This was red flag #1 When I was finally taken back for my appointment the employee instructed me to undress and lie on the table. When I explained that I was only there for a reflexology appointment she seemed very surprised. She told me to take off my shoes and socks and lie down. Then she proceeded to put on gloves. I've never had any type of massage where the therapist wears gloves - it felt scratchy and uncomfortable. Red flag #2 Finally, I had checked in on Yelp and a coupon came up for a special deal on the reflexology. I presented to her and she continued to point at a handwritten sign with the price and said I couldn't use the coupon. Red flag #3.
