I've been a Jersey Shore fan for years (I still watch the show to this day) so I was thrilled to check out The Snooki Shop. Located in Madison NJ, this store has it all. Snooki literally thought of everything. There are already a bunch of fall/Halloween items on display but bathing suits are available too if you need one before summer wraps up. It's a well-rounded variety. I love how she incorporated clothing with classic memes from the show (i.e. "Where's the Beach?") and merch with the store's name on it if you're in search of a souvenir. The clothes and accessories are classy and majority of the things are reasonably priced. The shop has a cozy layout and racks are easily accessible. The store is in pristine condition and smelled great upon entering. Absolutely adorable fitting rooms with ample lighting. The girls working there were very friendly and got me signed up for the loyalty program. I purchased an auburn colored cinched top with gems on it and can't wait to wear it in the upcoming months. I had such a pleasant experience. If I don't get the chance to visit again, I'll be supporting Snooki through her online store. read more

Incredibly disgusted at the customer service from the Snooki stop. I purchased a clear purse on 10/31, wore it out and used it for about an hour. When I went to zip it the zipper broke. I went back into the store, and showed them what happened and asked if I could just exchange for a new one, as I liked the bag I just wanted one that had a zipper ... was told by the manager "oh no. I would have to throw that out, I can't take it back. All I can offer you is 10%". What a joke! Extremely unprofessional and frankly embarrassing for such a known name. All I was looking for was a bag with the zipper that worked, it hadn't even been 2 hours! I am honestly disgusted by the service here - especially when I could have gotten the same thing in Amazon for a fraction of the cost. Extremely poor excuse of a store - avoid if you can. read more

I try and shop local and support local businesses, so I went and bought a hand bag which broke in 4 weeks. I went back to the shop and was told that it was past the 3 week mark so I couldn't return it. I wasn't looking to return it, I would have taken a replacement or some kind of a store credit. I received NOTHING. I was so upset when I left I called the store manager and explained that, it was horrible that I wasn't offered anything and it showed they did not back the products they sell. She hung up on me!!! absolutely horrible customer service. I then tried to reach out to the owner and never heard back. Shame on them! My husband and I visited New York from Houston, TX and I looked up Snookis shop. It was an hour away so hey! Why not? I made my husband take me lol. When we went there no one was there but us and the manager Gina (I'm assuming she's the manager from watching snookis ig stories). I could be wrong though. Cute little shop, smelled great! Lots of cute tops and leggings. Accessories were eh, not my taste. Everything was great except that I felt the manager was like walking right behind us the whole time. If I lifted a shirt she'll be right behind and fold it neatly lol. Like I know I wasn't being messy or anything so idk, maybe she's ocd or something. Then we stopped to look at the accessories and that's right next to the cashier counter (at least the time we went they were) so she just stood there and was watching us. Not in a bad way or anything, like i didn't get the vibe off of her that we were gonna steal something but like still in my head I was like back off lol. I ended up asking her questions about certain items and she was very helpful but geez girl although to me I didn't take it bad but there may be someone else that won't like you following them around the store. My friend and I traveled from Connecticut to shop at The Snooki Shop. The store is very clean and well kept. Clothes are super cute and affordable. For the store being small, there is still a very large variety. Yes hear the store is moving to a larger space and I really fee it's will shine! You can tell they want to get more in there and when they do, it will be even better! The best thing was the employees though. The women who cashed us out was extremely nice and welcoming. She even went to asking us questions to get to know us, which is not something you receive from just any store. I really felt they were going the extra mile. Nicole should be proud of this store and the amazing ladies she hired to help run it. They are doing amazing. We will be back for sure to see the new spot when it opens! Employees- Very friendly and ready to provide assistance. One of the things I hate the most when shopping at boutiques is having to carry the clothes I pick out. Snooki Shop employees offered to hold my items almost immediately after I chose the first item. From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out they were very friendly and not bothering me or watching me like hawks. Merchandise- If you know who Snooki is this is very "Snooki like" merchandise. Comfortable yet sexy and wild. Quality on all item was great but of course there were some items(mostly jewelry) that I knew wouldn't last too long(Max 3x's). Prices are ok for a boutique or on Yelp terms $$. Cheapest too I saw was $15. Most expensive was $49.99. Dresses are more around $50 and up. Fitting Rooms- There is only one fitting room. I didn't have to wait but a lady after me had to wait and unfortunately I'm that person that takes awhile. The mirror was nice and big but a could have used a little more lighting in there. Ambiance- Shop was not overwhelmed with merchandise yet it had enough to make me want to take a second look at the store once I had gone around once. It even smelled great in there which was a huge plus. The music wasn't too loud either. Overall, I loved the boutique. I can definitely tell that the owner and employees take pride in it. As someone who works in retail I can tell you The Snooki Shop is perfectly designed as a modern, chic, and stylish shop not just from the clothing but also from the striped walls and accents. It is very inviting and pleasing to the eye so much so that you will probably walk out with a huge bag of items you didn't even know you wanted. Snooki has definitely matured as a person and her business and style shows it. Her shop reflects her fun personality, but classier with beautiful dresses, cute beach hats and her staple makeup line. Even if you don't like the show Jersey Shore, you will enjoy shopping here if you know anything about style. The staff is very helpful and attentive (everything is perfectly placed on a shelf and folded neatly even with tons of customers touching items). I was impressed by how many girls Snooki has working to keep her store flawless and assist with purchases or clothing choices. I flew in from the Chicago area for a family wedding and it was a NEED & WANT of mine to get to Madison, NJ to The Snooki Shop!! I am SOOOO HAPPY I DID!! Nicole, your store is Beautiful!! The clothing is gorgeous, so many different varieties of dresses; short and long, cute pants, tops, scarves, shrugs, hoodies, leggings, shoes and many other options. Super cute Fall attire going on now, I was able to get a cute shrug wrap, some soft cute fall dresses for work, a Snooki Shop hoodie, oh and I LOVE my infiniti scarf! Sooo soft and comfy!! The leopard pants were great too!! soo cute and fun!! The gals in the store working were so sweet! One gal Came up right away and took my clothes I was interested in trying on to hang in the dressing room so I didn't have to walk around with the pile I had hanging on me while I kept looking!! I also loved up by the register, as I was going to say ok, I am finished and wanted to pay, she has a wide variety of odds and ends, from candles, to lip balms, some jewelry, hats, some fun bracelets - which I got a fun halloween bracelet, and sunglasses (which are AWESOME), and everything in between!! Sooo, I had to grab some more items! I had no qualms about dropping 200$ on my purchases!! And I got a free pair of sunglasses after spending 100$, So I ended up with 2 super adorable pairs!!! One of my favorite shows since it began ! I love Snooki (and the whole cast of course,) and when she opened the store I eventually drove down. Madison is an adorable little town . Her shop is very cute and offers a good variety of clothes. During this summer she has a $15 sales rack with beach cover ups, dresses, rompers, and sweaters. I purchase three beach coverups, one more beautiful than the other!!!!! What's cool about this shop is that you find original pieces that you don't see anywhere else with great details and patterns. There are a few t shirts bags and accessories like candles, coffee mugs (travel mugs as well), pop sockets with Snooki's's logo with an outline of her face and famous hairstyles if you love candles she has small/large selection that have a tropical scent . As you walk around you see different sections like dresses with floral prints , casual shirts with and without sleeves, comfortable stretchy jeans, rompers, hair accessories, jewelry, sunglasses and more. The price range is around $18- $70. The quality of the clothes are very nice and fits all curves nicely. There is always new clothes coming in and a lot of other fun products on her website. I don't live near this shop but The Snooki Shop does have an online presence. I saw their ads for Snooki Balm and ordered one (on 10/30/2019). About a month after I ordered it, I still hadn't received it so I notified them and they sent me a replacement (12/4/2019) which I received within a few days of my email. I loved it and was so pleased with their speedy response and willingness to make it right. Cut to Jan 6, 2020...my husband comes into the house from the mailbox with the original balm that I ordered on 10/30/19! I notified the shop to see what they wanted me to do and they had me keep it as a gift. Even though it was a small, maybe insignificant item, they made it right. I placed my first online order to the Snooki Shop because unfortunately I live in Az and don't have the option to just run down to the shop. :(, I ordered the dark raisin lip balm and the rose facial spray. I received it a couple of days later than I was supposed to but they had emailed me to advise that they had to wait for their next supply of the face spray to come in and then gave me several options of either cancelling the order or waiting for their supply to come in, I chose to wait, and let me tell you I am glad I did wait! I love both items! I had purchased 2 of each so I could share with my daughter, she loves the products as well! I love so many of the styles there, but unfortunately it seems they cater more to petite women. The "curve" line just doesn't have as much cute stuff as the regular line of clothing. I am an XL, so I'm too small for the Curve line, but too big for the Normal sizes. Everything that i found that i liked seemed to stop at size Large. So I'm kinda beat in that aspect. But you can tell she takes pride in her store and she definitely should be proud of herself. It's a cute store. I think she would make a killing having this store closer to the actual Jersey Shore. Like Ocean City, Wildwood, Atlantic City, Somers Point, etc.. prices are pretty high. Wish they were a little bit more realistic. Overall, 3 stars from me read more

