The women and man who did the vacuuming and interior detailing did a thorough job. The car has never looked so good! The man behind the register was nice when I paid and also explained to me the deals that they offer. I appreciated that he broke it down and said where you break even in the deal. If you go there, they have info cards that list the different services. This is what I saw when I visited - - There are the VIP Unlimited Wash VIP Club plans (at different package levels - full service, silver, and platinum.) - They also sell Coupon Books - 10 washes for the price of 8. Coupons work for any car and never expire. You're also not stuck at the package level - if one day, you want more services offered at a higher level, you just have to pay the cost difference. Based on my experience last Thursday, I'll most like return the next time the car needs a wash.

WORST CAR WASH EXPERIENCE EVER -- ZERO STARS. I left feeling…read morelike they didn't actually wash my car at all. It looked like they just threw some water on it and quickly wiped the interior with no real supplies. I asked for a manager but everyone was acting like they don't understand me or spoke English, and the staff seemed rushed and dismissive. Out of frustration, I left before things escalated -- but I'm beyond disappointed. Now I have to go somewhere else just to get a proper wash. Never again.
