This is probably one of the most amazing resort we have stayed. The service was amazing, the pools are warm and beautiful. The view is outstanding. We have stay at the top resorts all over and this is one of our favorite. Don't skip the gym and spa like we did. The gym even have TRX. Anyways, there are too many things to do here. This is a stunning resort in punta mita, which is a gorgeous, lush gated community about an hour's drive from the Puerto Vallarta airport. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the rooms are tropical and stunning, and overall the whole place is just beautiful. The service is also top notch. This resort has St. Regis' signature butler service, turndown is twice a day, and everybody speaks flawless English and provides excellent service. At check in, you're presented with a cool towelette and your choice of a margarita or a hibiscus drink. They make one of each for each guest and both are delicious. All of the water and ice on site is bottled which is also nice. The on-site gym was good with a good option and variety of machines, and there are a variety of pools, a couple of which are adults only. Each room has its own private outdoor shower, which is fantastic. The wifi on site is also strong and works very well throughout the entire resort. My only complaint with this resort is with the FOOD. The food kept making me and my boyfriend sick! I ate here four times during my 5-day stay - twice at Marietas, once at Sea Breeze, and once at Carolina's, their 5 star restaurant on site. I threw up after my breakfast at Marietas and my lunch at Sea Breeze. Carolina's, however, was very good. WIth that all being said, though, my boyfriend and I generally opted to eat at restaurants at the Four Seasons resort nearby as we didn't have any issues there. I don't know what it is about the preparation of the food here but it was seriously problematic for me. Thankfully, the Four Seasons resort is pretty close so this was not as significant of an issue as it could have been. Other than the food, I enjoyed my stay here and I am looking forward to coming back. read more

This is a spectacular resort on a magical piece of property with amazing suites and grounds. The staff is well trained and goes above and beyond. I am a persnickety $&@"# and often annoyed by lackluster service, even at some other St. Regis properties. But this one is different: every employee seemed to be enjoying their job working with the guests, and their work was flawless. The food at the resort, even the casual beach-front "Mita Mary", is superb. The valets in the adults-only area, Leo and Luis, are great. The best part of the valet situation here is that you can iMessage the valets with whatever you want. We made reservations, got coffee, etc. through iMessage. The St. Regis Punta Mita was such a treat. We only stayed one night but we tried our best to maximize that experience. At check-in, we were presented the option of a hibiscus drink or a margarita. I went for the alcohol. The view of the resort and ocean from the front lobby was breathtaking. We spent quite a while just taking pictures. The four of us were in two adjoining rooms - a one-bedroom suite and a double-double bedroom. There are 4 units for each of the standalone structures in our section and they shared a private hot tub. We jumped into the hot tub almost immediately after arriving to our room. As we were chatting and giggling in the hot tub, the butler came to introduce himself and explain his services. Right away, we asked him to help us reschedule that night's dinner reservation and call a golf cart to give us a quick tour of the property. We were at the resort to celebrate my friend's birthday and the butler also brought a mini cake with a candle for the birthday boy. When the golf cart came, we were taken to a beautiful spot on the beach to see the sunset. It was absolutely stunning. After the sun set, we headed to town for dinner and when we came back, we were in for a surprise. They had actually decorated the bedroom with balloons, confetti, and letters that spelled out "Happy Birthday." It was a great touch! The next morning, I got up early to enjoy the serenity of the resort. I walked along the private beach and listened to the sound of the crashing waves. At 8:30am, I joined a small group yoga class. For the rest of the morning, I lounged on the beach, looking out at the ocean. I could've stayed there all day. My friend's Platinum status got us free breakfast for 2, which was great since it would've cost ~$40 per person if we had to pay. The buffet had a great selection of American and Mexican items. When it was time to check out, I was sad to leave paradise. The service had been attentive and thoughtful during our stay. I will say that not everything was perfect. A few things that could use improvement were: 1) I had arranged with the concierge in advance for the mini birthday cake to be in the room when we walk in and it wasn't there. I had to remind them before the cake came. 2) The bathroom was beautiful but the floor was sloped in a way that created a major drainage issue. We basically had a flood in the shower area that extended to the sink area. It was unpleasant and slippery. 3) The cart service is slow. Also, the guy who took us by golf cart to see the sunset said he'd wait for us to take photos but after just 10 minutes, he disappeared and we had to text the butler to get another cart ordered. 4) We had connecting rooms but the second room wasn't ready when we first checked-in. When we came back from dinner, it was ready but the person at the lobby didn't have the key on hand and tried to tell us that the key was not necessary since the rooms are connecting. I think it's important to still have some privacy between the rooms, especially since I was sleeping in the living room and had to ask again for the key for the connecting room. 5) I'm still not following why all activities are included, except yoga cost $20 extra. I don't mind paying extra but the yoga mats were so thin and the wooden floor was uneven and had gaps that made it painful to put my shins flat against the floor. Also, water was dripping from the pergola above and there was pop music playing nearby where we were doing yoga early in the morning. There were issues but the view made up for all of it. read more

