She is very professional, easy to work with, and knows the area we were looking in--Southern NH--very well. She patiently took us around to well over a dozen houses, was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, and often noticed things about the houses that we did not. We ended up buying a foreclosure--not an easy process at all. At times it seemed that the bank did not care if they sold the house or not. Janet helped us jump through all the hoops the bank put in the way.
