One of my all-time favorite Farmington spots, I rarely get the opportunity to visit when I'm in the area, but I'm really glad I got to recently. I really don't think you can go wrong with anything here but might go to is always the peachaid, one of the sandwich deals, and of course cobbler with ice cream. Turkey sandwich is a longtime favor of mine, but they were out yesterday so I got the chicken ranch, which is also fabulous. This family run spot is always somewhere that just feels very welcoming. It's been a few months since I've visited our local Spare Ribs, I tend to support locally owned businesses but safe to say, I won't be returning. I had to glance at the menu for no more than 30 seconds to see why to order, however the front staff member appeared inpatient with me and continued being rude while glaring at me, sternly asking what I wanted. Not very welcoming and I felt rushed to order and decide on my sides. The lemonade was decent and so were the fries, the ribs were on the chewy side and the sausage had lost its heat since I last visited. Chicken 10/10. I'm the first to hate smoked birds. Usually they are over smoked this was PERFECT. sausage 10/10. Ham 10/10 moist and delicious. Mac n cheese 8.4/10. Would have loved it to be smoked lightly but creamy and great. Cole slaw 10/10. Little bite of vinegar and just creamy perfection. Ribs. 10/10. Pulled right off the bone and I'm very picky woth ribs. Now that BBQ sauce. Needs to be bottled and sold nationwide. It is the best sauce I've ever had. 12/10. Macaroni and cheese look like Velveeta out of a can but not as much flavor, potato salad they said it was homemade it taste like Reeses the tubs people buy at the store It was probably one of the lower end ones I've ever had not go at all, cornbread was dry, brisket was dry and not much flavor. Wish they would've baby back ribs as those are much better than spareribs that they have. I don't know who does spareribs just a lot of fat not very good. They smother everything in barbecue sauce. We needed some quick tasty bbq and the food truck we planned to visit was closed. Turns out this was good luck because we found Spare Rib! The ribs are generous and tasty.