I wasn't going to leave a review about my bad experience until I saw Snooki threaten legal action in true mean girl style... Went to Madison for lunch with a friend a couple weeks ago and we stopped in the Snooki shop for the novelty of it. The shop is cute, no doubt she paid a good interior designer to help, but that's about where the pluses end. The materials were tacky and cheap, not like 2016 Snooki, more like 2008 Snooki. I don't know why I expected more... but the price tags surely had to be a joke. You can order the same super-small, super cheap stuff in Wish for $1 if you wanna wait for China post to deliver it. She would do better in Toms River or Somers Point, not in Morris Cty! Bottom line, it's not worth even going for the novelty. Even the biggest fans will be disappointed. read more

I am a 45 year old fan of Jersey Shore and I work near the Snooki Shop. In the last two months I visited the store twice. I LOVE this store, the merchandise is VERY nice, the store is adorable, and the staff is VERY nice. I went to buy Snooki balms and both time I bought other things because I couldn't resist. I got an adorable leopard shift dress on sale for $15 and it's ADORABLE and last time I bought a camo shirt that I get compliments on every time I wear it. When people ask where I got it, I proudly say THE SNOOKI SHOP! Do yourself a favor and don't listen to these immature people bringing the Jersey Shore drama to the stores Yelp reviews, it's lame. I really liked the store when I went and the clothes were super cute. Totally what I expected. I got a bathing suit, a dress and a T-shirt. The prices were reasonable and the store was arranged really well. The only problem I had with the store was the incredibly small dressing room. I was there with my one year old child who was in a stroller, so because I had the stroller I couldn't try on anything since it wouldn't fit in the fitting room and I couldn't just leave him outside of it haha. I wished it was bigger which I would have expected it to be since Snooki is a mom she would have had a dressing room slightly bigger but I understood it's a small shop. But overall I liked the store and would completely return or buy online if I can't find a sitter. read more

This summer I bought the leopard dress (with pockets!). The dress can be worn on all occasions from dressed up with heels for a wedding or in my situation hospital slippers. I ended up going into the emergency room and staying in the hospital while wearing that dress. The staff let me keep it on instead of putting on the hospital gown.
