We've had our 3rd speech session with Miss Chris and are blessed to be watching our daughter slowly transform in front of our eyes! Miss Chris does a great job of building a connection with the child and family, laying foundational skills to build upon and develop language and explain what she is doing and why along the way. We are very lucky to have found her! read more

Miss Chris is the best and so nice. Please go to her if your child needs speech therapy. She is great with kids! Ever since we gone to her my son is speaking more words and short sentences. Not only is she helping my son but she also teaches and gives advice on what to do at home for parents. read more

Finding the Speech School was one of the best things that ever happened to our son's development. Ms. Chris is a godsend and we fell in love with her from the very first conversation. Our son was 2 years and 1 month when we started taking him to Ms. Chris. He's delayed in speech. It's been about 4 months since we've started doing sessions and the progress has been incredible. It's definitely taken time, but everything little thing is huge. Ms. Chris has provided my husband and I with so much comfort, confidence, and peace of mind as this can be so emotionally difficult for parents. She also has background in early intervention and has provided advice and knowledge in this process. Finding someone you trust in such an important and delicate matter is crucial and we're so happy that Ms. Chris is helping us through this journey. I truly don't know where we would be if we hadn't found her. We are forever thankful and we will keep seeing her as long as we need. Thank you, Ms. Chris!!! read more

I've been going there for a few years for my son. I really dislike the three point system. If you…read morehave an emergency, you're only allowed to have two of them within a three month period because otherwise you get kicked out of the program and have to be on call for 2 or 3 months until they will allow you to be on a schedule again. Meanwhile, their therapists are allowed to cancel last minute as many times as they want. You aren't allowed to cancel a piggyback appointment when one therapist counsels last minute. It's extremely unfair. I've been complaining to the scheduling department for a while now, and nothing has changed, so i'm going to start a petition to get the owners' attention.

A friend recommended this place, so we checked it out -- and we're so grateful we did. The space is quaint, bright, peaceful, and very child-friendly. The small waiting area has great activities to keep kids calm and entertained. We met with Hession for the evaluation, and with his parents' consent (their schedules are crazy, so we stepped in), my grandson, who is usually extremely shy and hesitant in new settings, started to warm up surprisingly fast. He explored the room, showed curiosity, and even initiated communication. Hession truly has a natural gift with children -- her approach works, especially with reluctant little ones. Fast-forward almost 6 months, and the progress is undeniable. Our grandson now forms 3-4 word sentences, shows interest in reading, counting, and simple word games -- activities he once avoided completely. His parents take him once a week, and we take him another day. We feel optimistic that, in time, he'll be ready to thrive in a regular classroom setting. We adopted my niece when she was 18 months old, and she attended this daycare until she was about 2 1/2 years old. We also enrolled our infant daughter here when she was around 3 months old. Ultimately, we decided to stop bringing our children because our daughter was constantly sick. The breaking point came when she became so ill that she had to be hospitalized. One of the biggest concerns I had with this daycare is that children of different ages are kept together throughout the day. In my experience, this creates an environment where illnesses spread easily. Since switching to another daycare, our children are no longer getting sick nearly as often. I also found the enrollment process confusing. We were handed a packet and asked to sign paperwork without much explanation, leaving me unsure about policies and expectations. In contrast, our current daycare thoroughly explains everything before enrollment, so parents know exactly what they are agreeing to. Another concern was infant safety. Babies were often placed on the floor while older children ran and played nearby. This creates a risk of injury and is something that made me uncomfortable as a parent. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of care and organization we experienced. As parents, we want our children to be in an environment where they are safe, healthy, and receiving attentive care. I am grateful we found a daycare that better meets those expectations. This was our experience, and based on that experience, I would not recommend this daycare. I however highly recommend The Learning Experience.
