They work with children of all abilities and all types of speech disorders, including kids with autism, ASL users, and children who communicate with AAC devices. Despite multiple emails and voicemails--most of which have gone unanswered--I've received almost no communication. Erin spoke with me once during my initial outreach and seemed open to working with my insurance, but since then has consistently ignored my follow-ups. Even my care advocate has tried reaching out and hasn't heard back. Every few weeks I get a brief response, only to be ghosted again. At one point, Erin offered to remind me of the pricing--when I agreed, I never heard back. I had high hopes for this practice and have been transparent about how important these services are to me. But the lack of communication and follow-through has made it clear that patient care is not a priority here. I'd recommend looking for a practice with dedicated staff who can actually support new patients through the onboarding process.

It was a fun process getting my brain to rewire its communication. They use a variety of games and things to watch while I was hooked up to the equipment and I found it relaxing and fun. The professionalism and the level of caring for the patients is great and the team here will help you with your brain goals whether it is better learning and retention with school or recovery after any kind of injury, they do a great job.

Wonderful center for OT and Speech services!! We started here back in March 2021 with my daughter…read morefor feeding/OT services. We were so grateful to be able to get into a center based program (telehealth just wasn't an option for our little one) with very little wait time. It of course took her a few sessions to warm up to her therapist but once she did it was amazing to see the growth and changes she made. She went from severe difficulty with chewing foods and drinking from cups, to meeting all of her goals within 6 months. Amanda ( her OT) is so great and patient with her. We have expanded each week on what types of foods my daughter eats and have learned so many ways to keep her progress going at home too. We are so grateful for all of the help from Amanda. We also received speech services the past few months here. Melissa is our speech teacher and she is AMAZING too. So sweet and fun to work with, especially for our little one. We are moving services soon (just due to commute) and will really miss seeing her each week! Parking is tricky so arrive a bit early before your session. It's apparent she's done the hours of work and study but her natural nurturing no nonsense instinct can not be taught. From my first session on her table I dropped in instantly.
