My daughter was totally taken advantage of and this was very unethical. They advertise transparency on their website but that was definitely not our experience. Buyer beware. Very disappointed in their lack of attention to make this right. Instead a received a text saying that she consulted my daughter before doing the root smudge. Never were these words used and never did Rylie tell her this was an additional cost to whatever she supposedly did. Her hair doesn't even look different from when she went it. Crooks.
