First off, I know the prices here are very high, especially with so many other places in the area offering for way less, but I loved my experience here. If you have the Rosen black card you get 25% off services, or if you have a specific room rate (which we did). We did a couples massage which cost the price of the individuals each but also includes a glass a champagne (actually prosecco). When you arrive you go back into the ladies or men's lounge and are given a personal locker and a robe w/ slippers to change into. There are drinks and snacks available while you wait. They also have bathrooms, showered (with items if needed like tooth brush, razor, etc.), changing rooms, a hot tub, iced towels, and blow dryers. My masseuse was Chris and he was wonderful! I wish I had done more than a 50 minute because he really was working out my issues. I liked that the massage chair seemed to be able to adjust without needing pillows too. After the massage we did decide to shower there, which offered a nice private shower. With your service you get access to the spa area for the whole day, so you can take advantage of the hot tub, snacks, and I believe the outside pools. We had things planned so we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub, but it looked nice. If money wasn't an object I'd definitely go here more often! read more

I received the current specialty massage and it was amazing. Vilma is such so talented- she pretty much put her entire body into work giving me my massage. I am very picky about my massages and this was absolutely perfect. The spa itself was just okay. The amenities they have are all in the locker rooms and are a steam room, sauna, and hot tub. Booked 4 hours and 5 treatments. What an absolute elevated experience! Chris attended to my mud and salt scrub, scalp massage and reflexology. Loved her! She was so engaging, excelled at her craft and left me feeling incredibly relaxed. Sandra lent her experience in skincare with my facial, highlighting areas with retinol, hydration, collagen, peels, vitamin B throughout my face, neck and shoulders. She offered advice on skincare and took time to discuss my features. Incredible customer care! Wonderful ladies at this facility! What's better than traveling for work and incorporating some pleasure in there?? I was staying here for the week so decided to get a Pedicure and Massage from the Spa! Everything from the making the appointment to getting the services done was such a pleasant experience. I had my Pedicure done by "Aracelis" she is AMAZING!! What a gem that they have here at this Spa, please keep her happy, you have to ask for her for your pedicure and facials. She also told me about their customer appreciation day when you can get discounted services and treats, so I'll be back for that in September. She gave me a glass of Prosecco and some water, they also had fruit, cookies and chocolate covered strawberries in the waiting lounge. My Massage was done by another lady sorry didn't get her name but she was also very good, worked out all of my kinks and knots and I had a great night's sleep as a result. Highly recommend this Spa! Amazing experience with the Everglades body wrap. I arrived a few hours before my appointment to enjoy the hot tub, sauna, steam room, and pool. They had great snacks that were always replenished. They also gave me a complimentary glass of champagne upon learning it was my birthday. The included valet parking was also wonderful. Everything was so clean and comfortable. My wife and I had pedicures and were able to enjoy the Spa at Rosen Shingle Creek today. Our nail technician Aracelis did an excellent job with the pedicure and was the best I've ever had. Her service and attention to detail was top notch and she was very accommodating to my wife and I. As for the gentleman lounge, it included hot tub, sauna and steam room which were clean and fully functional. The lounge had a TV and some snacks to enjoy before your scheduled service. Went this past weekend with a girlfriend for spa day. The facilities are great- beautiful womens lounge area with pastries, chocolate covered strawberries, fruits, tea and water. They also provide comfy robes, slippers, have a sauna, steam room, shower and hot tub. I got the cedar massage ($192) and my friend got the monthly special ($152) prices include gratuity. However I would not recommend the cedar massage, unless it was just my masseuse that wasn't good. About 30-50% of the time I was not being massaged- she was rather removing towels, placing towels on me, walking around the bed, adjusting the bed, at one point it Seemed like she was just standing by my head for a few minutes not doing anything. I get monthly massages at a hand and stone which is way cheaper than this and their massages are way better than what I experienced here. The masseuse did spend some quality time by my feet and doing the scrub, but other than that all other parts of my body seemed extremely rushed since she barely was massaging me. On the other hand my friend loved her massage- the monthly special. So not sure what happened with mine, especially since it was the more expensive option :(. Other than that it was great to be able to use the hotel pool, which they have three. The resorts grounds are beautiful! read more

Had a lovely recent experience at this spa. Really enjoyed the cedar message and wish that I had the whole day to relax here because it was really nice! Loved the robes and slippers, along with the snacks and tea and spa water. You could even order restaurant room service to the spa. The nice workers helped me track down a bag for my swimsuit and a hairbrush. There were many other amenities too like hairdryers and deodorant. Loved the private hot tub and the steam room and sauna. I would have loved to enjoy the hotel pools too but will have to come back another time for that. Overall, a great way to spend an afternoon! read more