Great resort. Very friendly welcome with a refreshing wet towel, drink, and a tour. Personalized butler service is on top of my list here. We were very hungry and eat at Carolina's. This is a great restaurant with very friendly service. My family is vegetarian and the chef and his team were very nice to accommodate our request. The food was amazing and the chef had some great surprises over the course of our meal like an appetizer, small dish before main course, and the treats after main course. The food and service at Sea Breeze is incredible as well. Try the fresh guacamole. Hot pumpkin soup on the menu is delicious. In the mornings they have a great spread for breakfast buffet including exotic fresh fruits and juices. Highly recommend it. I also enjoyed the tea ceremony. The resort itself exceed expectations as we arrived and were greeted by friendly staff and a much needed Margarita to start the trip. The resort and grounds were beautiful and the overall west facing position a truly stunning bonus for beautiful sunsets. The room was beautifully appointed, the balcony a treat, bed as comfortable as they come, and the outdoor shower the best! Never used the one in the bathroom! The staff and our butlers made the trip far more than it would have been without their exceptional service. Dining, bars, pools, beaches, and amenities were some of the best you could ask for. This place is just plain awesome. It is a beautiful property with a fantastic beach - we have literally sat in our lounge chairs and watched whales breach! The service has been literally the BEST I've ever had. Some examples: they assign a "butler" to you when you arrive that takes care of all of your needs - dinner reservations, ice in your room, local recommendations, etc.; the attendants at the pool/beach are so attentive - adjusting your umbrella as the sun changes, offering food/drinks whenever you need them, bringing you popsicles, drinks samples, etc.; on-site COVID testing before departures; kayaks that you can use at the beach; staff are extremely friendly - greeting you whenever the see you and helping you with directions if you look lost....endless examples. And the food everywhere has been delicious. I can't recommend this place more highly. read more

This review is of the SeaBreeze Restaurant at the St. Regis. NOT of the hotel. Hotel looks beautiful. Great grounds. We were staying at another property in Punta Mita and wanted to come over to St. Regis for a meal. HORRIBLE. Went there for dinner last week, 1/2/17 and had ok service but HORRIBLE FOOD. Food was at Denny's level or lower. Had four kids with us and ordered cheese sticks for them as an appetizer and they came out cold. Sent them back and came out a second time "warm". Two people in our group ordered the "special" fish and both of them said it was poor to ok. I ordered a steak and mashed potatoes and potatoes looked like porridge - tasted like it too and the stake was cooked as requested, Med Well, but was cold. So, another item sent back and it came back almost warm. Manager came over to ask about the returned item and was nice and all, but then never checked back after. Nothing looked amazing, no one in our party loved the food and overall it was a huge disappointment. With 10 people in our party, not one person would return. Plus it is REALLY expensive, which was expected, but for the price, was HORRIBLE. read more

