It was easy to navigate, and it worked perfectly. I received follow-up emails and text messages for the pickup, where the donated furniture was going, and reassurance that the family furniture was going to the right place. Because the furniture was too big for me to move outside, and as Restore can't come into the house, Restore assigned the pick-up to Bulk Brothers. Bulk Brothers acknowledged the assignment, and began their own follow-up text messages, keeping me informed of the vehicle license plate that would do the pickup, driver, and time for pick up. This whole interaction, and follow-on actions by Restore and Bulk Brothers was easy and professional done!

So I purchased a pillow, bedspread and a cooling mattress cover. I have to say this store is very expensive. I wasn't able to find any sales. My mattress cover was $70. The bedspread with 2 sham pillowcases were $80 and the pillow was at a reasonable price. I checked the store out to see if there was anything else worth buying. I think Home Goods may be more reasonable. Overall I am happy with my purchase. I am sleeping much better. It really did cool down my mattress for sleeping but I won't be returning for any future purchases.

The customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I called to get updates on my delivery, I was met with rude or unhelpful responses. They seemed disorganized, constantly giving me the runaround, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information. To make matters worse, when my furniture finally arrived, it was damaged! I immediately contacted their customer service department, only to be transferred around with no resolution. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. I would strongly recommend avoiding American Freight if you're looking for reliable service and quality products. They completely failed on both fronts. ......UPDATE......... After going back and forth with American Freight for almost a year about my defective couch, I finally received a response after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. On September 19, 2024, I was contacted by someone named Bill, and unfortunately, the experience was just as bad as before. Bill was extremely insensitive and seemed irritated throughout the conversation, especially when it came to scheduling the replacement delivery. After all the frustration and lack of communication, I expected some level of professionalism and empathy, but that wasn't the case. Even when trying to fix their mistake, the poor customer service continues to be a major issue. I cannot stress enough how disappointing this entire experience has been. I will never purchase anything from American Freight again. To any potential buyers--beware of the headache you might be getting into!
