Asain tea houses.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The floor entry to the rear single room gender neutral bathroom needed some attention although the bathroom itself was pristine, sporting a modern deep square quartz sink with a gold inlay framed mirror above.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

My new favorite spot for boba! Stopped in here over the weekend to try one of their boba teas, and I was definitely impressed. First off, ordering is so easy! It's all done at the kiosk, you order whatever you'd like and pay right away and within minutes they'll call you up when your order is ready. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside of the tea house is super clean and very modern style decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Few tables with chairs are available to sit at while you wait.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The front counter has a clean cut look to it, no clutter, no mess.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The simple yet beautiful layout and color patterns are calming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's definitely not what I'm used to seeing for a boba shop. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was delicious, lots of boba, and sweet just how a milk tea should be. Served in a beautiful plastic cup with a very pretty cover. I'll definitely be stopping by again soon to try some other flavors and maybe get a pastry or 2!

Let's talk about my favorite tea shop, Jade Tea House. My bestie got me hooked on the Brown Sugar Boba Tea (w/ standard 100% sweetness, light ice) and it's always so delicioussss. I'm literally obsessed. Whenever I'm craving something sweet, this is my to-go to. Jade's also offers a variety of pasties that look scrumptious. I haven't personally tried one yet but I will soon! Can't wait for my next tea fix. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also, they have limited seating available and I've never encountered a long line to order.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

What keeps me coming back is the variety of soft serves. The latest iteration of pistachio had me coming back at least 4 times. I love the soft serve flavors that they always put out. The soft serve alone is worth coming to visit. Make sure to check the instagram to check on the newest flavors!

Lots of delicious sugary options! You got boba tea. Milk tea, sundaes and cones with what seems to be limitless options. All the foams, jelly's, and bobas you can ask for The staff is super patient for all the questions and customizations we have haha. I have never seen any impatience that the staff definitely deserves to have. The inside is clean. Simple. With enough space for a small or large group. It can fill up pretty quickly if you stick around for awhile but usually has never been a problem finding a seat to enjoy my order Good options can sometimes vary as well for light bites. I'm not sure what they consistently have but I have seen varieties of croissants and cheesy bread. Love this place

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Free parking is available in front of the store. This location is in a plaza. The store is small with a lot of choices. The drinks are made in the back & pastries are stored back there too. The only pastries visible are display. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The customer's area is clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is small, intimate, but cute! It cannot fit too many people and seating is limited to about 6-8 people inside, with some outdoor seating for an additional 2-4 people if I recall correctly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was quick, customer service was nice. I ordered the Hojicha latte with regular tapioca, the price is great and their drinks that are made in house. I love nuttiness of the Hojicha and I did not make adjustments to my drink so it was 100% sweetness and regular ice, and the drink was perfect. Even at 100% sweetness, it eas made just right for me. The tapioca was soft and chewy and it tastes like it was made in house too! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bathroom was also well-maintained and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I highly recommend!

Black sesame soft serve, P.O.G fruit tea
    Vivian Y.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop is a nice space for people to relax, and you can either order on a kiosk or in person.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You have to ask in person for their seasonal flavors, which you can also sample before ordering it; the black sesame soft serve was perfectly nutty and sweet, with some slight saltiness to it. The fruit tea was also refreshing and you can adjust the sweetness of the drink. Overall, this is a great place to grab a sweet treat!

Tried several samples until I saw they had a Dubai chocolate sundae, in which I ended up getting and it was pretty good. At my second visit, I came on a weekday afternoon and it wasn't so busy, there were 3 people behind the counter, but only 1 actually working. The other 2 didn't acknowledge me or even say "Thanks for your patience, she'll be with you shortly." But I understand it may be lack of customer service skills. When I was their age, I didn't really talk unless I was talked to lol. Turns out the other two kids were working behind the scenes preparing ice creams to film for social media. Also, they didn't have the sticky mango shake they were marketing on socials, so I'm going to assume it's only available on the weekends because the main girl working on our ice cream orders said she's working on that bad currently for tomorrow (Saturday). She didn't specify if it's only a weekend special. So I'm omitting a star for lack of communication, but the rest of the stars remain for yummy ice cream! This time, I got guava cheesecake and white macadamia -- a great combo! All in all, I'll still keep coming back to try their unique flavors. Maybe next time I'll get the 21+ flavors! FYI, it's a quaint, small place with limited parking in the plaza. If you go with friends, I recommend carpooling! And if you have a big family coming on the weekend, it's not a guarantee to get a table, nor is it a cute plaza to walk around with ice cream at hand. It truly is a grab and go situation with minimal seating.

Unfortunately, I will never know if any of it actually tastes good. I have a nut allergy, the kind that in 25 years of living and ice cream in 30+ countries has never once stopped me from ordering. I asked about a specific flavor, was told it contained no nuts, and then was promptly informed I could not order it due to my allergy. After some back and forth I was told the only flavor I could order was vanilla :( I appreciate caution around allergies, I truly do. But most establishments handle this with a standard cross-contamination warning and let the adult with the allergy make an informed decision. As someone who has worked in an ice cream shop (without a problem) it makes me question their food handling and cleanliness... I left without ordering anything. But everyone around seemed to be enjoying the $9 scoops of what I can only assume were life-changing flavors The place looks great. I hope they revisit how they handle allergy disclosures, because I genuinely wanted to love it and I'd like the chance to actually try it someday.

Keep an eye out for the charming blue-and-white stand topped with American flags, set back from the road, it's easy to miss, but worth seeking out. The Siciliano family has been serving the Miami community for decades. In October 1961, Louis Siciliano opened a sub shop at 711 NW 119th Street in Miami. Although the original location has since closed, the family legacy continues with Siciliano's Frozen Custard and the neighboring Sub Center and Siciliano's Subs, all operated by members of the Siciliano family. Don Drybread, Louis Siciliano's great-grandson, originally opened the custard stand as Uncle Tony's Frozen Custard before renaming it Siciliano's in honor of his mother's side of the family. Siciliano's specializes in frozen custard, which differs from traditional ice cream by containing egg yolks and being churned with less air. The result is a denser, richer, silkier dessert with a smooth texture. It's also served at a slightly warmer temperature than ice cream, allowing you to savor its rich flavor. The custard is made fresh throughout the day, ensuring the perfect consistency every time. Custard is offered in the classic flavors of vanilla, chocolate, and a twist of both, available in cups or cones with your choice of nuts, candy, fruit, or sauce toppings. The menu also features sundaes, sorbet, milkshakes, and their signature thick Hurricanes. For something a little different, Carolyn's Creations transforms the custard into treats like cannolis, dessert tacos, and ice cream sandwiches. I ordered a medium vanilla custard topped with butterscotch and it was so satisfying. The rich, creamy custard made the perfect treat on a hot summer day. There isn't any indoor seating, but there are picnic tables next to the Sub Center, which is great spot to savor your sub or custard.
