Bottom line -…read moreWeinstein arrived with a Social worker and a nurse the very first day - spent time understanding the case, My Father was unfortunately ready for hospice, towards end of life. He and we wanted him to be home surrounded by family, his wife , children and grandchildren. He had had COVID which affected his kidneys. after that the nurse showed up 3 times. When we called to say that my father was passing they wanted to coach us through it on the phone... REALLY? And they phoned 2 months later to see how my mom was doing - I genuinely think that this is a scam - you sign up people, sign on for the medicare payments and provide little to no service. Very sad to have to write this scathing review, hospice is a critical service and families rely on the knowledge and support. Thank Goodness we were able to find support and help and care elsewhere. I only begrudge the almost 2 hours we spent with the social worker when we could have been with our father. You need to do better - be clearer about your role - we could have used YouTube more effectively than your support.

I ended up leaving the company because of how they hound the clients to make them pay more and still don't pay the employees fair. They treat everyone like they're nothing. They refused to pay me my last paycheck of $1500 after coming to a clients home in a purple Maserati truck hounding the client for more money. I was paid weekly. They flaunt, are rude and only care for themselves. They do not care for your loved ones at all.

The nurse who did the assessments also was really good at her job and showed nothing but genuine care for my Mum. There were two providers that took care of my mother and one of them was really great!!! I would give her an A+. She is truly one of a kind.
