The bachelorette party vino bags promised for each guest consisted of FREE panflits from tourist attractions , a plastic cup and cheap beads. She raved about a gourmet breakfast consisting of delicious bagels, cream-cheese ,apple butter ,flowing champagne,mimosas and culinary treats for the ride up. The reality of our gourmet breakfast was the equivalent of going to your local deli and ordering a plain bagel with Philadelphia cream cheese for $1.50 .Nothing culinary or gourmet about it! En route to Hudson Valley we made our first pit stop one hour into the ride. That is when we were informed our bus was not properly stocked as promised. There was no more champagne for the mimosas and we also ran out of clean sanitary cups. Lunch... another disappointment. In Tania's words we would get "LOVELY BUFFET LUNCH ". Spoiled Caesar salad which was dressed from the morning sitting on the bus all day , not enough bread to go around, and wrap sandwiches also equivalent from a local deli for $4.99. The beverage we were offered was warm tap water in pitchers without any cups and hardly any napkins to go around. The presentation was POOR, CHEAP AND ONCE AGAIN DISAPPOINTING. It was extremely obvious how relatively low in cost the lunch was, requiring little or no effort with a small value to offer the guests who paid $140 CASH EACH. We felt cheated and misled! The tastings were unpleasant and there was nothing special about them. Tania also gave us the option to bring our own cake or she can get one for an extra $5.00 a person. Thank God we choose to bring our own. We had to serve and clean up after all our guests. Everything was just very unorganized and thrown together. The second vineyard was better then the first, but there was an issue to use the bathroom. The whole group had to go together , they literally unlocked the bathroom then locked us all in until we were all done. If I am not mistaken I believe that to be a fire hazard. I am claustrophobic so I had to bang on the door for someone to unlock it from outside. The last vineyard which is where we were suppose to get according to Tania "GENEROUS CHEESE AND CRACKERS PLATTER ". The cheese was probably Kraft cheddar(also warm on the bus all day) with some crackers. We also had to share the platter with another group even though we paid for a private tour. Another big disappointment that was misleading. There was nothing said there would be communal sharing on the itinerary. For the ride home we were suppose to get "AFTERNOON SNACKS ON THE BUS TO HOLD YOU OVER UNTIL DINNER". What we received was a $3.49 bag of salt & vinegar chips and Keebler chocolate chip cookies. These snacks were completely unhealthy and something kids would want not adults. It is obvious that Tania is making a nice cash margin and taking advantage of the public. Lastly ,they tried to pull a fast one on us and changed the drop off location to Port Authority. The last thing all the unsatisfied guests wanted to do is pay for cabs to Time square where the pick-up/drop-off was originally scheduled. Our expectations were so high for this trip. I really hope that this review doesn't get taken off. I am about to post email conferences that I had with Tania. I have never in my life been so disgusted by someone providing customer service. Here it is...I will mark my emails and her replies: My first email: Hi Tania, I am one of the people that is supposed to go to karinas party tomirrow. Unfortunately I am quite sick and my baby has come down with something. I don't know if ill be able to make it. Another girl that was supposed to attend is unable to find a babysitter for her child for tomorrow. Her sitter got sick and she is a single mom and doesn't have anyone to leave her daughter with. We understand the tickets are nonrefundable but were wondering if maybe we could get credit w u guys and go on a tour at a different time. Wet would still chip in for karinas seat. If you're able to help us, we would appreciate it. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and last minute notice. Thank you for your time. Tatyana.... I am sold out and cannot fill your seats now as you all held these seats on my biggest weekend of the year. You will need to pay mila for your tickets you cannot use your tickets at another time. I paid for everything for tomorrow that is non-refundable already including me getting a bigger bus and staff I put on based on how many I have so don't do this to the bride or karina as that would be horrible and now you'll save on a babysitter so you both should be good. I recently had the pleasure of touring the Hudson Valley wineries on the "Little Wine Bus" and it was truly an unforgettable experience. . wow! Me and my fiance just went on a Little Wine Bus Tour from Times square this past Saturday with approx. 50ish others and what a great fall day of fun, food, new friends, and plenty of VINO for sure and the weather was perfect. We hit 3 very cool and unique wineries, had an amazing wine cellar tour and got to see some wine in the tanks and wine makers making wine. We had approx. 