There is nothing not to love about Twins Smoke Shop! Downstairs is the cigar shop. They have a huge humidor, well stocked with premium cigars. They also carry a large assortment of pipe tobacco. The staff is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, and were happy to talk cigars and provide recommendations. Cigars are very well priced. Upstairs is a bar, lounge and outdoor patio. The bar had a great selections of bourbons and whiskeys, and craft beers. The bartender was very attentive, she checked on us often and as a bonus, makes a great latte. The drink prices are also very fair. Usually you see these places with much more expensive bar pricing. They have their own 7-20-4 private barrel Jack Daniels. Very smooth and flavorful. The lounge has very comfortable leather chairs, and a couple of TV's as well. There are ashtrays between all the seats and they leave matches by all of them. read more

OK, so Twins is easily the best cigar lounge in all of New England. It may be the best cigar bar east of the Mississippi. Heck, there's a chance it's the best cigar lounge in the country. They not only have a great selection of cigars, their bar is well stocked with a variety of great beers and a smorgasbord of whiskeys, scotches and bourbons. The staff is top notch. Lisa really knows her stuff and is always prepared to offer a tasty recommendation on a bourbon. Vinny, Kendra and the rest of the gang are awesome! There's a retail shop and large humidor on the first floor and a lounge and adjoining bar on the second floor. The lounge is a great place to get some work done driving the day or catch a game with some buddies. The bar opens at noon. This is the worst experience I have had in NH,Which hurt my heart and will make me sad for months.To God,All the words below is true.firstly,I'm an Asian,I think that's why it is happened to me.I like NH,and Live free or die,that's why I'm here in USA.In the last three months,I have served thousand of people here,and I really enjoyed that,because I think I met the kindest people here in America.I bought six items here today,One pipe for 150 dollars,one lighter for 125 dollars,which was showed for another pipe on the receipt,One bottle of butane gas for 12.99 dollars,one can of lighter flints,and two bags of cigarette,one for 25 dollars,one for 24.43.This is my second time here,I thust people here,to be precise,I believe in American spirit.But today,I know even here bad things happen.You can see that on the recipt,the two bags of cigarette,one for 7oz,another one showed for 2oz,the true weight of 2oz one is 1.5oz,which I got my money back for 12.5 dollars,the funny thing is,I was told it's 5oz before,that's why I found it's impossible in my car when I want use my pipe,because it's totally different weight with my 7oz one.another thing is I found I got the MRSP of all the items on the manual when I paid everything,I'm not a millionaire,I just enjoy it.The funniest thing is I heard funny blabla when I got my money and turned back,even I wasn't out of the door.My god,I felt my heart broken that time.I will not back again,even I found my favorite tobacco here.I am so sad... read more

I went in there last night to finally see for myself if it is as good as my coworkers say. From my first impression to the last upon paying my bill I have to say my friends, and a lot of the reviewers on this site are spot on. Not as big of a lounge as I imagined it would be, but that's ok they have a large deck outside behind the bar. One quirky thing to note I was with my spouse ( a. Social cigarette smoker) and she blazed a cigarette and when she finished was politely. Informed of a "law" that no cigarette smoking is allowed in the lounge. We found this enlightenment quite amusing. Overall a great place I certainly will go back to. One last point the top shelf liquor prices were a great value. read more

The smoke shop part: Amazing selection, knowledgeable staff, and competitive prices. Humidor is huge walk in, and they have a huge coffee, pipe tobacco, and other specialty tobacco choices. Very high end products, but also plenty of affordable cigars for a regular smoke without breaking the bank. Literally cigars from like $4 all the way to high end $38 Padron cigars. The cigar lounge part: Even better! Clean, comfy, and great atmosphere up stairs in the cigar lounge, with plenty of comfy leather chairs with antique ashtrays, and a bar area with amazing woodwork and large tables good for card games or getting some work in with a laptop. Bar itself is roomy, clean, and drink selection is amazing. Everything from cheap beer to $60 a shot Scotch. Prices are reasonable, service is top notch, and you will always get a drink prepared perfectly and with a smile. Prob the nicest thing is its not a bar scene at all... its a place where you will see men and women in suits straight from work, to casually dressed people in jeans and a t shirt, enjoying a cigar and a few drinks. Always skeptical of 5 star reviews, but this really deserves a sixth star. An already nigh on perfect place (except for challenging parking) moved across the highway, got parking and a whole lot of new, extra floor space, plus separate retail. Everything that isn't great is exceptional, from drink selection, to attractiveness of bar (and bar staff) to cigars selection (I always hit the five-bucker bin hard). Really not sure what planet the other reviewers were on when talking about selection. I think it's the one of the largest walk-in humidors in the state - certainly much larger than it's local competitors. The fact that Twins regularly hosts events with the top names in the cigar industry - Jorge Padron, Lito Gomez and Rocky Patel have all stopped by in the past few weeks - clearly establishes their place in the Cigar Industry. A full line of cigar accessories (humidors, cutters, lighters, humi packs, etc.) is also available. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. They are capable of assisting the most seasoned aficionado to the novice in selecting the right cigar. If you can catch him, Kurt Kendall (the owner and creator of the 7-20-4 line of cigars), will help you himself. For the pipe smoker, there's a full tobacco bar with a selection of jar and packaged tobacco. They'll even create a custom blend for you if requested from the open stock tobacco. Did I mention that all of the above is just the first floor? When you walk upstairs you'll find a large lounge with leather seats, numerous large screens for watching. You can tell a substantial investment was made to provide a first class lounge. There is also a large wet bar serving everything from beer to cocktails as well as coffee, espresso and soft drinks. Mind you, this is not an espresso machine getting dusty in the corner or a single pot of coffee. Finally, compared to some other shops, Twins has a large parking lot - no searching for street parking or parking in the lot next door. Really just the best cigar experience around. read more

Went there last night about 8:30 on the way home from a nice motorcycle ride with my wife. Came in, sat at bar. The bartender (a rude blonde) asked where we were coming from. I said how far back are we going with that question, assuming she was just being friendly. Her response was, I don't think I'm going to serve you. Perplexed, I questioned her, to which she repeated her statement. Maybe the bandana and tattoos didn't fit her customer base. Not sure what it was. I buy a lot of cigars at this place, but never went to the bar. Also funny, if water had alcohol, I would have been inebriated. Rude bartender with bias towards bikers. This is my favorite cigar shop out of all the ones i frequent in New Hampshire. I really don't give them too much business because its an hour from my house, maybe 5-6 visits a year but they are extremely knowledgeable and have everything i could possibly want as a lover of premium full bodied smokes (Opus x, anejos, tatuaje, vsg, la joya de nic). The owner Kurt has turned me on to a few cigars that i would have never tried, because i told him what i liked and my specifications. A true tobacconist.