Even in budget hotels and other tropical areas, I've never seen so many bugs. Little ants everywhere (room, beach, lobby, spa) Small crabs in the fitness center and swimming pools. We are about to make our fourth trip to this amazing property and we could not be more excited. We travel often and usually we have so many places we still want to see that we try not to go to the same destination twice. St. Regis Punta Mita is our exception to the rule. From the minute they get you from the airport to the minute they drop you off to go home, your experience will be amazing (our favorite driver is Pablo). The butler service is so accommodating you will want for nothing. The rooms are beautiful and the beach setting is breathtaking. We spend our days on this pristine beach with Juan V. attending to our every need. He is so kind and he is there welcoming us every morning. He loves taking care of his quests. Lunch almost every day is at The Mita Mary Boat. We sit at the bar where Garsai the bar tender and the rest of the amazing staff supply us with the freshest food and terrific cocktails. The smiles and level of service at the boat are hard to beat. You must try the lobster tacos with a fresh squeezed margarita. There are so many fun and interesting activities to keep anyone of any age entertained. But, if relaxing and doing nothing is more your style, the team at this property will make you feel as though you are the only guests there. Such a beautiful place. We had a car pick us up from the airport, I highly recommend it. The drive once we turned off the main road, was nothing short of gorgeous. Trees lined the drive, and bowed over the road. So much lush vegetation everywhere. At first arrival to the front of the resort, we were immediately greeted with cool towels with a lovely sent, and a choice of a fresh margarita, or tea. If neither suit you, you can also get a bottle of water, as I did. The entry was so well done. Open entry you see straight down to the ocean from there. Wonderfully done design and landscaping. The interior and the porch seating was set in such a lush, yet comfortable way. We confirmed our reservation and then were driven, by cart, to our room. This place would be a dream to just walk around outside. It's huge, and there's an abundance of beautiful plants and flowers everywhere you go. We get to our suite and are given a quick run down, and if you have status within the Starwood chain, then a butler comes in to give more details and help with dinner choices. The room is just lovely. We've been fortunate to stay in some very nice hotels. This one is the tops. It's done in a regionally appropriate way, yet still has the right amount of elegance. The patio had a large 'bed'/ lounge seat and table with chairs. They'll serve you tea and coffee in the morning for you, (part of the perk of staying in Starwood locations consistently). We were hungry and wanting a very relaxed food setting, so we chose the Mita Mary Boat Bistro. Funny name, and it's not actually on the map they give you when you arrive. But I highly recommend you make the the effort to check it out. Tables are on the beach. Set nicely, and there's waiters assisting with and taking your orders. The dinner seating is done is groups, 6pm, and 8pm. We chose 6pm, and got to watch the most stunning sunset. The food was absolutely delicious! This is a region of seafood, and they only have the freshest. Side note: the Mita Mary is only seafood FYI. You can also have delicious and fresh guacamole with crispy chips, saffron rice, and steamed veggies. We ordered: One each of the tacos: Octopus, fish, shrimp, lobster. All were delicious. They are very small, so 4 of them is a meal. Then we shared the Fish Ceviche. Very much recommend this. I am a huge fan of ceviche, and this was by far the best I've had in a LOOOONG time. On par with locations in Mexico, near the sea. Delicious! We ended up getting dessert, and boy! Can I be surprised by small things for a moment? The capaccino was, pardon me, the best I've ever had. It was so good. And I normally am not a fan. The desserts: awesome. So well done. The Tres Leches, creamy, not too sweet. The brownie: I'm not a big fan of dense chocolate, and this was ridiculously awesome. It's coated in a yummy layer of 'icing'? chocolate. Side that with ice cream and you are in heaven. We were only here for a quick stop, before our departure the next day to another location, but it was well worth this awesome start to what turned out be the best vacation in a very long time. read more

For $1000 a night for the lowest priced room, I would expect sensational. It was above average. Some reason this was not a four or five star experience: there is a butler but they failed to be able to do simple tasks like provide an auxiliary cable to the radio, deliver coffee at the correct time, or clean the room at the right time of day. The property holds you captive to for dinner and the prices reflect that. For example, when requesting aloe after a day in the sun, we had to pay $30 for a bottle. Shouldn't these simple items be included? Wouldn't a simple shuttle to and from the airport also be a simple amenity instead of having to book cars and shuttles privately? There was also massive wedding at the property and I understand this is how properties make money, but it really detracted from our experience as restaurants were closed, service was slow, and options on the property seemed to have been taken away. Was hoping this was going to be a much better experience. Next time we would try the Four Seasons next door. read more

