I recently moved to Georgia and I am so glad I found this place. It is in a very convenient area and when you first walk inside, you know you have come to the right place for you beauty/waxing/threading needs. The salon is neat, cosy and clean and I absolutely LOVE every visit. The owner Neeta takes excellent care of her customers. The waxing experience is amazing and she has a way of putting you at ease, has a gentle and efficient touch, and makes the waxing process as pleasant as possible. The wax that she uses is of really good quality and I can visibly see a reduction in my hair growth and improvement in skin color. I love getting my eyebrows threaded here. Neeta always does such a good job getting the right shape and it is done quickly too. I have got my hair colored a couple of times and after the wash and blow dry styling my hair ended up looking smooth and gorgeous. If you have to get other services aside from threading you can make an appointment so that you don't have to wait when you get there. I've seen Neeta in the past (always amazing), and after months of staying in due to COVID-19, we decided to give her a call today to see if she had any availability and what her procedures were like with the current pandemic. Needless to say, we felt very safe and comfortable visiting Neeta! We filled out a form prior to coming in (quick, easy, and on her website), wore masks, and stayed in our car until the client before us was ready to leave. When it was our turn, we came in for eyebrow threading. Neeta was cautious about sanitizing the space, and as always, did a remarkable job with the threading itself. I usually get my eyebrows waxed down in Cumberland but didn't want to make the drive since it's Christmas Eve. I've seen this salon plenty of times but never wanted to try a new place. I saw it on yelp and really liked the work from the pictures. Neeta was really nice and professional, the salon was neat and clean. And I LOVE my eyebrows! They look so amazing. It's the best they've looked in years. Like literally years. I will definitely be going to Neeta for my eyebrows in the future. I can't believe how good they look. The absolute best experience I've had in a while. Me and my boyfriend went to come get facials and had no idea what to expect since neither of us have ever received one. Neeta was so sweet and made me feel comfortable. I've been stressed out with school and barley sleeping but the nap that I took was the best sleep I've had in a while. The facial was so relaxing and refreshing and I will definitely be back. I loved how she made sure to let me know what was going on and told me to tell her if I got too hot or too cold. I can only tell you this has been the best salon that I have been to since moving to the suburbs of Atlanta. I have been to many others that paled in comparison. First, I went there for my brows.....and she did the best that I have ever had in years. Next, I took my teenage son with horrible acne, and she was able to work miracles to clean up his face and provide tips that my teenager was willing to listen to. I have gone to Neeta twice. Once for eyebrow threading(it was my first time trying threading) & once for a haircut. She fit me into her busy schedule both times and gave me exactly what I wanted. My eyebrows look amazing! I was very happy with the result. During my haircut, she gave me helpful tips on how to volumize my hair at home. This was different because at other places I'm usually being talked into buying overly-expensive products to use. I am very particular about my eyebrows and how they're shaped, as are most people, so I'm very careful about who I choose to thread my eyebrows. I used to go to a couple places near Neeta and I felt like like they always rushed to do my eyebrows and subsequently would have 2 different shapes brows. I've had my brows threaded in multiple cities in different states and this is the best place I've been to. She really takes her time and listens to what her client wants. This place is amazing!!! Not only do they do an awesome job shaping my eyebrows,Neeta has also provided me with an all natural face mask, consisting of two powders and rose water that has drastically improved my skin. Due to my sensitive skin from acne, I had a lot of hyper pigmentation and dark spots from acne. Neeta is the ABSOLUTE best in the Atlanta metro area. My eyebrows are perfect each time I leave the salon. She takes her time and walks you through exactly what she's going to do. Neeta was amazing! She was careful when threading my eyebrows and even explained to me why my eyebrows were mismatched. She then told me what to do and how to massage them. I appreciated her knowledge and explanations. Her shop was also very clean with proper protocols in place. She had a mask and gloves on. I've been a customer of Neeta's for almost three years now. When I first met Neeta I had so many questions about coloring my hair. I go to Neeta's for eyebrow threading services and love her skills She is very meticulous and works hard to make sure she gives the customer what they want. I have naturally thick eyebrows and prefer them thinner. Neeta does a great job of making sure that she shapes my eyebrows and takes photos to reflect the before and after.
