Terrible experience leaving the school. My two boys were selected for the their scholarship program, which provided 3 months of lower tuition. After some consideration, we ultimately decided to part ways after the scholarship concluded. Everything seemed fine until it came time to collect my children's belongings. Prior to starting school, the administration asks for 5-7 full outfit sets per child, depending on the class and if your child is undergoing potty training, in addition to other items like blankets, towels, etc The first bag of belongings the school gathered for me only contained blankets. Keep in mind, I had two kids attend this school. I wasn't given any heads-up about the lack of clothing and failed to check the bag until I got home as I genuinely trusted the staff to do their due diligence and collect everything. So I called to inquire about the other clothing and it took about 3-4 follow-ups until I was finally told to come pick up the clothing. However, this second bag did not include a single t-shirt or pair of socks. I was told they would search for those items and that I would get an update the following week, but never received a call. When I would call, the faculty would pass me off to each other, each assuring me they were working on finding the remaining clothes and apologizing for not getting back to me. It was obvious they wanted me to just forget about it. They mentioned searching through the laundry room, multiple classrooms, and other rooms. How all those t shirts and socks just disappear is beyond me. Not to mention, my son's favorite Bluey towel and a very nice North Face jacket. After waiting another week, I emailed the director, Lily Hernandez, to express my frustration over the situation. She's always been quick to email back so I was sure she'd offer a resolution. Wrong! She completely ignored me - not a peep. I waited and sent another email but still received nothing. I called and asked for her a few times but was always told she wasn't there. That being said, I've never experienced this level of unprofessionalism, particularly from the director of an educational institution. It was clear she couldn't care less about losing my kids' clothing now that I'm not paying the school. I'm still shocked by the lack of accountability, and this unfortunately highlights the sad state of today's educational climate, where any random, unqualified person can apparently wiggle their way up the administrative ladder without any genuine values or integrity, and end up running a school. Even if it's just a pre-school, we deserve better. read more

My son started here in February and has THRIVED. All of his teachers are compassionate and you can tell that they genuinely love what they do. Shout out to Ms. Hannah, Ashia, Stephanie, Jasmine, Sochi, and Ally, as they are all so patient with my son. The front office staff are also top tier. They greet us by name and they're always smiling and welcoming. I love that they use the Tadpoles app for updates because I can see what my son is learning on a daily basis so that I can reinforce it at home. Extremely disappointed with how this childcare center handled our granddaughter's enrollment. Back in May, we paid the required fee specifically to secure her spot, with an expected June start date. We were clearly told that if our plans changed, we could simply call and move the start date. When we later called to push it to July 6, staff reassured us multiple times that everything was fine. We were told someone would contact us before her start date for orientation and instructions on what to bring. No one ever called so we reached out ourselves. We were then told to come in for orientation. My daughter showed up in person, only to be blindsided and told there was suddenly NO spot available until October or maybe sooner if another baby moves classes. So after taking our money months ago, confirming our enrollment repeatedly, failing to communicate, and having us show up in person, we are now being told our child doesn't have a spot after all? So you tell me: * Who approved delaying the start date to July? * Why were we told "it's fine" when calling to move the date? * Why was my daughter asked to come for orientation if no slot existed? * Are you refunding the fee if you cannot honor the placement? This is a complete internal administrative failure on your part. This level of disorganization and miscommunication is unacceptable, especially when families are making work and childcare arrangements based on the information your staff provides. Parents deserve honesty and competent communication, not last minute surprises after months of being told everything is fine. read more

