Post installation and pool school, there is no remote turn on. This was discussed with the owner and he notes that it was not in the order form and we did not read the contract closely enough. Alright? But again, we worked with a sales person and we would not know how to look for that within the sales document. Now a year later, we cannot get in the hot tub unless someone sleeps at the lake house over night and turns it on at 9 am since we cannot turn it on remotely. So, beware of the salesman. Also, at the time of purchase it was 2024, why sell anything without Bluetooth? Also we had to have two pool schools because the first person who arrived did not how to even use our salt hot tub.

So, I hired Robert to install his Pool-Seal and I absolutely love it. And the price was not only very reasonable, it took him just a few hours to complete and I was swimming in my pool that evening. When I got to talking to him, I realized that his Pool-Seal can be used for other applications as well. So, in the future I plan on calling him back to re-do the expansion joints on my sidewalk and my driveway as well. I love the look and posted photos so you could see yourself. I had Robert handle the install because I've been so busy lately, but he reassured me that if I wanted to do the sidewalk and driveway myself in the future since I like DIY projects. That I could buy the product needed. He just needed my measurements to calculate how much product I would need, and he spent time reassuring me that I could easily handle both the driveway and sidewalk since the mastic is designed to self-level. The light in the pool os still not functioning how it is supposed to and there is always an excuse that he couldn't make it it out. Then all of a sudden he won't respond at all.