5-6 tastings at each winery, a huge hot buffet lunch and dessert was cookies and pumpkin spice bread. We also had cheese, cracker, meat and fruit platters at another winery and snacks such as granola bars, chips and waters on the bus all day so we had plenty of food yum! We got a wine glass to take home and learned a ton about wine. We even sang red red wine on karaoke and a few fun 80's songs. Tania and her tour guides were super fun and nice but Tania runs a tight timely wine bus ship and don't break her rules or act like a drunk fool or get caught trying to drink on her bus or your on the poop list! She goes over the safety procedures of the entire bus in the am which is very professional and important. There were fun raffles on the bus all day with nice prizes such as wine gifts, gift certificates for the wineries and bottles of wine. We stopped at Benmarl Winery, amazing views, amazing cellar, Palaia Winery, which had an amazing gift shop and delicious mulled wine cider and even hudson valley beer! The last stop was Torne valley vineyards in a stunning mansion with a live jazz band and great wine as well! We met a cool group of other couples who sat next to us and we all exchanged phone numbers. The hudson valley views are very pretty and it was a great day out of the dirty city! The only downfall was don't get the last 2 seats near the bathroom just in case as it can get stinky on the way home and don't sit under a speaker. read more

I LOVE the LWB... I'm a two-time guest and I can't say enough!!!!! What Tania has done for us valley-curious New Yorkers is spec-frickin-tacular!!!! Fun times on the ride up playing wine games, winning boozy prizes and falling in love with Tania and her crew who are so delightful! When you arrive at the wineries... it's awesome! She's really managed to pull out all of the stops at each place and the good times roll. Before you know it you are boozy-best-friends with your seatmate and even more in love with the soulmate you came with... HOLLA!!!! Although I look forward to her future alliance with a top-notch caterer who can match her wine-sippable savvy and style, the lunch is still just enough to hit the spot and move on to the next location... BTW, the view from the dining room is spectacular! By the time the LWB is pointed back to NYC I have had a perm-a-grin on my face from all the great tastings and snacks and the show at that one winery I can never remember cause I'm so buzzed by the time I get there... Ah! The little wine bus... what can I say. I've been on TLWB tour twice. So much fun!! Tania is a fantastic hostess, she makes everyone feel so welcome and comfortable. I like the fact that she makes an effort to introduce everyone on the bus, I think this is a great way to break the ice. Here's an excerpt from the email I sent her after I was on my first tour: "I just wanted to tell you that I had such a fantastic time on the tour, you're a splendid hostess, and I know you're going to be very successful with this endeavor. I ended up going out on Saturday and talked about your tour, people in NY are unaware of the Hudson Valley wineries, I know I would love to go on another tour, and I will let people know about this great outing. I wish you lots of luck..." I went to the stomping festival at the beginning of October and we had a blast. On our way there, we had a choice of bagels with different kinds of spreads, we also had the most delicious peach brandy muffins I ever tasted, yum! We visited two wineries that day, we played bocce ball at the first one and we were served a cheese platter and other goodies there. At the second winery is where we had our lunch, country fair, there were different kinds to choose from, really good. There was live music, loved the teenager's band, I was delighted to hear them play so good!!! All in all, the tour is decently priced and a total fun day! LISTEN UP! You may be reading this wondering, "should we do a wine tour?" The anwser is a resounding YES. ARE YOU HIGH MAINTENANCE? You will be taken care of from start to finish, no stone left unturned and no wine left undrank. Tania is a literal gem -- she even brought us a box of chocolates completely unprompted. She left us water and snacks for the bus ride just when we needed it most. (P.s. shout out to our bus driver who got us where we needed to go safely and reliably and had a singing voice that one might compare to an angel) PAY ATTENTION to the minor details because Tania leaves nothing to chance. This lady brought a cake and decorations and fun games to help us celebrate our friends bachelorette party. LET ME TELL YOU THIS: Tania advised that women wear a cross body bag so all hands are free for wine. This was not superfluous -- its necessary to manage all the wine, snacks, and expressive hand motions you will be perfoming out of sheer joy. The cast of beloved characters you will meet at each winery will have you wondering, "should I live on the Little Wine Bus?" Could you find a better wine tour than this? NO. I did this wine tasting tour last year when it just started and it was such an awesome experience. When it was over, she asked us to write a review and I never got around to it until today! where to start? It's an awesome way to get out of the city for a day and go do something different! I was in desperate need of a break from work and so a few friends and I decided to do this. it was such a funnn experience b/c we were new to wine...the whole thing was set up for us...we went to