We absolutely love this school! My son has been attending for about a year and is in the Science class. We transferred him from another daycare, and he has been doing great since the switch. The teachers and executive team are supportive, caring, and truly attentive to the kids. At his previous daycare, drop-offs were very difficult, but now he looks forward to school every day and is excited to see his friends and teachers. Special hats off to Ms. Ronda for teaching my son how to follow rules and listen (no easy task!). He adores her and runs in every morning with a big hug and smile. We also want to thank Ms. Makayla --she is incredibly friendly and funny, and my son loves her. Every time he sees her, he excitedly yells her name and says hi. She does a great job keeping us informed and making sure the kids are supported, especially when they need extra guidance. We love Préscolaire, my daughter was the first student about 3 years ago, and she just enrolled to Dawson, she loved Préscolaire, and my son 11 months old, just started there today! Where to begin... I can't say enough positive things about Prescolaire... I absolutely love this school. Such an amazing place for kids and parents. Our 4-year old son absolutely loved this school and they did such a good job of preparing him for Kindergarten. The staff is especially TOP NOTCH. Literally doesn't get any better. My first trip there I met with Ms.Cindy she was very kind and took us on a tour and let us know the policies and routines of each class especially the one for my sons age group. Everything seemed so amazing i honestly felt blessed to have found them especially when Ms.Cindy let me know by law they change diapers EVERY 2 HRS EVEN IF THEY DIDNT GO & if any incidents happen (as they're toddlers accidents happen) they make a report & call you right away, etc ALL LIESSSS!!!! LIES!!!! Once my son enrolled which he only completed 2 weeks out of the month he was enrolled he had 3 INCIDENT REPORTS!!!! 3!!!! He was bit by a non verbal child and then bit again and NO ONE KNOWS HOW HE GOT BIT I WAS THE ONE THAT DISCOVERED THE BITE AND IT WAS VISIBLE ON HIS ARM!!! they state every child does not cry when getting bit but be for real what child wouldn't cry???? MS. MAKALYA ALSO LIED ABOUT RECEIVING MY PICTURES OF MY SONS BITE MARKS AND ADDING THEM AND DOING HIS INCIDENT REPORTS CORRECTLY!!! THEY SENT ME A PICTURE OF HIM PLAYING AT 1PM AND I NOTICED THE BITE MARK ON THE PICTURE AND I CALLED THEM AT 3:45PM!!!! ALL THOSE HOURS WENT BY AND NO ONE TOLD ME ANYTHING AND ONCE CONFRONTED THROUGH THE PHONE AT THAT TIME MS.MAKALYA LIED AGAIN SAYING SHE WAS GOING TO CALL ME. PLEASE OUT OF EVERYONE DO NOT TRUST HER CARE OR WORDS For nap time he was the only one without a bed cover or blanket because they did not give me the paper with what to bring him to have there and as the days went by the teacher NEVER told me my child was missing those items and more at pick up I only knew because my mother went to pick him up during nap time and saw he was the only one without blankets. Just laid on a tiny mattress They say they do diaper changes every 2hrs that's NOT the case! The report i would receive at the end of the day would state he only had his diaper changed 2-3 times a day. HE STAYS THERE FOR 8 HOURS you mean to tell me he only peed 2 times in 8hrs but at home gets changed 8+ times???? To end this PLEASE believe me when I tell you Ms. Makayla just hides and sweeps things under the rug, Ms. Cindy is sweet but acts clueless and the teachers do not notify you if your child is missing items, do the bare minimum and lack communication and safety. There are only 6 kids per class BY LAW and 2 teachers yet my son was not being checked on his diaper or not being given enough fluids and biten TWICE and scratched in the face in the span of 2weeks. Mind you this is $1,800 a MONTH and for what???? DO NOT BE SO TRUSTING ITS DEFINITELY NOT WHAT IT SEEMS!!!! I've been sending my kids to Prescolaire for about a year. One is in preschool whereas the other one attends the before and after care program for elementary school kids. The before and after care program is great. From my experience, SafeKey programs are hit or miss year after year. With Prescolaire, I know my son will be in a safe environment that's engaging and have dedicated time to complete his homework before I'm able to pick him up. The preschool program for my daughter is very convenient. The academics aren't as much of a priority as other preschools. Though I also am not as concerned with my daughter knowing how to read a novel by the age of 5. She's learning her sight words, etc. and will be prepared for kindergarten when that day comes. Prescolarie does offer great social interactions with a diverse peer group, which I place a high value on. I also appreciate the pricing model. Everything is included and they are open more often than their competitors. I recommend this place to all my parent friends. No facility checks every box. There is always something that's a sacrifice. This one, for me, checks most boxes for what I need and value for my kids. read more

