These people are at work and their attitudes are terrible. Not sure if it's the hiring or some new training but there's not a single happy/helpful person left in the whole group. I don't need some chipper fake person but i certainly don't want to feel like my business is a nuisance as i walk in either. I'm done hoping they're just having an "off" day. I'll be doing business elsewhere from now on.

Hate to be so negative but I really can't imagine they set up here with the intention of being a chill smoke shop for the community... I mean, the place is almost alien-like. I went in to check it out and the atmosphere was... kinda scary lol? Like, the whole store is very empty in a huge room with some products lining the walls, very odd, uncomfortable atmosphere. When I first went in to check it out for the first time, I was thinking I would look around, check prices, maybe even talk with the cashier for a bit as smoke shops tend to have super chill employees that tend to be open minded people with lots of interesting things to say..... But whoever was at the cash register just stared at me. No greeting or even like a head nod of acknowledgement, almost felt like "wait, what is a person doing here? The boss promised me nobody would actually come in to shop, this is awkward" and I kinda felt this gravitational force pulling me to please exit immediately... So I kinda pretended to look at some stuff for a moment and then darted. I didn't get to take a look at much so I can't comment on pricing. I'll be honest, I have been to a few smoke shops in the past that had this vibe. Almost something like a... look but don't buy vibe lol, and please don't ask questions kinda feel. Like, the way they set the shop up, they must not be weary of sales in general, especially for smoke shops. You want to have your shop set up in a way that feels relaxing and casual, not like a Gucci store. Maybe they cater to a different kind of person than the average smoke shop customer lol? I really don't know, but it felt very uncomfortable and strange, and it felt intentional, like they want it that way. So yeah idk, I hate to just give such a negative review to a place with almost no reviews but yeah, is what it is.
