When I walked into my room I was asked if I wanted a heated blanket, if I wanted to watch tv, music, whatever makes me comfortable. I then asked about all their services they offer (as there is SO much to choose from) and there is no pressure to purchase more than I'm going in for and that is ALWAYS a huge plus for me. When I left the spa today, there was this woman who looked so gorgeous and when I told her how beautiful she was, her response was "I would give all my money to Carol" That sounds about right. Lol I had called the owner (Carol) last time I had work done just to tell her how beautiful I looked. That my friends that hadn't seen me in awhile were asking me how I am aging backwards. I sure can't wait to come back!

First, it took several trips to get the first treatment, which was supposed to be micro needling, but she insisted I needed an LED treatment first. Total scam with no results. Then, after traveling an hour and sitting for numbing cream to take effect for an hour, her micro needling device broke five minutes into the treatment. I was upset, but things happen. She was very flustered and upset and said instead she would do a radio frequency treatment instead. I believe she was very distracted and ended up burning me. Two days later I had a blistered spot that ruptured and has taken weeks to heal and is still red after three weeks. When I told her assistant about it, she asked me to send pictures, which I did, only to hear absolutely nothing from them. They both pressured me to buy $270 worth of products on my third trip and like an idiot, they wore me down and I finally gave in and bought them--cleanser, serum, moisturizer and tinted sunscreen. No better results than I have gotten from drugstore products. Overall, a horrible experience. Very high pressure and not professional. Worst of all, bad result.

I purchased a "lifetime" laser hair removal package for approximately $6,077 based on the…read moreunderstanding that I would have ongoing access to treatment. The service was marketed as lifetime coverage, which was a major factor in my decision to purchase. Recently, the company terminated my agreement and informed me they were separating from me as a client under a zero-tolerance policy. I was not provided with specific details about what policy was allegedly violated, despite requesting clarification. Following termination, the company reclassified lifetime payment as "services rendered" and charged me my entire lifetime payment for services already rendered and gave some sort of back charge per session rate. This was based on a recalculation of prior sessions at what appears to be non-discounted rates. While I understand that businesses have policies and the right to discontinue service, the experience of advertising a lifetime package and then terminating the agreement while retaining the majority of the prepaid amount is deeply disappointing. I imagine this is a strategic tactic to justify budget cuts and gaslighting customers seems to be part of that process. I can't imagine what could have happened. I'd be curious to see the "evidence" of such.
