Iv never been so uncomfortable getting my nails done. I had an appointment with the nail tech that did my nails a couple weeks ago. After I checked in and sat down I was basically told she wasn't available but that was alright with me I was happy to see someone else. Unfortunately the nail tech I was paired with made me extremely uncomfortable the moment she walked over to the owner with my phone showing the design I wanted. I could see the owner (I'm assuming is still Selena) encouraging her nodding and speaking. I told the nail tech I was now paired with that I wanted a French tip with a gold line down the middle instead of the picture showing a slight different variation (also wanting to reassure her that I didn't need anything complicated because I don't like feeling like someone doesn't want to do my nails) Long story short I could tell this nail tech was not confident in herself and although there is a language barrier I could 100% feel the energy and tone when she spoke to others around her. It was so constant and was obvious because she'd ask me a question about the nails, I would respond, then she'd start talking to them and they would laugh as she'd keep talking. I don't know if it was because the owner disregarded her concerns at the beginning and she was complaining to the others the whole time but whatever it was I should not had to have gone through that. I ended up just telling her to not even continue because I just wanted to leave. The last nail tech looked at my inspo pic, grabbed the polish that matched, and my experience was so so good but this time I left with an ugly set of nails and 65 dollars less. *Selena did ask if I wanted her to do them which was kind but they were busy, the other nail tech was standing up at the front the whole time and I was on the verge of tears. I will most likely go back but will make sure I am firm when getting paired if my nail techs not available. I honestly don't even remember if it was Tina but whoever did the first set couple weeks back did such a good job hopefully I'll be able to update my review again for another positive one.

The first day afterwards my nails looked great, however three nails chipped on the second day and the top coat came off the other. I've routinely had gel manicures for the last four years and they've never chipped that quickly or had the top coat chip off. I came back this morning and asked them to fix it and the owner was pretty adamant it was my fault, but with some insistence they redid the three nails that were messed up. The girl who fixed them was very nice and looked at each of the other nails to make sure there wasn't anything wrong, and even fixed the top coat on one of them. Since my first service was right before the holidays and when they were rushing to get people in, I believe they were a little less careful than they normally would be. 3 stars is given because at least they fixed the mistake even if it took some insistence.

I will continue to support this business and here is one reason why...I was getting a manicure and over heard an old man harassing an old woman he was sitting next to at the manicure bar. He was telling her she talks too loud on her phone and kept repeating this to her, clearly annoying her. I at first I assumed it was her husband but further observation I realized he was just another customer and had no relation to her. The owner stepped in and told him sternly to not harass his customers or leave. The man seemed shocked someone stood up to him. That's when he realized the room was full of angry women glaring him down. Including me! For now on I only have one nail beautician!

Honestly the worst full set of acrylic nails & gel polish ever. I was in a hurry to get my nails…read moredone quickly before an event and just looked up the closest place to my office and didn't have time to read reviews. Big mistake. Each nail is super thick and she kept piling on the gel polish and a clear top coat. The nails are inconsistently shaped, some are even lumpy and as you can see from the photos the sides are not smooth or fully painted. The design I chose was too difficult for her so I simplified it for her and it looked just OK. Linda got gel polish on my finger and proceeded to use a nail file to file it off, hurting me and damaging my skin. I mentioned it to her and she said "I have to use the file to get the gel polish off your finger," and did it again! Ouch! I went immediately to dinner at my boss's home, and tried hide my hands as much as possible, it was so embarrassing. I made an appointment with my regular nail salon for this weekend to have this taken off and start from scratch. I was also surprised that she started my appointment and then mid-manicure, went over and worked on another woman. She did this twice while I sat there waiting for her. I won't be back.

I called for my money back and she told me "No you come in and I fix it for you" .... excuse me? I decided to give her a chance to correct it because what choice did I have?? I came in and she fixed the two nails plus put 2-3 more unnecessary layers of the dip on top of the existing nails making them look too thick and gaudy. Two days later the same thing happened... the nails popped off one by one. I lost my money, time and spent the holidays stressed out and embarrassed because nails kept popping off and I had to just take them off revealing my ruined nail beds underneath. I am an easygoing customer... I always give a business the benefit of the doubt... this woman should not be in business. I've never been more disrespected or scammed by a beauty professional. I'm a hairdresser and I do manis and pedis 15+years so I know what professionalism is and this place isn't even close. RUN
