I wanted to try a matcha drink from a place other than Starbucks or Dunkin. I realized that this place was in my "saved places" here on yelp. So I decided to give them a try and I didn't regret it. I ordered a strawberry matcha a little extra sweet and a guava croissant! The matcha was delicious and the croissant was tasty! I can't wait for their fall menu!!
I got a tropical tea ($7) with lychee jelly (+$1) and it was made in about 4 minutes. The sweetness level (75%) was great and the aftertaste of the tea was there! Very refreshing! Staff were friendly! It was a nice little shop! I'd come back again! Drink(50%): 8.1 Staff/service(25%): 7.5 Value(25%): 7.0 Overall: 7.7/10
My go to boba spot! The matcha series is such a hit!! My top 2 favorites are the matcha coconut water & black sesame matcha latte! $7.95 each but so worth every penny! I also love the Dubai sundae!! What an actual treat. Soooo worth every bite. Service is always fast, the staff are always so nice. Great place to do work, or hang out. Plenty of parking!
Cute little shop that serves tea, pastries, and soft serve. It's not too far from home which is a perk. There's plenty of parking. They have two outdoor tables so I can sit with my dog outside. What first drew me in was their unique soft serve flavors. I tried the silk on my first visit. Excellent combination of asian fruits. My understanding is these are limited time, rotating flavors. Looking back on their social media made me sad of some of the flavors I've missed. I've tried their hojicha and matcha as well so far. Both were high quality drinks. Don't see hojicha often so wanted to try. I got with strawberry in both and less sweet than default. Never tasted like it lacked anything. I also tried the pistachio croissant. They can warm it up. Nice little treat but for the cost, once will be enough. Not to say I won't try another type of croissant. Price was same ballpark as some fancy bakery/cafes out here. At least there was a good amount of filling. Overall, service is quick and friendly. Will slowly explore the rest of their menu!
Oh my , if you are crazy about boba stop right here . They can make it sugarless but of course I want the sweetness. Great place to get a break and refresh your thirst .
I was very excited to try their drinks because I've heard so many good tik tok reviews. I tried the brown sugar milk tea and the lychee green tea. Unfortunately, both were not good to me. The brown sugar milk tea was the worst I've had (I've had many) and the tea was quite bitter. I may try it again, maybe I order drinks that aren't the preferred customers choice
Always a wonderful experience at Jade Tea House. I've never had a bad drink here. Very quick service! I highly recommend the matcha latte with ube cream.
The new soft serve flavor (Coconut Ube) is delicious! The staff is always nice and work quickly to get you your order. The shop is always very clean and they are almost always fully stocked with all of their pastries.
Great little tea, coffee, and pastry shop. Loved their variety of drinks and Asian inspired flavors. The Vietnamese coffee had an awesome caffeine kick to it and the egg custard on top was smooth and creamy. Cute interior and service was quick and friendly. It went from empty inside to packed. It is located near many other businesses and across from a university and hospital, so there is no shortage of a loyal customer base. Digital kiosk available, but since slightly digitally inept, I went with the old world system of human interaction, which our society is sadly lacking and diminishes everyday. The industrial cement flooring throughout was a nice touch accented by the dark green wood slatted walls with a pink & white backdrop. Limited seating inside with two deep drop couches and small tables with tiny seats. Optional two small avocado colored round metal tables in the outside covered patio. They provide minimal offerings of oversized croissants delivered fresh to the shop every morning. Extensive customized drink menu including Teas, Milk, Fruit, Smoothies, Vietnamese Coffee, Shakes and Soft Serve Ice Cream. Additional Boba can be added to any drink for $1.00. The Thai Milk Tea with added Boba was excellent and ordered it with lower quantity of sugar per the smart recommendation of the cashier. Average priced from other Boba shops. The entire length of the hallway had hanging white wisteria and intertwined fairy lights which produced an essentric effect really engaging with the powerful zen ambiance which is common in traditional Asain tea houses. The floor entry to the rear single room gender neutral bathroom needed some attention although the bathroom itself was pristine, sporting a modern deep square quartz sink with a gold inlay framed mirror above.
My new favorite spot for boba! Stopped in here over the weekend to try one of their boba teas, and I was definitely impressed. First off, ordering is so easy! It's all done at the kiosk, you order whatever you'd like and pay right away and within minutes they'll call you up when your order is ready. The inside of the tea house is super clean and very modern style decor. Few tables with chairs are available to sit at while you wait. The front counter has a clean cut look to it, no clutter, no mess. The simple yet beautiful layout and color patterns are calming. It's definitely not what I'm used to seeing for a boba shop. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was delicious, lots of boba, and sweet just how a milk tea should be. Served in a beautiful plastic cup with a very pretty cover. I'll definitely be stopping by again soon to try some other flavors and maybe get a pastry or 2!
Let's talk about my favorite tea shop, Jade Tea House. My bestie got me hooked on the Brown Sugar Boba Tea (w/ standard 100% sweetness, light ice) and it's always so delicioussss. I'm literally obsessed. Whenever I'm craving something sweet, this is my to-go to. Jade's also offers a variety of pasties that look scrumptious. I haven't personally tried one yet but I will soon! Can't wait for my next tea fix. Also, they have limited seating available and I've never encountered a long line to order.
What keeps me coming back is the variety of soft serves. The latest iteration of pistachio had me coming back at least 4 times. I love the soft serve flavors that they always put out. The soft serve alone is worth coming to visit. Make sure to check the instagram to check on the newest flavors!
It's been super hot outside lately. We stopped by here to grab something cold and refreshing before heading out to run our afternoon errands. If you are okay with carbonated drinks, I highly recommend lychee sparkle with lychee jelly. If you are feeling sleepy and lethargic, I recommend the Vietnamese coffee with your preferred flavor of cold foam to wake you up. The only thing that wasn't a 5/5 stars was the matcha cheese cake. I would give it a 4/5. When you try this place let me know what you think! read more

