Latia is so easy to work with, she's very laid back and so easy to talk to. Her passion for holistic care shines through. AND Latia actually really cares about results. She's also one of the hardest working people I've met here in Columbus. We were able to work together within a budget I wanted to spend and she designed a specific plan for my body. All in all I looked forward to driving from Westerville every 3 days to get me treatments done. I would definitely encourage anyone looking for body contouring to go see Latia, she's a rare find!

I did mention on the form that I was interested in the "Game Day Facial Special". I re-iterated that to the lady who I spoke with the next morning, and booked an appointment for 1 pm. I was so excited to get in the same day and finally get to try out your spa! I was told that a hold would be put on my credit card for the appointment (normal) and she said 3 pm and I corrected her to 1 pm. She also let me know she would email me some patient forms to fill out ahead of time - awesome! This was around 10 am and by 12:15, I had yet to receive an email, so I decided to head in early. I arrived at 12:45 and let her know that I never received the email. She told me my appointment wasn't until 3 pm. I reminded her about the conversation we had on the phone and I'd corrected her to 1 pm and she then said 1 pm. Unfortunately, she had put me down for 3 pm. I asked if we could do 1 pm since I was there and she said yes. She emailed me the form and I filled it out. Then she told me that they'd only be able to do a mini-facial...which is NOT what I wanted. Or I could have a massage. Also, not what I wanted. She then went and talked to someone about re-arranging her schedule and they must've figured it out because I was then told they could do the deluxe facial at 1 pm. By then it was a little after 1 pm. The person who did my facial (so sorry - can't remember her name - Carmen, maybe?) was great. Very good at explaining everything. It's a shame we started late (around 1:10, I remember looking at the clock as I was laying in the bed waiting). The facial was great - I enjoyed the products used (very seasonal smelling!) and the massage portion was super nice, too. It was a little light on the touch but that's my fault for not speaking up. When it was done, which was cut short (1:57) - I'm guessing to stay on schedule, she told me to get dressed and she'd meet me outside. I didn't realize she meant all the way at the front desk. I asked what kind of moisturizer she used, so she showed me. It wasn't until after I'd inquired about price that I was told I'd receive 15% off that since I had a service. I probably would've spent more on products had that been told to me as part of my end of service experience. When I went to check-out, I was told the normal price for the service, including a 15% gratuity. I told her I'd specifically scheduled for the Game Day special, and she said she wasn't aware of that. So to whoever does the social posts, please communicate to the rest of the staff what you've posted online! I also didn't realize the tip was added in to the total...that just kind of rubs me the wrong way. I almost always tip 20% - I didn't appreciate being told what I had to tip. We eventually got everything figured out and it wasn't until I left that I realized I didn't get the 15% off my product. Not a huge deal, it's just a couple bucks, but if you say you're going to do something, then do it. The specials the spa runs seem like great deals but the communication among the team is a little too messy for my taste. I'm not sure if I'll go back.

I was lucky enough to find an appointment within two days and on a Saturday too! First of all, the location is good and easy to find. It is on high street, so you can get there easily by bus # 2. For someone who prefers to drive, there is a parking area behind the building. Second, the place is so quiet, smells nice and is well-decorated. The light is just perfect and the music is just right! Third, Rosemary is well prepared for her clients, so professional, and enjoys her work. There is a huge different between professionals and amateurs and there is absolutely a big different between someone who enjoys working and someone who does it ONLY to get paid! This is something I've noticed -- Some people are just tired and want to get rid of their work to have some free time for their selves. But in this place with Rosemary, no one will experience these rush feelings. I felt she was enjoying her time even more than I was! She didn't once look at her watch or rush me! Rather, she forgot herself and was immersed in her work! So in my case, instead of finishing at 3:25 she was done at 3:40 pm at the same price! She is relaxed, laid back and nice. Fourth, usually facials are only about the face treatment, but in this place one gets a massage on the shoulders, neck, hands and feet. Your skin and your body will thank you for this visit! I am a student who has no time to review every place I visit, but today I felt it was very wrong and selfish to keep this experience and enjoyment only for myself! My daughter's wedding was coming in July so I discussed getting a Halo treatment and Botox touch up in June, 3 weeks before the wedding. This was supposed to give my skin a nice fresh glow and touch up for wrinkles. Something went terribly wrong! Whether this had anything to do with having the treatments done at the same time or whether it was human error in the placement of the Botox in the crow's feet area, I have lip incompetence and lost my smile for my daughter's wedding. My daughter and I had to grieve the loss of my smile; it has been one of the worst experiences of my life! We will either have to have photoshopping done or family pictures retaken once, hopefully, the Botox wears off. I know of course that this was not intentional but that does not change the outcome. I have sought the advice of other aesthetic providers and have been told that most aesthetic practices do not perform both procedures at the same time. I had substantial swelling after the Halo and Botox treatments which I was told was normal. I went in to see Jackie and was told it was an inflammatory response to the Halo treatment which should resolve itself, and it could not have been the Botox because I could still purse my lips. I had another appointment after two rounds of steroids and there was no improvement. It became very clear at that time that Botox was the source of the problem. On a final follow up phone call Jackie mentioned that she had wanted to see me on that previous appointment to assess potential nerve damage. While that is listed as a risk, I was not told for sure whether there was or was not nerve damage. I certainly hope that is not the case. I would highly recommend waiting between treatments if you are considering Halo and Botox and also be cautious of recommendations. I posted before and after pictures on a Google review but was not sure how to post pictures here. Neither me or my daughter will use the services of COAC in the future.

She is a very sweet lady, and I've been to her salon several times since last year (2017). When I initially started to going, my gel manis would last about 10 days. But I ventured out during that time to other salons, and had such phenomenal experiences, specifically at W Nail Bar. Because of that, I'm now noticing how poor Christy's nail services are. She's rushing and not using good equipment. My last mani with Christy was just 8 days ago, and the appointment only lasted 25 minutes. My gel manis at W Nail Bar usually last 3 weeks. But my gel mani with Christy started to chip in 5 days and the polish application was very lumpy and even on my cuticles! The only thing this place has going for itself outside of Christy herself are the cheap prices. But your nails come out looking cheap, so the price isn't even worth it! I'm sad to say I will no longer be a customer of Christy's. The quality of the gel manis are just too poor.