three different vineyards and sampled wines. She brought cheese and crackers to go with the wine at all the different vineyards which was awesome! we also had a chance to buy some of the ones we tasted (at ridiculously low prices). In between, we also had a picnic on a hillside...she had it catered but brought us sheets so that we could have a legit picnic outside. How awesome is that?! The whole day was great - the bus even dropped us off near our apt instead of the scheduled bus stop. you can tell that the lady was really passionate about her business - that's why it was so personalized. I cannot believe I wasted my time and money at Little Wine Bus! This experience was an absolute disaster, and I'm not one to hold back. First of all, Tania, the owner, was the most unprofessional host I've ever encountered. We arrived only to find that our group was overbooked. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, Tania just shrugged and acted like it was no big deal. The wine selection was laughable. Honestly, I've had better wine from a box at a party! Tania prattled on about her "expertise," but it was clear she was just trying to impress herself. There was no variety, and I felt like we were being served the dregs of cheap bottles. And let's talk about her attitude! Tania's snarky comments and dismissive tone made it feel like she thought we were lucky to be there. Newsflash: We're paying customers, not guests at her private party. If you're looking for a wine tour, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. For my bachelorette party my amazing friends organized the Little Wine Bus. They picked us up at my sister's house and off we went to see three vineyards. On the bus they had bagels and spreads as well as started us off with mimosas. We were served lunch at the first vineyard (wraps and salads) which we enjoyed outside overlooking the beautiful views. There were plenty of options even for us picky eaters. Our favorite by far was the last vineyard (Warwick). After the tasting (you have to try the cider) we got to spend some time hanging out there enjoying the scenery. Tania was a great host. She brought us a large tray of cheese and crackers (there were 14 of us) and was right there to re fill it when the first tray got low. In the course of the day we saw other Little Wine Bus groups but we were kept pretty separate. Overall it was a wonderful day and I would recommend The Little Wine Bus to all. The only way you can have a bad time is if your friends are lame or if you are high maintenance. This is a kick back, relax, and have fun kind of day - not tea at the Plaza. read more

The Little Wine Bus with Tania at the helm- what a great day. Tania does not overlook any detail, no matter how small. We started our trip at exactly 9:30 am from Times Square and rode in a comfortable coach bus to the Hudson Valley. Tania led the introductions and we all became friends on the spot. We had fresh bagels and mimosas on the way and the time passed very quickly. Our first stop was Benmarl Winery which has the most spectacular view of the Hudson and surrounding area. While we were there, an art class was set up and the artists were painting the gorgeous scenery. Oh, the wine tasting, that was great and the vintner taught us a few facts we didn't know (we have been on wine tours on Long Island, Hudson Valley and Napa Valley). Tania provided a delicious lunch and then we were off to the other two wineries. Both were different from the first and different from each other. I was looking for a place to celebrate my best friends birthday she had always wanted to visit a winery in New York and she hasn't. I stumbled upon the little wine bus and read the reviews and everything was exactly how people described it. Tania kept in touch and was consistent regarding the itinerary. I was sick and trying to make sure my best friend got the best experience and Tania was professional and detailed regarding who my driver was the pick up location, the time, the food and the wineries we were going to. Thomas our driver was patient with our pick up time he was funny and interactive. The bus was new it was clean and warm and inviting. We played music and laughed the whole ride. Tania is an animated and enthusiastic host. I was sick and unable to drink and she accommodating to my needs. Thomas our driver even went to get me ginger ale he is the sweetest ! We celebrated a bachelorette party with Tania, Jeannine, and Brittany. All in all, we had a great time. Jeannine worked very hard to make sure we enjoyed the day and had enough food and photos. She had suggestions for things to do at the wineries like check out the massive fire pit or cut fresh flowers from the garden. The wineries could have been a bit more generous with the actual tasting but that is out of this company's control, I suppose. Our bus driver, Barry, was fantastic. He even offered to drop us right at our apartment when he heard everyone scrambling to order Ubers as we had dinner plans that we were running a bit late for (due to traffic, not anything the company did.) The bus itself was very clean and comfortable. I would have liked to be able to pick from an option of wineries or food for the day but luckily we really enjoyed what was chosen for us by Tania.
