My husband has been seeing Dr. Amanda Stebbins for years now and he recommended I see her for my yearly eye check up. Being a new patient, I called to make an appointment and was asked to fill up some online forms on their portal. The lady who scheduled my appointment was friendly and I was able to get an appointment on my preferred date. The Spectacle Shoppe is conveniently located (right next to menchies) and there is ample parking. The receptionist was friendly and I was seen on time. What I love about the Spectacle shoppe is that they are very advanced in technology. To check eye pressure, they have this cool device that they just put on your head and the reading comes. They also offer Optomap which gives the Dr. an advanced view of your eye. (Dilation of the eye is currently not offered due to Covid.) Dr. Stebbins is absolutely wonderful. She does a thorough check up. I had some questions related to dry eyes and she gave me some eye drop samples to try out. My overall visit went smoothly and I would highly recommend Dr Stebbins and her team! Great customer service and good variety of glasses! read more

Well I sat on my glasses and the wire that holds the lens broke. All this while on a business trip no less. Looked up the closest shop I could find with great Yelp reviews and gave them a call. Jen answered and said they could help. I just dropped them off and asked how much it would cost. Jen said zero, zip, nada. Not a quote, those were my words. I believe her words were "I would be happy to take care of that for you". Well I still have to go back and pick up my glasses, but even if they can't fix them for some reason, the service so far has been awesome. If I ever need glasses while in Orlando, the Spectacle Shoppe will be my first stop. Highly recommend!!! Update - picked up my glasses and they are perfect. Excellent service. Very informative and educated team. All the latest equipment for tests. I especially liked the machine that let's you avoid having to dilate your eyes. Only reason I didn't give a higher review was I felt rushed at the frames selection part of the process. The pricing for what I was paying for was not broken down and explained to me and I was just given one very hight total for everything which I found out after was grossly high compared to other places. Ultimately I should have done more homework as a first time glasses buyer and I paid the price for it, literally. Again great staff and customer service but if you are looking for a good deal this is not the store for you. read more

This office is the best in the business, bar none. The staff is friendly and attentive. Norma, the manager, was especially helpful in selecting the perfect frames and lenses. She even helped me solve a warranty issue with my current sunglasses (purchased elsewhere). Who does that anymore?