My boyfriend and I stayed here in December of 2018. We had the most amazing time. From the second we arrived the staff was friendly, attentive and incredibly kind. We were greeted with a beverage and escorted to our room. The views are breathtaking. It wasn't too crowded which we loved, and we also met some really great people. We enjoyed the gym daily along with massages by the beach. The classes (cooking, paddle boarding, yoga etc.) they offer are definitely a perk. There are many restaurant choices and the staff have many recommendations for off site activities. We visited the small town of Sayulita and went horseback riding nearby. Downtown Punta de Mita has great places to eat as well. We both can't wait to return! read more

The closest you can get to the same level of service you will receive at this St. Regis, would be at the Four Seasons, which runs quite a bit more expensive (25% more at times) I had an ocean view room with our own personal butler. This ran approximately $700 per night with an American Express Platinum rate which offered 4 Nights for the price of 3. I am a star wood gold member so I was entitled to all the benefits of being in the star wood program, (such as late 2-4pm checkout time) The food is great, but could be improved. But this review isn't a review of the restaurants. The rooms are spacious (640 Sq Feet) for the Ocean View and 600 Sq ft for the Jungle view room. read more

The St. Regis Punta Mita is in a class of its own. It is a gorgeous resort laid out perfectly on the most beautiful grounds imaginable. The staff is always on the top of their game, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The food and drinks are both tasty and well-priced, considering you're at a 5 star resort. The activities are fun too - I highly recommend trying to Tequila and Ceviche classes! - and the gym is more than you could ever expect when on vacation. Next time I'll have to try the spin class! If you're looking for a place to truly disconnect (though wifi is present and works well if you must) and have a once-in-a-lifetime vacation, look no further than the St. Regis Punta Mita. Worst hotel EVER!!!!! The first night staying there I was in the tub and noticed a bug crawling on the ground of the bathroom. Trying to relax I ignored I it. Then I saw another bug crawling on the shower curtain. I got up from the tub to look around and our room was infested with bugs! I yelled too my husband that the bathroom was infested in bugs and he looked around and the bedroom and entry way were infested too! He immediately called the butler who sent a cleaning crew and the caught 30 bugs, cleaned up and said good night. I explained to the butler that we were not going to stay in that room. As we were talking more and more bugs a started to appear. We asked to talk to the manager about switching rooms. The night manager was very rude and was mad at us for wanting to switch rooms. I'm sorry but when you are paying 1.5k a night for a room you don't want it to be infested with bugs. So she reluctantly moved us to a garden view room which is not what we paid for but she said it was the only option. Our butler moved us to our new room. The room had not been cleaned. There was a dirty used fork and knife out and dead bugs on the floor. My husband complained to the butler who then called the manager. It was 11 pm at night so I got in to the bed while my husband and the manager and butler sorted things out. As soon as I put my legs under the sheets I immediately flipped them up. There was sand at the bottom of the sheets from whoever slept there before!!! The butler saw this and apologized. The room had not been cleaned! We told the night manager that we were not staying in that room. Now she was really upset and said we had no option because they had no other rooms. I told her to refund us and book us a room next door at the Four Seasons. She said she would call us back. She called us back and told us she had found a room but it had two small beds instead of one large one. Midnight and exhausted we took it. We went to bed. So much for a long, romantic kid free weekend. The next day the manager called me. He apologized for what happened and explained how his house had bugs too. And it was the jungle and bug infestations happen. I told him how the current room we were in was not clean. Even the bed and cushions on our patio had no covers on them and were flipped up. He never sent someone to clean our room. I had to call hIm 4 hours later to ask to send a someone again. Our new room was supposed to be ready at 3 pm. At 4 pm I called the manager and he said they were running behind. Once our room was finally ready the butler came to move our stuff. He open the mini fridge and pulled out the open bottle of champagne and food and asked if we wanted to take it to our new room. IT WASNT OUR FOOD OR CHAMPAGNE!!!!! The room had never been cleaned from whoever stayed before us. I seriously can not make this up!!!! The manager never followed up to see if things were ok. Seriously horrible customer service!!!! Long short they comped our first night. The issue is we never received a refund! We have been messaging them and have gotten no response back. SERIOUSLY WORST HOTEL EVER. Also don't go during high season. Tons of crying babies at night. But don't t worry! They have ear plugs for you ;) read more

