When I started going there, they made a deal with me that after 6 sessions they would charge me only half price. After the 5th session they started changing the terms that deal! In fact on the fifth session, the woman (manager and wife of owner ) walked into a session (when I was basically naked) and started interrupting the session and cutting it short etc. I also overheard her instructing her staff to hold the sessions shorter, even if it means doing a poor job. Especially in the back areas of your body where you can't see what is being done. This place is just greedy and disgusting.

Katherine walks in and NEVER introduces herself. I only knew who she was by her photo online. She didn't ask me any questions, just started injecting. She never told me the name of the product she was using. Never explained ANYTHING. She was cold and callous. I go home and first thing my husband asks is "did you go for your filler?" This just justified my horrible experience. I gave it two weeks and saw nothing but bruising everywhere and no plumpness whatsoever. I drive there to discuss my issue. She is in with a client but hears me talking to reception and calls the young lady in and then she comes back and tells me to make a new appointment for the other half of syringe. (Only reason she got called in was because her Katherine must of heard her say, "has this happened to you before?") Katherine finishes, comes out and looks right at me and doesn't even say hello. Doesn't even look at my face and the mess she made. Does not even make an attempt to rectify the issue. I call afterwards and demand a refund and guess what? I got it. No questions asked. I even asked for my tip back. Got that too. Then I get a phone call from her telling me to leave her alone. I didn't call her, she called ME. THEN I get a phone call from a client of hers who happens to be a friend of mine telling me all my business and asking me what happened and begged not to review. Ever hear of the HIPAA law? Disgusting. Shame on you.

I was told the office was out of Botox so they injected me with another " similar" product. I waited about a week, not seeing much improvement, I contacted their office: "You have to give it a couple of weeks" I was told. Then on, or about, the 3rd week I contacted the office again. I was given an appointment (follow-up) a few days later. When I presented myself, still during the 3rd week of my first visit. I was told that a different provider was scheduled so I had to pay for the treatment ( tweaking). And also, the front desk said, "I had waited too long " !! Bottom line, I didn't ask for a different provider, they scheduled it. And I didn't wait too long to contact them ( all happened within 30 days). And I had called their office at least 2 times regarding the lack of result. Yeah, I'm disappointed.
