I take sleep VERY seriously and appreciate the system they have to narrow down their selections. Edrees wasn't pushy, took his time to explain what he was doing when having us test out like 7 different models & their features, and then left us alone for a few to make up our own minds. It was a good processes and we felt good about the decision. This brands are all solid and well-known, and their process seems pretty tight. Give yourself an hour or so if you go, it's no surprise these things aren't inexpensive and you're going to spend a quarter of your life in bed, so make it count.

We also found quite a few items that will encourage us to come back for future needs. While the prices weren't inexpensive, they were in line with other stores that sold contemporary furniture. We ultimately left after purchasing something that we hadn't seen on the website, and it was delivered just a few days later. As an aside, to show how helpful they were, we were speaking with the owner about an upcoming trip and he gave us wonderful advice. Then, we asked for a local restaurant recommendation, since we weren't from that area. Soon after we were seated at the restaurant, one of the employees there came over and welcomed us by name, saying that the owner had called ahead. ​​​

I discovered Divano Designs about three years ago when I desperately needed kitchen chairs. The quality and service was top notch then, so naturally I returned. The furniture is of excellent quality and tastefully modern. But the service you receive is even better! They are so friendly here, patient, and more importantly, not pushy like other furniture stores! I worked with Nittoo and he took the time to ensure he understood my needs, worked with me on design options, navigated and resolved a couple issues flawlessly, and delivered an awesome experience! The delivery guys are excellent too!! Things went so well, I ended up purchasing a kitchen table last minute which was delivered with all of my other furniture! I'm sure, considering the tag underneath the seat said this is a 8-way hand tied sectional with down/feathers and was produced April 27th, 2026 USA 4 months ago, it would not last the week. My family and I are big advocates for supporting local businesses rather than big box companies. However, we expect from all, big or small companies, respect and exceptional customer service. This is not what I experienced at this store. I went into the store looking for a sectional and possibly also a dining table. The salesperson was very attentive and willing to answer my questions. Before purchasing the sectional, I decided to check out other stores that same day to make sure I was getting a relatively good price and wasn't missing out on something else. I returned to the store the next day with the intention of buying the sectional but this is when it turned.... I asked the salesperson if the price for the sectional was the best given I saw another couch very similar at another store for less. He told me to speak to the owner regarding the price. I told the owner that I saw a similar couch for less and he told me they weren't the same. Of course I knew that! I asked him what the difference was and he gave me a short response - the quality. Ok... that was a general response so I asked further, "what about the quality?" He answered, I don't know how to explain. After a few seconds, he said.. the fabric.. warranty. Alright so then he asked me "is this your first time buying a couch?" And I said, yes. He then looked at the salesperson and said, "you see". He then said, "how old are you?" I responded, 34. He then he said "you're researching like you're 17". I was dumbfounded. It was insulting as if age had anything to do with this. He was alluding to my ability to purchase furniture, lack there of. I walked out and will never return. He tried to say that I "looked 17" which was even worse given I am a grown woman and want to be treated as such. Age has nothing to do with shopping for furniture!!! If I didn't sound "informed".. take the time to educate me, your customer, as that extra step may take you a long way! Maybe it will get you more business vs. losing it. Respect and customer service is key!!!
