Mikayla truly deserves to be Director of the Year. She is amazing with my son and always goes above and beyond. She is consistently in the office from early morning to late at night, even on the random days I have to drop my son off early. Her dedication never goes unnoticed. She is wonderful with all the kids and takes the time to help my son with his treatments, which means so much to us. Mikayla is hardworking, professional, and great at solving problems. Most importantly, she truly cares about the children and creates a safe, positive environment. We are so grateful for her.

Bowling alley! My son loves it so much

We absolutely love this school! My son has been attending for about a year and is in the Science class. We transferred him from another daycare, and he has been doing great since the switch. The teachers and executive team are supportive, caring, and truly attentive to the kids. At his previous daycare, drop-offs were very difficult, but now he looks forward to school every day and is excited to see his friends and teachers. Special hats off to Ms. Ronda for teaching my son how to follow rules and listen (no easy task!). He adores her and runs in every morning with a big hug and smile. We also want to thank Ms. Makayla --she is incredibly friendly and funny, and my son loves her. Every time he sees her, he excitedly yells her name and says hi. She does a great job keeping us informed and making sure the kids are supported, especially when they need extra guidance. The school provides different ways for children to learn and ensures they are cared for even when they act up. We are so glad we made the switch and highly recommend this school.

We love Préscolaire, my daughter was the first student about 3 years ago, and she just enrolled to Dawson, she loved Préscolaire, and my son 11 months old, just started there today! The price might be a little more than others, but they offer a lot, they have indoor library/ kitchen/ playground, etc. Which is perfect, as you don't want the kids stuck in one room, and you don't want the kids play outside when it is 95 degrees.

    Teacher and kids

My child is really excelling here. She started at 2 years old going twice a week, and when she turned 3 she moved to all five days with no issues. Her teachers, Miss Tee and Miss Ashia, and director Miss Mikayla, are great -- they make both me and my child feel comfortable, and you can tell they genuinely care about the kids. I appreciate how communicative they are and how they keep parents in the loop. The only thing I'd like to see improved is class size, as the classroom can feel a bit over capacity at times. Overall though, we've had a very positive experience.

    My daughter and her teachers.

Ms. Tee and Ms. Aisha have been wonderful to my daughter. They are so lively and welcoming every morning. They give off lots of love to those who need it/want it, and I think they manage the classroom well. Ms. Mikayla has been awesome as well and was really helpful when I needed assistance with something. She always has a big smile on her face. I am very happy with the energy of the school.

4 month update! Ms Val for T4 is AMAZING! She is always cheerful and lets me know about my daughter's day when I pick her up I love how she teaches the kids Spanish and my daughter comes home with new words she's learned. Christine in T2 is also great. She's very patient with the young ones.

My son loves his teachers here. He talks about Miss Jojo and Miss Jamie all the time and has learned sooo much. Thank you for all that you do!

PLEASE BECAREFUL & DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FRONT DESK LIKE ME!!!!!!!!!! My son is 1 1/2yrs old and was brand new to being in a daycare & honestly being around other toddlers in general. So you can imagine my nerves on finding the right daycare. My first trip there I met with Ms.Cindy she was very kind and took us on a tour and let us know the policies and routines of each class especially the one for my sons age group. Everything seemed so amazing i honestly felt blessed to have found them especially when Ms.Cindy let me know by law they change diapers EVERY 2 HRS EVEN IF THEY DIDNT GO & if any incidents happen (as they're toddlers accidents happen) they make a report & call you right away, etc ALL LIESSSS!!!! LIES!!!! Once my son enrolled which he only completed 2 weeks out of the month he was enrolled he had 3 INCIDENT REPORTS!!!! 3!!!! He was bit by a non verbal child and then bit again and NO ONE KNOWS HOW HE GOT BIT I WAS THE ONE THAT DISCOVERED THE BITE AND IT WAS VISIBLE ON HIS ARM!!! they state every child does not cry when getting bit but be for real what child wouldn't cry???? MS. MAKALYA ALSO LIED ABOUT RECEIVING MY PICTURES OF MY SONS BITE MARKS AND ADDING THEM AND DOING HIS INCIDENT REPORTS CORRECTLY!!! THEY SENT ME A PICTURE OF HIM PLAYING AT 1PM AND I NOTICED THE BITE MARK ON THE PICTURE AND I CALLED THEM AT 3:45PM!!!! ALL THOSE HOURS WENT BY AND NO ONE TOLD ME ANYTHING AND ONCE CONFRONTED THROUGH THE PHONE AT THAT TIME MS.MAKALYA LIED AGAIN SAYING SHE WAS GOING TO CALL ME. PLEASE OUT OF EVERYONE DO NOT TRUST HER CARE OR WORDS For nap time he was the only one without a bed cover or blanket because they did not give me the paper with what to bring him to have there and as the days went by the teacher NEVER told me my child was missing those items and more at pick up I only knew because my mother went to pick him up during nap time and saw he was the only one without blankets. Just laid on a tiny mattress They say they do diaper changes every 2hrs that's NOT the case! The report i would receive at the end of the day would state he only had his diaper changed 2-3 times a day. HE STAYS THERE FOR 8 HOURS you mean to tell me he only peed 2 times in 8hrs but at home gets changed 8+ times???? To end this PLEASE believe me when I tell you Ms. Makayla just hides and sweeps things under the rug, Ms. Cindy is sweet but acts clueless and the teachers do not notify you if your child is missing items, do the bare minimum and lack communication and safety. There are only 6 kids per class BY LAW and 2 teachers yet my son was not being checked on his diaper or not being given enough fluids and biten TWICE and scratched in the face in the span of 2weeks. Mind you this is $1,800 a MONTH and for what???? DO NOT BE SO TRUSTING ITS DEFINITELY NOT WHAT IT SEEMS!!!! PLEASE LOOK AT OTHER PLACES BEFORE LANDING ON THIS ONE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR BABY IS LITTLE AND CAN NOT SPEAK!!!!

