I've gone to other places that load you full of relaxers and ended up with a frozen raised eyebrow etc. Priscilla goes out of her way to ensure that doesn't happen. Now that she knows where I need relaxers, there isn't a need for follow up appts except the normal touch up every 3-4 months.
