I toured this property and had a very uncomfortable interaction with the property manager. While I was speaking with another staff member about income requirements, the manager interrupted and stated that my application would likely be denied without even completing a screening, based on overhearing part of my situation. This was confusing because I had not applied yet and was still gathering information.
When I asked for the corporate contact information, the conversation became even more tense and I was told "google it yourself". The interaction felt dismissive and completely unprofessional, and it left me concerned about how applicants and residents are treated.
To clarify, I never submitted an application. After this experience, I decided not to move forward. Based on my March income, I did in fact meet the requirements, but the communication during my visit made me uncomfortable. I ultimately chose to continue my search elsewhere. I hope that in the future, they treat prospects with more respect than I was met with. read more