My son started in the toddler program at Prescolaire at 2 years old. This was a big transition for him after being cared for at home by family and a nanny. The first few weeks were tough for him but all the teachers were very kind, patient, and encouraging during his adjustment. Ms Liana is one of his main teachers that he has bonded with the most. She has taken the time to speak with us almost everyday the first month after we pick up our son to discuss how he is doing and his progress including suggestions on how to help him adjust to this new environment. Prescolaire has been so great for our family. Before enrolling our son here we were bringing him all the way to Henderson to ensure he was in a school we liked with teachers that we knew loved him. My husband and I toured multiple schools closer to home in Summerlin and after seeing Prescolaire it was an easy choice. The location is great and the center is clean and welcoming. The team at the front desk, particularly Sydney and Mackayla, are always helpful and always acknowledge every child by name as they come in and when they are leaving at the end of the day. My son absolutely adores Ms. Xotchil! By the time Monday rolls around he's excited to go to school because he can't wait to see his favorite teacher. It has been so nice seeing Ms. Julieza engaging with the kids through the parent app. She has been very friendly. When my son started, Ms. Esmeralda was in his classroom. Prescolaire has been such an incredible place for my daughter. As a parent, my main priority has been making sure my daughter is safe, seen, and loved. While we have had some bad experiences at other schools in the valley, I can say that Prescolaire has exceeded all expectations for my child. Not only is she in an environment where she is thriving, but I feel as though she is acknowledged and seen by multiple staff members throughout the day. To whom it may concern, My husband and I were looking for childcare for our 3 year old daughter. We went to Prescolaire just for a quick tour, and our daughter loved it. The place is nice and clean! The Admin people were really nice and they recommended a test day to see how she would adapt and told us she could get started as soon as April 15th (The visit was the week of April 7th). At the end of the test, the Admin lady on the front door told us she did great, so we were very excited. The daycare principal came with our daughter and told us a different story and asked us for another interview and 3 referrals which was odd for us. According to her, the school setup is group based, and our daughter might not be a good fit for that and they are looking for a good fit. Our daughter has never been to daycare so this is obviously new for her. Nonetheless, we agreed to the interview and talked to our 3 referrals. 1 Week later, my husband went with my daughter for the interview with the principal and replied to many questions in a form, which is ok. Nonetheless, a copy of the documents was not provided to me. What is definitely not ok, and the reason we are giving 1 star is wasting peoples time and the way we felt during the process. The interview process took around 1 hr after we had 2 previous visits, including the test day. We talked and provided the 3 referrals (odd request) and as of today (May 23rd) they have NOT been contacted by the school or any representative. We understand some processes take some time but more than a month for such an easy thing since excessive, additionally the fact that referrals have not been contacted yet does seem dismissive. I haven't received a single communication stating if my daughter is accepted or not or if any information is missing. I encourage the school to improve on this since how you treated us in our opinion reflects the way you treat the kids. We are not taking any of our kids here after this experience. Fortunately we found a place and she is doing great! Consider this feedback a Gift to improve and there is no need/request for a reply at the moment. read more

Where do I even begin lol. I was hesitant to send my daughter to school so early (she just turned 3 in April) for a few different reasons. Mainly because we didn't NEED the child care (me or my husband is home everyday) and why spend the money "unnecessarily." But to our surprise, our daughter told us she wanted to go to school and it's been the best decision. She loves going to school! She always talks about her friends and she has a developed a special bond with Ms. Xotchil, it's the cutest thing ever. They send update pictures throughout the day and then an end of day report going over everything they did. They even include how much of their food they ate, how many times they've used the bathroom, and how long they slept. Their campus is also incredibly updated and beautiful. There's shade over the outdoor playground and they also have an indoor one if weather doesn't permit them to be outside.