The school's has bowling facilities are my son's favorite.

The school is rich in content, safe, clean and tidy. The teachers are very responsible. My son is very picky , but this time, a month later, he still said he liked here very much. Great I definitely Recommend here .

Then the game starts with 2 floors of laser tag and you have 10 minutes which goes really fast! There is a viewing deck in the back on second floor for the audience. Felt like surveillance officers watching the battle go down. They had a screen of cameras to see everyone. It was really fun watching everyone play and run around. Overall this place is really cool and it's super affordable! 10 out of 10 cheap fun.

The good: they have a small party room for birthdays that you can set up and order food and goodie bags. The pizzas are huge. We had 5 kids and 3 adults and we were only able to finish one pizza. The bathrooms were well maintained and like I said they work diligently to keep the facility clean The staff wasn't mean or overly friendly more nonchalant but very knowledgeable and answered questions promptly so they knew their jobs and met expectations. There are also about 9 four too tables through the facility so there are places to sit. The bad: very few arcade choices. Games take tokens recommended to bring cash but there is an atm available (charges about 3.99 + whatever your bank charges on top of that) 20.00 gets you about 96 tokens most of the games cost 4 tokens to play. Some of the game machines don't work. But if the machines take your coins the will help assist. They have a reward cash out in the front for the tickets that you earn from game play. Some of the games that do pay out pay out a decent amount of tickets prizes are fair. They offer bottled drinks like water, Celsius, sport drink (Gatorade/Powerade) and cold coffee(think bottled Starbucks drinks). They do have a fountain machine (however the knight we went the soda machine was broken and leaking) They do allow you to bring in cake but ask first. The laser tag games are spread out like approximately 20 minute intervals. The kids had a blast though they said inside the laser tag looked like a haunted library. Two teams go and all the kids play against each other. Overall I gave it 3 because of the games being more outdated and certain things not working but the rating would have been a 5 due to the amount of fun the kids had

I have to say after a month, she is already building some impressive muscles. The teachers keep the little ones busy throughout the entire time so you really do get your money's worth. Even the toddlers are building up their skills rather than the social concentration that other sports have them do at that age. The teachers are very encouraging with the little ones. The gym is run very smoothly as there are about 4 other training sessions going on at the same time, but everything flows in this gym. The only thing I would recommend is the waiting area be a little more opened up. It feels very squished and almost claustrophobic. As I entered i was not greeted, so just walked over to art table and grabbed a seat. Waited about 30-45 minutes (there were other patrons waiting as well) was unsure who worked there as everyone had an art apron on. Eventually someone appeared at the front desk, walked over to check in and order food and drinks. They have libations (beer, wine, cocktails), water and mocktails. The food menu was limited (chips with various dips salsa, guacamole, aioli, Bavarian pretzel with dip, and other small snacks). Tried the chips with salsa and guacamole as well as the Bavarian pretzel (two nice sized pretzels). Our drinks came out first. We had to have them remade as they included edible glitter which wasn't listed on the drink ingredients we initially ordered. The chips, dip and pretzel were plenty to share between 2-3 people easily. The art class instructions didn't begin until about 745P. Not exactly sure what was going on regarding starting so late. But. Nonetheless, During the down time there are ice breaker cards on each table. Once the class started it was over by 845P. Overall a great experience but efficiency and time management is lacking.

