We did a 60 minute massage and they made sure to use every minute of it and made sure we both were ok throughout the whole time and focused on any area that we asked like back etc... Afterwards they gave us plenty of time to privately get up from bed and get dressed on our own time...no one rushed us. I was especially excited to have sauna and cold plunge close to home, hoping to make this my winter ritual destination. I first wanted a low commitment way to check out everything that the spa has to offer. That's where things ended up in disarray. I called in on Monday to ask about Groupon booking and how far the appointments will be booked. Confident that there may even be appointments the same week, I purchased a Groupon right away. Purchased luxe level to experience sauna, cold plunge, and massage. Called the spa twice on Tuesday and Wednesday with no response. Texted and received a response that they will no longer honor a Groupon. The recommendation was to contact Groupon for a refund because the spa no longer partners with Groupon. I was advised to book through ClassPass instead. Long story short, I now have to wait 5-10 business days for a refund from Groupon. The Groupon is still listed on the site and available for purchase. As a customer, I am extremely confused why I had an entire conversation of the phone about Groupon, was ignored for two days, and then had to request a refund from Groupon. It's not a relaxing spa experience one would expect. Following my Groupon cancellation that I was advised to do, the spa contacted me to honor the Groupon stating "exception will be made this time." I wasn't interested in proceeding further for several reasons. One, the Groupon was cancelled per recommendation. Two, I love relaxing and positive atmosphere at spas. "Exception will be made" sounded like a favor rather than a service or a good start to a long-term relationship. I'm sure that the spa has lovely accommodations. However, proceed with caution if you're booking and know that your service may be denied.

I finally had an excuse to visit the newish location for a women's event - tea ceremony, sound bath, and women's lunar circle. It's is a sanctuary for anyone seeking relaxation and serenity. Revive Yoga Collective is located on the second floor of the Georgetown Square. It's a very clean and new-looking building. Fresh looking paint and clean aesthetic. The building is a bit hard to find. The GPS directs you to the apartment building across the street. When you'll find the location, you can park at the back of the building and enter through the back door. You'll find Revive Yoga Collective on the second floor (suite 207), it's one big room. What sets Revive apart is the sense of community and care. Everyone holding the workshop was very friendly. It's more than just a spa or studio--it's a collective that truly supports your wellness journey. I really found tea and lunar circle event very relaxing. The sound bowls sounded amazing in the space. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reconnect with themselves, de-stress, and feel renewed. Revive Spa offers Kundalini Yoga on Mondays at 6 PM. There is ample free parking in the surface lot in the back, so no worries about street parking! The spa is located inside the arcade in suite 12. You can also conveniently book online on their website, which I love. The suite is small, but super cozy. Chrissy has decorated with plants, wall hangings, and the perfect lighting. Chrissy is FANTASTIC. This is easily one of the best massages I've ever had. I went in for a CBD massage as I was curious about this service. At the beginning of the massage, Chrissy offered me some CBD oil-infused water. This drink totally relaxed me before the massage even began! Chrissy utilized CBD, acupressure, cupping, and stretching to give me a dynamic massage that made me feel like a billion bucks. I have sciatica and a high stress job, so I am always tense. Chrissy's manipulation of my muscles with the multiple techniques she employed made me feel like butter by the end of the massage. I seriously couldn't recommend this place, or Chrissy, more.
