This is a hidden gem!! Although it is new, it is chic and a great location for intimate events.

The ballroom is absolutely huge, full of light with nice tall ceilings (sound can echo a bit as a result). There are breakout rooms, making the space flexible for a variety of uses. I'm not sure who catered the event we went to but it was absolutely delicious! I've driven past this venue for years (decades actually) and am glad I've finally had a chance to go inside!

They've got the most gorgeous patio out back and the banquet hall is extremely large and can easily fit a decent sized dance floor. I highly recommend this place. The place is already decorated - so unless you absolutely hate the way it's done, it's another hassle you can cross off your list. There is a beautiful hallway right outside that's just perfect for taking pictures of your guests as they come in. They're pretty much all-inclusive. However, for our event we opted to cater from another location, but we took the rest of their offers. Since they frequently do weddings, they have a set up Brides' and Grooms' room in the back. It's a perfect spot for hosts to stash their valuables, change of clothes/shoes, and any other miscellaneous things you'd like. Highly recommend coming here. My only recommendation - make sure you get a couple of great photographers. Your event will be absolutely stunning and I assure you that you'll be really upset if all the photos you have are selfies from your cell phone or ones that your guests take. My only regret of coming here is that I wish I had more and better pictures of the event. All our guests could not stop raving about this place! All in all, this place was a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth the price in MHO.

This cotton mill manufactured the largest amount of denim material in the world at one time. The structure sat abandoned for years until enterprising entrepreneurs repurposed it as office space and venue. I recommend you visit to inspect the " bones" of the original construction. The lighting where they request you to set up the wedding party table is very dimly lit so you'll need to bring some sort of lighting. There isn't a ton of parking so make sure your guests carpool. You're required to use caterers off their list. I think the list had about 6-7 on it. The room they offer for weddings inside is a hallway. Literally a hallway. It's definitely not worth the $1,500 price tag they put on it. I would recommend using the outdoor space if you can. It's spacious and looks like a spot you'd have a wedding. It's perfect for an October wedding! The woman who showed us the venue spent maybe ten minutes with us. We felt a little rushed. But then again it was 7pm so maybe she was ready to go home. We never did get a follow up call or email from her. I didn't quite get that warm feeling from them. It felt very corporate. They book up pretty quick so you'll want to schedule your date here way in advance. Overall a cute place to have a wedding. Just make sure you hire someone to bring in lighting and you book your wedding not in peak season or you'll have to book two years out. Update: I received a message from the woman who did my tour. 1) She addressed me as Samantha. My name is Stefanie. Therefore she showed a lack of attention to detail 2) She stated she was in a hurry because she was showing 2 groups at the same time. During our tour she told us we were the last group and there was no one here so we were free to wander around wherever. We never saw a second group or couple looking around. 3) She was confused by my comment about lack of parking. Due to her lack of information and not telling us they apparently have a second parking lot, how were we to know there was additional parking elsewhere other than the one small lot we saw when we pulled in? 4) Regarding the head table. During our tour she told us that's where they put the head table. There was no comment about it being able to be elsewhere. She said that's where it will be set up for your event so it didn't even sound negotiable. My review still stands.

When we walked in it was hot like a sauna but the AC worked to cool it down pretty speedily. Front desk was kind, nothing special to report. First floor had everything including a fair fitness center. Location was decent with a fair bit of shops and restaurants close by. We stayed for an event at the Allen Event Center but the nearby surroundings were solid. Breakfast is provided so that's cool. It's nothing special but it's included in the cheap price already. Unfortunately, pools are outdoors and often closed (closed on our visit) whereas other hotels have outdoor pools and jacuzzis that remain open. The main complaint is that the shower drain is annoying to deal with and extremely slow. Each shower my feet will be submerged in soapy water as I'm ready to leave so I take extra time to wait for water to drain before rinsing off finally. It was a bigger deal than you might imagine (at least to me), but great service, cleanliness, and overall positive impression puts the hotel at 4.

The main negatives included the condition of bathroom: mold in the shower caulking, toilet occasionally leaked from the underside of it (wax seal issue??), the floor wasn't flat, it was oddly uneven. Breakfast was ok. I ended up only eating a yummy cinnamon roll and coffee, our kids had toast and cereal. I like when they offer the "omelets" but that morning they only had scrambled eggs, which always have a weird texture to me. We didn't use the outdoor pool or fitness center. Despite the negatives, I LOVED the much-needed rest I got from this hotel.

We especially loved the shower and appreciated not having a bathtub. Our only minor complaint was that the shower floor became a bit slippery when wet. The gal I spoke to on the night shift was polite, understanding, and waited. Upon arrival, both night shift gals were the sweetest and welcoming after the night's ordeal. The room? Right next to the parking structure door - yeah you can park on your level and access your room. It's a dream. Forget having to navigate through an entire hotel with a cart half-asleep, you just go from car to room. The room itself was chilled upon entry. I walked in and went "ohhh thank goodness." The bed was the perfect combination of firm but soft. The pillows weren't insanely bulky which is my preference. The shower. The shower had the combination rainfall and wand attachment which was a dream. If you see this hotel pop up and you're considering it, trust me. This is it. Hospitality and all.
