Good doctor for our older kiddo but not very helpful with newborn issues. As the other reviewer…read morementioned she has a hands-off approach when it comes to newborn/infant issues. She is in general not very sympathetic to parents concerns at newborn stage. She's also not in office some days of the week so it takes time for her to repond to messages. We met some other pediatricians when she was not in office, and all of them showed more understanding. We had trouble getting prescription refill too. She insisted us to book an appointment to follow up with her before getting the refill, which took some time and the pharmacy did not have it in stock. Would not recommend for infants/newborns.
