I am personally not one for Karaoke, nor can I sing, but it was a lot of fun. The place itself is located in the same plaza as Food Island Supermarket and Heart Sushi, tucked in between them, entrances both from the outside and in the mall. We had reservations, and were immediately taken to our private room, which included two microphones, the tv, and the machine that you can pick out songs from. My co-workers sang some Chinese ones, and I had sang some english songs. They had two Goo Goo Dolls songs, which was awesome, and you had the choice of turning off the vocals so you can hear your own voice, if you wanted to. What would have made this experience better was the washrooms. They were absolutely disgusting, and not taken care of. In the women's washroom, there was no toilet paper, the seats were not clean and the only paper towel they had, was almost gone. They had a food and drink menu, prices were reasonable. I would like to come back, but just make sure you use the washroom elsewhere, or hopefully they clean up their washrooms.

The room was a pleasant surprise with nice couches if you ever want to take a nap. But don't nap too long cause time is ticking on the karaoke machine and it gets a little bit expensive. All in all if you are going here my only advice is to bring more people so the cost can be split. If the prices were lower I would come here more often.