First time here and I was impressed. The boba was warm even in a cold drink, soft and easy to chew, just how I like it. The tea wasn't overly sweet either, and the actual tea flavor still came through. Additionally the staff were friendly and helpful in choosing a drink. I recently stopped by Jade Tea House, and it was such a refreshing experience! The vibe is cute and inviting--perfect for a quick treat or a casual hangout. I ordered the banana matcha, which was surprisingly delicious. The flavors blended really well--the earthiness of the matcha paired nicely with the sweetness of the banana without being overpowering. I also tried the Thai soft serve, and that was a standout for me. It was creamy, rich, and had that perfect hint of Thai tea flavor that wasn't too heavy. What really made the visit even better was the service. everything was delicious not pictured is the mango dragonfruit drink, it was my favorite. the banana matcha was delicious i added brown sugar swirl to it. the cookies and cream croissant was so good, filling was tasty. the guava pasty was also really good! read more
Lots of delicious sugary options! You got boba tea. Milk tea, sundaes and cones with what seems to be limitless options. All the foams, jelly's, and bobas you can ask for The staff is super patient for all the questions and customizations we have haha. I have never seen any impatience that the staff definitely deserves to have. The inside is clean. Simple. With enough space for a small or large group. It can fill up pretty quickly if you stick around for awhile but usually has never been a problem finding a seat to enjoy my order Good options can sometimes vary as well for light bites. I'm not sure what they consistently have but I have seen varieties of croissants and cheesy bread. Love this place read more
Cute place. Free parking is available in front of the store. This location is in a plaza. The store is small with a lot of choices. The drinks are made in the back & pastries are stored back there too. The only pastries visible are display. The customer's area is clean. read more
The interior is small, intimate, but cute! It cannot fit too many people and seating is limited to about 6-8 people inside, with some outdoor seating for an additional 2-4 people if I recall correctly. Service was quick, customer service was nice. I ordered the Hojicha latte with regular tapioca, the price is great and their drinks that are made in house. I love nuttiness of the Hojicha and I did not make adjustments to my drink so it was 100% sweetness and regular ice, and the drink was perfect. Even at 100% sweetness, it eas made just right for me. The tapioca was soft and chewy and it tastes like it was made in house too! Bathroom was also well-maintained and clean. I highly recommend! read more
The shop is a nice space for people to relax, and you can either order on a kiosk or in person. You have to ask in person for their seasonal flavors, which you can also sample before ordering it; the black sesame soft serve was perfectly nutty and sweet, with some slight saltiness to it. The fruit tea was also refreshing and you can adjust the sweetness of the drink. Overall, this is a great place to grab a sweet treat! read more