There wasn't a lot of people here the night we went so we had lots of table space. Our table was set up with our boards, gloves, sand paper & rags. Racheal was our instructor and she was AWESOME! Paula was working that night too & helping out. She got us our drinks & food and she was also great too! We had enough time to look over the menu & place our orders. I was exited to see that they just didn't serve beer & wine but had Truly's & a cocktail menu. I didn't see this on their website. I tired the glitter bomb even though they were out of cotton Candy & replaced it with something else which worked out. Later on I ended up ordering the pepperoni pizza which looked amazing & tasted amazing too! Was just right! Rachel explained the process prior to us starting. We were able to see other designs that were on the wall. You pick out a stain if you want to have some of the board stained which will show because you don't cover it up with your colors/glitter. Beware resin won't come out of your clothes or your hair. So bring something to put your hair up & be careful what you wear. You do get an apron to use but it doesn't cover up your clothes completely. I even brought some of my own glitter because I want sure if they had pink glitter but they have lots of colors to choose from. We had plenty of time to work on our project but once you stir your resin to get the bubbles you have 20 minutes to work with it. My friend brought her mother too & her birthday was a couple days after my friend's. Rachel was fun & had everyone sing happy birthday to them. :-) You need to leave your final project there for 24hrs so it can dry. My friend was suppose to pick mine up & give it to me next time I see her. I really liked the end product & can't wait to see it & use it for something. It's safe to serve food on it. I'd definitely come back for a future art project! This place so reminded me of school and art class. 5/5 stars! Thanks for the fun night Rachel & Paula! P.S. just a suggestion...you should have an air freshener & poop spray for the bathroom.

My daughter started March 24, 2025 and her last day was June 10, 2025. So even though our time at…read morethe center was short, here's my review; I registered our 2.5 year old daughter at the Creative Kids Lakes locate in early March 2025. From the day I signed her up to the day she actually had her first day, there was roughly three weeks in between. On her first day, I go to drop her off to be told that my daughter wasn't fully put into the system yet. The woman (who was not the director, Yazmin Valdez) was very helpful and apologetic during that first morning. When I picked our daughter up later that first day, I was then provided all the first day paperwork from Yazmin yet was not given an explanation why she wasn't fully put into the system, even though I had registered her three weeks earlier. Not at all the first impression I wanted, but didn't make fuss about it. Miss Rena was my daughter's main teacher to start with but unfortunately for us she moved out of state (hope she's loving TX and doing well). Then my daughter's room got seasoned teacher Mrs. Jen. My daughter seemed to really like Mrs. Jen as did I. However, Mrs. Jen wasn't able to constantly the main teacher in my daughter's room all the time. With my daughter only going to days a week, I unfortunately wasn't able to get a real read on who were her new permanent teacher(s). On Tuesday of this week (June 10th) I dropped my daughter off just after 8:15 am and then picked her up just after 3:30 pm. Around 5:30 pm I placed my daughter in the bathtub to find bruise/markings on her (right were her back end and your butt begins) Upon seeing the bruise/markings, I immediately made my phone call to the center to speak with Yazmin. We understand that there is no way all the children in care can be watched every second of every minute they are there. We understand children fall all the time, especially on a water day. We understand children push each other. We understand children get hurt. But what my husband and I can't understand nor comprehend is how no staff member saw the bruise/markings in the 7 hours she was there. We understand that her classroom had an hour of water play from 9:30 am to 10:30 am and therefore the bruise/marking most likely happened then. Of course we would have liked to have been told by a staff member that they saw what happened. However, we understand the likelihood of the incident being seen is difficult given how many children are in her classroom. But again, how did no staff member see the bruise/markings at some point during her time there today? Based on the bruise/markings we think our daughter had to have cried or said she had a " boo-boo". Shouldn't a staff member have seen it and asked themselves "did this happen here or at home?" and then reach out to us? Shouldn't we have been informed something happened and now she has a bruise/markings? When a staff member changed her from her swimsuit to her clothes, shouldn't it have been seen? When changing her diaper, shouldn't it have been seen? If she was going potty on the toilet, how did no staff member see it? Do staff member place a child on the potty and then put a diaper back on them in the potty room instead of moving them to the changing table? We had already informed the center what our daughter's last day would be Tuesday, July 1st we have a long vacation in July and then our daughter is starting at Faith Lutheran in August. However, given the frustration, concern and honestly anger of the lack of any kind of a heads up lead us to the decision to go ahead and have our daughter's last day be that day, June 10, 2025. Since sending our email to Yazmin the night of the 10th, we have not been reached out to by anyone. Yesterday, mid morning my husband called the center to ask if my email had been received to which Yazmin did say she had gotten my email and was handling it. However, it seems extremely ridiculous that my husband had to be the one to reach out to be told that our email was received instead of Yazmin simply just replying to my email on the first place. So even though our overall our experience with this center was positive, we now are leaving this center behind us with a negative experience. Follow up as of 6/13: the customer service representative, Allison, would I spoke with twice now has been wonderful! As well as the district manager (can't remember her name) who I have spoken with a few times now has also been wonderful! We have all agreed that this situation would have been nothing had someone said something and communicate was clear & direct. It's unfortunate that it was our daughter, but hopefully something like this situation doesn't happen again.
