Yall I was HOLLERING telling her it burns and I started to tear up because i was in so much pain. Then she sat there and said she couldn't get the wax off so I just had to go home and take a shower to wash it off. On top of that I kept telling my lady that the wax was too hot and it was burning my skin, did she stop? No. She said "it's wax, it's going to be hot" I now have bruises, open skin, and rashes from how hot the wax was. NEVER again will I recommend this place or go here. When I came out the room I told the front desk lady that it was a horrid experience and what happened. She just said I'm sorry your total is $58 and some change. I paid and left. Called back up there to ask for a refund, and was told to send pictures of what happened. I did and then was told a manager would call me. That never happened. I had to call back again to ask if someone was going to speak with me. Got told the manager told front desk they can only do 25% refund which came out to $12.87. YOURE JOKING. Sometimes it will say it's supposed to be done at 3:00pm but then isn't actually done until several days later.