I had an amazing experience at the Spa at Rosen at Shingle Creek yesterday. My husband got me the Day at the Creek package for my birthday, and he got the Express Pedicure so he could sit around in the men's lounge area while waiting on me. This package was so worth the cost!! I started off with the Himalayan Stone Massage. I think my massage therapist was named Kris, and she was nothing short of amazing. She used the perfect amount of pressure and knew all the areas to hit. Definitely the best massage I have ever gotten. I did my facial, manicure, and pedicure with Aracelis, and she was fabulous!! I was so relaxed during my facial and my face looked so much better when she was done. My manicure and pedicure left my hands feeling and looking great too. She took her time on everything and you can really tell she loves her job. I will be back as I am local and I absolutely love the service and the positive attitude of everyone at the spa!! read more

As a spa, it's small but nice. Has the usual spa amenities. However I found it odd that there were piles of used robes and shoes on the chairs in the dressing room..... I had a massage and mani/pedi. Both of my technicians were so "over it." I didn't feel pampered, I actually felt like I was imposing on them. The massage room was freezing (don't they usually heat the table?) and sheets thin. She never asked me what areas to concentrate on. Her demeanor was very "let's get this over with. ". She came to get me from the relaxation room and didn't greet me...Just turned around and walked to the room. It was weird. She was not welcoming or friendly. I need pleasantries if you are about to see me mostly naked, thank you. The nail lady was nice enough. But she didn't know the polishes at all. I asked to find a chalky color and she has no idea until someone else directed me. She never asked if I needed anything (a drink or a magazine) which isn't a big deal but I really wanted one. The leg massage lasted less than a minute. Conversation was forced and awkward. Maybe I'm spoiled, but when I'm paying to be pampered at a spa, I expect to feel pampered. I felt rushed and actually like they were dying to be done for the day. To the spas credit they did give me a discount when I mentioned my dissatisfaction. read more

Oh gosh that is my best experience with a manicurist! She is just amazing! Her name is "Aracelis" and she's doing my manicure and pedicure right now! I didn't want to wait until she's done so I leave a review! She is doing an AMAZING job! I have been in a lot of different nail salons and here today, is my Best experience! She is super nice, Very professional and so fun to talk to! She is great and I already told her that I wish she was living close to my house! I would go to her every week! I had a Therapeutic massage with Tim at this spa. I had been painting my home and my back, from my neck down, hurt tremendously. Tim addressed all areas of pain and did so with just the right amount of pressure and the correct areas on the body. I like deep pressure, but some people dont know the correct areas to touch and it ends up being painful. He definitely knows what he is doing. I have had many massages and Tim is by far the best. I was very disappointed in the waiting area of the spa. Most spa facilities have a separate area where guest can relax on lounge chairs. The Spa at Shingle Creek only had chairs and foot stools so we were not able to truly relax before receiving our services. The hot tub area was small. We were not able to order drinks from the waiting area. The checkout process took awhile because I was charged the incorrect amount. Another front desk person took over and did a great job correcting my amount due. The only reason why I gave the spa 4 stars is due to my cosmetologist Aracelis Rodriquez. I got a signature facial with a few added facial services. She was amazing and made my spa experience great. She was experienced and gentle with the extractions. She was pleasant and had a nice personality. I would definitely visit the spa again and request Aracelis. read more

While visiting the resort my mother and I decided to skip another day at Disney for some R&R. I got a facial and a pedicure and my mom enjoyed a massage and scalp treatment. My experience was pretty ok. My facial was average - nothing fantastic but I did feel relaxed once my treatment was completed. The pedicure wasn't really even on par with the quality of treatment you get in the strip mall nail places... I didn't feel like she really cleaned up my cuticles, etc. I was desperate to have my nails repainted otherwise I would have skipped this all together. The locker room was nice - a small hot tub, a couple showers, robes/slippers provided, small snacks and dessert bar in the waiting area was a nice touch. They also were running a promotion for a certain $$ off a $100 purchase, which made the services a much better value. They do add 20% automatic gratuity to your bill which adds up QUICK! You can adjust that if you want... don't assume that you have to give that big of a tip if you don't feel comfortable with it. On my bill it was nearly $100 just for a gratuity which was silly when we had the same employees do the services. read more

Had my first ever pedicure here this past week. It was a great experience. A group of about 6 of us went and had a variety of services done. Everyone was pleased. Only one complaint which was the waiting area was small. There were not enough chairs for all clients to sit. The changing room was clean and there was a hot tub and sauna. The treats and tea was a nice touch. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that did my pedicure. She was very kind, professional and did a wonderful job. Had an awesome 80 minute Massage this morning at the spa at our hotel. The facilities were immaculate & gorgeous. My masseuse was attentive but not chatty, music perfect & the oils were a citrus scent. The best part was the deep spa jacuzzi and refreshments afterwards. They had beverages, a large fruit tray and fresh baked goodies waiting in the lounge afterwards. A must do for your trip to Orlando. read more

Quite possibly the worst pedicure I have ever received. My toe nails are not straight and the paint chipped in two days which is ridiculous for the price I paid. Ladies, DO NOT get waxed here. I went in hoping for a bikini wax and came out completely bruised. It was the most painful experience I've ever had from that treatment. The skin was purple, blue and bright red for days. I called to share my experience and after chatting with one of the staff was told I'd get a all back from the spa manager. No call whatsoever. So careless and so NOT the customer service that separates great spas from terrible ones. I will never go back. read more