I went earlier today with my family for a sweet treat. The location was smaller than I expected but the decor was clean and modern. The passion fruit stuffed croissant was flaky, light, and the pastry was not sweet which was perfect to balance the tart, creamy filling. We also had the Oreo milk shake which was chocolatey a d creamy. The "Sweet Tart" strawberry lemonade with popping bobas was refreshing and fruity. The cashier was friendly and the service was fast. I recommend ordering from the printed menu or with the cashier when you go if you are new. The kiosk doesn't offer any item descriptions and about half the items had no photos, so it's geared more towards regular customers. Overall, it seems like a great place to get a snack/treat or to meet up with a friend to catch up. read more
I have been wanting to come here for years . I wanted to try the matcha soft serve. The place is in a strip mall in Davie. I was so impressed with the menu. The soft serve with matcha and boba was out of this world. I wish there was more branches. I can't wait to come back to try other drink options. Highly recommend this spot. Great service. We ordered the ube drink, ube coffee, and a pistachio & a guava cream cheese croissants, and honestly, it was very disappointing. The drinks had no real ube flavor at all--just tasted like plain milk. The croissant was dry, lacked any buttery texture, Overall, it feels like this place caters does not suit for authentic Asian. I saw this tea house on tic tok and realized it wasn't too far from my house. So I stopped by today to try a new matcha flavor. I ordered the banana cream matcha at 25% sweetness level and basil seeds as a topping. It was *delicious* I thought it wouldn't be sweet but it was perfect at that sweetness level. I def want to try more flavors and teas! Also, they use ceremonial grade matcha which is a major plus. The customer service was really good. I absolutely love Jade tea house!! Not only do they have great high quality drinks they also have even better ice cream. The ice cream here is sooo good. I love soft serve and it's hard to find good soft serve in soflo but the flavors and toppings here are some of my favorites. I like that they switch up their flavors monthly for the ice cream. The service is good and inside the shop is clean. Pretty limited seating on the inside so be mindful. read more

One of our favorite spots! The drinks and baked goods are always lovely but what we really love is the rotation of soft serve that comes with the different seasons. My favorite is the Ube but the Matcha and Thai tea are also amazing! We are regulars for these sweets! read more
A cute little shop and love their tea... however, the boba was overcooked and falling apart. I tried the tarro milk tea and the black milk tea...I would consider myself a Boba connoisseur at this point, and this Boba is not where it is at. read more

I got guava milk tea with bubbles, grass jelly and ube cream. Overall it tasted good, but nothing exciting. It has a stronger tea taste with a mild hint of guava flavor which I like, but at the same time it's on the watery side. I ordered "less ice." Maybe because it contains more tea? I wish my boba could have been thicker. Also I didn't taste any ube cream at all, so I will skip this next time. Their coffee look good on here so I might try them next time. One good thing about this place is that they have guest wifi not requiring a code. But they have very limited seating. read more

I went here with my boyfriend on his recommendation. The lobby area is really quiet and cozy. The couches are comfy. The store wasn't busy. The drinks came out within 5 minutes of us ordering. I got the banana cream matcha with oat milk substitute, my boyfriend got the peppermint milk tea. You can't even taste the oat milk, it just tastes like regular milk. The banana cream matcha has great quality matcha with actual banana in the cream, it's light and refreshing. The peppermint milk tea has a great mix between the mint and tea flavors without either being overpowering. It's a bit pricey (both drinks together were about 16$, substitute milk is 75¢ each). They also have pastries which look really cute. 10/10, recommend! :3 read more
