Perfectly done, minimal grease if any really. That sweet chili sauce... is cooled off by his cilantro-like sour cream. The pico is super fresh, excellent bite ratio where just about every bite... has ALL the flavors. These are not your average taco! The smoked chicken was also amazballs.
