This is my favorite spa to go to for my massages. The therapists have changed through the years, but this past visit I got a 90 min relaxation massage with Anastasia. She was absolutely delightful. We didn't talk much (which I prefer- I like to just relax when getting a massage) but she seemed very friendly. She has been a therapist for years, and you can tell. She managed to find all of the knots and sore spots on my body, and she really worked them out. 10 min into my massage I was already melted into the table and thinking "I need to book a massage for my husband!". I definitely recommend this spa, and her. I took off a star, just because it can be a bit noisy during the massage. They have a nice sound machine, but you can still hear the noises of the salon pretty well. This won't stop me from coming back though! read more

As embarrassing as it is to say, I had a lot of skin problems on my face. Ever since I was a kid I've had trouble with acne and such. My mom had been going here for awhile and thought it would be good for me to give it a try, so I did. I went to see Paulette and she really listened to what I was saying. Everything I had already tried, places I had been, and people I had seen. So she started me with a face peel and a scrub. It didn't take very long and my face was so pink afterwards. A few days later it was really peeling and I was growing skeptical about the whole thing to be honest. Then she started me on a face regiment for day and night use and my face was still peeling. She kept reassuring me that it was normal and it would take a little while to see some results. What do you know, 4-5 months later I had beautiful clear skin. It still looks awesome too, if I say so myself...which I do! She did such a great job. If you can get past the expense of the process, the results are totally worth it. It's a must try if you're struggling with your skin like I was. Don't wait any longer! read more

Went for a full spa day & loved it! Everyone at every station was fantastic: mani, pedi, massage, facial, brow wax, color, cut, and makeup. Went here for the first time. I was charged $48 for a TRIM NOT A CUT A TRIM. I only had a half of inch to and inch cut off. I found this outrageous. I didnt even get my hair conditioned after it was shampooed and didnt get it styled. I walked out with a wet head, because I usually let my hair air dry. The receptionist said well that's what the price was when I questioned it and said well your hairs long. Yes it is long but I only got an inch off. I didnt get my hair cut, I got a trim. I would never recommend this place to anywhere and in my judgement it doesn't even deserve a 1 star. read more

I came here as a part of a bridal party for my friends wedding in the fall of 2011 to get my hair done. I was the maid of honor in her wedding, and my appointment was scheduled for 10:30am (the last scheduled of the bridal party). I got there about 15-20 minutes early so I could sit with my friend and the rest of the girls. Checked in with the woman at the front desk (who I later found out was the owner) who pointed out the stylist who would be doing my hair (who was currently doing another member of the bridal party's hair) and told me it would be just a few minutes. 10:30 (the time of my appointment) came and went, but I wasn't keeping a close eye on the clock because I was talking with my friend (the bride) as she was getting her hair done. After a while, I looked at the clock and saw it was almost 10:50am. The ceremony was scheduled for 1:30pm, just as a timeframe reference, and we still had to go to the brides sister-in-law's house to get ready and all that jazz. I'm not one to make a big stink about things running over on time, but I knew we were on a wedding schedule here. I waited another 5 minutes and then walked up to the font where another girl who had just walked in was standing, impatiently drumming her acrylic nails on the counter. I walked up just as her conversation started with the owner who was seated at a computer trying to locate her reservation she had made for a trial updo at 11:00am (which is what time it was now). The owner was apologizing say she didn't see an appointment for that time. They went back and forth a bit and the girl was obviously irritated that her appointment was lost, and was arguing with her. The owner finally sighed and said 'Don't worry, we will fit you in in just a moment'. The girl sits down, and I politely ask the owner, 'Will I be getting my hair done soon? My appointment was for 10:30am' She snaps, yes, full-on annoyance, snapped at me, "YES. You will be seen as soon as possible. It will be just a few more moments." Ohhhh-kay. I sit back down, and watch the rest of the bridal party leave over the next ten minutes. The stylist that had been pointed out to me as who would be doing my hair finishes up with the bridesmaid's hair she'd been working on. Then, the owner tells impatient acrylic nail girl who was here for her trial up-do that "So&so (sorry, can't remember the stylists name) is ready for you now!" Yes. The very stylist who was supposed to be doing my hair 45 minutes ago now has another girl in her chair while my friend (the bride) is now done with her hair and is also leaving because, well, she has to go get dressed for her wedding! I was pretty mad at this point and you'd think the owner of all people would've apologized to me and explained that there was a scheduling conflict or at least sent this dolt with the practice updo on her way to ANY other stylist besides the one who had an appointment that had already been 45 minutes pushed back. Nope. I didn't get my hair started on until after 11:30am. Oh and the price? I didn't even get an up-do, I had her leave my hair down with lots of body and some curls (pretty simple) and it was billed on the receipt as an $85 "up-do". No thanks. Never again. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it for a bridal party if you're concerned about making it to the ceremony on time in a relaxed fashion instead of being bumped for someone else's hairdo. read more

I give this place 3 stars. Got great customer service, but the wax job wasn't the best (wasn't bad, just not the best). Had to ask her to trim my eye brows, and she wasn't too big on detail with the other wax job. read more

Cynthia saved my life!!!! My skin is SOO much better than it was before coming to see her. I sadly have suffered for many years with bad acne, scars, black heads, and large pores. I couldn't walk out of the house without make up and it was a constant cycle. Wear makeup to cover acne-get more acne. After going to her she started me on a skin care regimen that has been a life saver! If you bring in any make up she can look at the ingredients and tell you if it's ok to put on your face. Cynthia also has done several different micro peels that always work and I see my skin improving, almost like it's healing. I've been able to feel comfortable enough to walk out of the house with zero make up on. And it's all thanks to her. I still have a ways to go but I know if I keep up with this I'm going to be right where I've always wanted to be! Not only is she great at what she does but she is so kind, funny, and down to earth. My hairdresser is Alyssa, she is trendy, knows what she's doing, makes you feel comfortable and very friendly! I had been dark dark black for years and wanted to go lighter. I didn't think twice but to make an appointment with a friend of mine (Alyssa) who I knew I would be very happy with as she's super experienced. The salon was very clean and friendly, I got started with my appointment right away and my result was exactly what I was looking for. If you're looking to change it up and go to someone who's trendy and you can trust with your hair, it's definitely the right Salon and stylist! read more

Wow April took so much time on my hair and was honest from the start of how the finished product would look. P.s it was my first time there and hate anyone cutting my hair... so I was a little nervous. She stayed 2 hrs past closing to make sure my color and cut was perfect! That alone is amazing to me! She has basically been there since day one. If you are like me and fear getting another bad dye job or a cut you want to leave and cry home about... please ask for April. I will not give this place any more business... It is not kept very clean and the employees aren't professional. Kellie gave me the worst haircut I have ever seen and was rude in the process. have had great services and then not so great (facials, pedis, manis, massage). not sure why level of service is so inconsistent. there are only a select few who really do a great job (i cannot stand leaving a spa looking like a 5 year old painted my nails and more often than not this is the case). really laid back atmosphere and the people and facility are very nice. shame it is inconsistent and a little over priced. read more
