I have had very good experience with the office staff. I have found them to always be helpful and with warm smile and hello. The apartments are kept up very well. The management keeps us abreast of all the fun activities in the area. So let's clarify the misconception and perceptions because this place rocks!! The loss of power during the summer that affected a large radius in the surrounding area not just Olympus nor was it managements fault we lost power. the noise level that someone wrote about was during the summer when some neighbors had parties around the pool. You can barbeque around the pool and people were having a good time. The noise level was a little high but that is not managements fault. Now that it is fall and much cooler very quiet. This apartment is very pet friendly which is great. Someone mentioned poop infested. Well that is the nasty neighbors that don't pick up behind their pets. Again not the fault of management. They have signs around the area reminding pet owners to pick up behind their pets. there are pet disposal sights and free bags all around the complex. So why people don't use it is beyond me. There are property care takers that walk around picking up behind these inconsiderate neighbors. This is not the fault of management to have to police grown people. For the most part it is peaceful as far as apartment living goes. I can hear my neighbors above me and the occasional dog barking but I have a dog and don't mind the noise. Remember it is apartment living there is some give and take it won't always be perfect. Security is very good. I do feel safe and secure. I made a lot of good friends and I am enjoying my time at Olympus!.

I called maybe 2 days later asking for an update , the answer was always "We are going to call back". I didn't receive a call back, we had to keep calling. "I was suppose to call yesterday but ... a lot is going on". I feel like our moving process was definitely pushed back from waiting on an answer that had already been answered but just wasn't brought to our attention. I feel like as a "Future Resident" I was not prioritized that way. I understand the workers may have a lot going on but so do we , I mean I would hate to be homeless. While I understand that maintenance issues can happen, what has been most upsetting is the complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and customer service from the office staff. Every time I have tried to express my concerns, the manager, Maribel, has been rude and unprofessional. When speaking with residents, she often doesn't even make eye contact, making you feel as though your concerns don't matter. When I went to the office last week to ask for an update on my A/C, Alondra was dismissive, rude, and simply told me that I "had to deal with it." The following day, when I returned to the office, the two women spent the entire time laughing while I was in there. It was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. This isn't the first issue I've experienced. My car has been broken into.However, the way this A/C situation has been handled has been the most disappointing part of living here. This is actually a great apartment complex with a lot of potential, but the current level of customer service is unacceptable. I hope ownership takes these concerns seriously and considers placing people in the office who demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and respect for the residents they serve.

To be a little more transparent I waited a year to actually move in waited for a unit that from what I was told by Valery and another leasing agent that's no longer there had 24 hour pool access finally that day came there was one avalible. Then the day of signing the lease I validated with Valery and the other lady leasing agent and just to be sure Asst manager Alison came over and I spoke about the reason I waited and specifically stated the 24 hour pool access Alison reply was "oh yeah yeah" (which as I come to find out she will say when she has no intention on actually listening to what your saying). Well a few weeks after I move in I find out from the manager Katherine or as I refer to as Kat that even though I have pool access it's not 24 hours (the lock the entrance gates at 9pm but even with those locked my gate on my porch opens into the pool area which my gate is not locked) then one day about a week of me trying to have a deeper conversation Kay walks up to me in the office while her boss is in her office and in a quieter tone tells me directly "you can go in there and if no body says anything then your fine but if someone one says anything" (I found that as a sneaky little side deal so I never entered the pool area after the gates were locked) then she reverts months later and states it's the fair housing act so u can't. I felt if she would of offered me the opportunity at the beginning to switch units that I wouldn't be paying the extra for "pool access" then I would of been happy with that. But nope if I transferred to another unit it would of been $300 transfer fee. And to go with that theme recently our pool was closed for renovation which really as there email said to us they failed inspection. So since I couldn't even access the pool during pool hours (the extra I'm paying for "pool access") you would think they would credit or remove that extra off every unit that's paying that extra fee... but nope paying for something I couldn't even use. Recently my renewal time has came up and there was a conversation that was taken right in the office for all to hear and I was told if I renew my rent stays the same except for the amenity fee. But I got my new lease and the rent was actually higher so once again not sticking to their word. I won't be renewing as fool me once shame on me but that's not happening a second time.....There are a lot more concerns but I will be emailing that to everyone up the corporate ladder as those emails are public as I found.

He is right on top of everything and has the greatest attitude!! The maintenance team is fast, friendly and efficient. They try to answer/finish service calls the same day. The grounds are kept up very nicely. We do have an issue with our above neighbors with their kids running, jumping, and stomping around though. Last night they were going until 1 am!!! Totally unacceptable and I WILL be speaking with the office about it. I have already spoken with the neighbor to no avail. Overall, after 4 months, the noisy neighbor is the only issue. The owners brought back the FLEX option, there is also FETCH for safe/secure package delivery. The amenities are great as well. We also pay for one reserved spot so that is nice too. So I came in expecting them to be snobby since I changed times, but that was not the case I was greeted by a man named Jeron. He made me feel like I could talk for hours about this place. It's a very very nice and well kept complex. I was not sure what I was looking for but he helped me with my options. He walked me through the pool and hangout area which was pretty dang awesome. Then we got on a golf cart and he showed me all around the place. Everyone's Patio looks well kept too. Well kept place = Healthy Environment. He guided me up the stairs to view the apartment I was looking at. I love how they have a fan in the living room at bedroom. Also that they have the same color of lights in the complex. Everything is very clean and up to date. I am very very sold on living here in January. Expect a call from me!!! Thanks again!