Hands down the most amazing resort I have ever been to! From arrival to check out, my boyfriend and I loved every minute of it. We went in November 2016 for my birthday and the weather was amazing. Upon arrival, we were greeted with the most amazing service and hands down the best margarita I have ever had. They offered a margarita or amazing hibiscus tea! Checking in, we were greeted on their porch and walked through the different amenities and features of the hotel. We arrived early in the morning and were told our room was not ready yet but they would do the best to accommodate and they did! They took our number and we lounged by the pool until our room was ready. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to their amazing villa! We had our own private pool and jacuzzi right in front of the water. The restaurants were all pretty good but the most memorable one was Mita Mary's Boat Bistro! Fresh seafood and unbelievable!! We decided to go offsite (5 minutes away) for dinner one night at Sufi and boy was that incredible. They dropped you off on a golf cart and picked you up when you were ready. The most amazing benefit was the butler service!!! They literally took care of anything you could imagine. They packed and unpacked your bags and took care of all reservations. They even decorated my room full of flowers, balloons and cake for an amazing surprise! The staff all remembered your name and all of your drink orders! ;) when you're laying at the beach club they have wonderful ladies that come by and give you massages and clean your sunglasses! Complimentary water shoes available as well. We did go to the spa one day and I absolutely recommend it. Wish we would have stayed longer as they have the best relaxation rooms. Our vacation was 4 days 3 nights and next time I come I'll make it a little longer! I would recommend this place to anyone! You won't regret it. read more

We stayed at St. Regis Punta Mita for 10 days (February 2020) and were repeatedly harassed by security guards of the Punta Mita property. They would stop us repeatedly at the gate and tell us we couldn't leave the property on bicycles, would write our license plates when we drove a car and take a long time to do a security check when leaving and re-entering the Punta Mita complex, and so on. Their way of communication was not very polite and occasionally fairly menacing. Safety is important, but this was too much, very annoying and disrespectful to me, my wife and our three small children. I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay there unless they don't mind being treated like a potential suspect or a security threat on your vacation. read more

Just back to the real world after five days with perfect weather at the St Regis. This is a wonderful resort with all sorts of positives. Here are the pros and cons. I will dispense with the cons: ZERO. Now for the pros: 1. The location is about 50 minutes for the airport with a number of easy options to get to the resort. The resort property (and the surrounding development) is huge. The St. Regis resort is one part of the overall development. This property is incredibly beautiful. It is easy large enough so you do not feel confined but very walk-able. The property is designed with nice walking paths between the various resort structures. The overall design of the property is extremely well thought through. A+ 2. Service has to be their hallmark. With one exception the staff are wonderful. I had to get used to how willing they are to assist you. (this is cynical Bostonian in me). Bring coffee to the room in the AM; press garments that were wrinkled; make dinner reservations; answer your questions or simply help you with your Spanish pronunciations; all was done with a smile. A++ 3. Checking in was different to say the least. After almost 40 years for traveling for business (how fast can I get in and out) the welcome here upon arrival set the tone for the stay. When you get out of the car they hand you a cold towel, a Marguerite and usher you to an outdoor seating area with the most incredible view of the ocean while they "check" you in. A++ 4. There are a number of pools one of which is adult only. They are all infinity pools with hot tubs near them, spectacular views of the beach / ocean served by wait staff that bring drinks and food. They also have the nicest young lady who comes around with fresh fruit, Popsicle sticks, cold towels and a kit to clean your sunglasses (someone here really thinks of even the smallest details). The beach is steps away from the pools with the same comfortable lounge chairs available at the pools. Umbrellas are widely available to help with the sun. A+ 5. Four of the five restaurants were awesome. (The 5th one we simply did not get to during the week. I suspect it is equally awesome). My favorite was Mita Mary's; a shack on the beach serving fish. This place looks like central casting set it up with perfect sunsets, seating literally on the beach, superior service and killer fish dishes. We ate here 3 of the six nights (it was closed one night or it would have been 4 out of six). Sea Breeze was the other restaurant we had dinner at on two nights. Again service was spectacular, the food wonderful (try the steak cooked on bed of rock salt; it was fabulous) and atmosphere perfect. A+++ 6. The rooms are very nice with decks or balconies for sitting out in the morning with coffee or at night after dinner. Our room had a very cool outdoor shower. I was working part of the time so I did use the WiFi. I was super fast. A 7. The gym rat in me requires a daily work out. They have a nice compact gym which will let you get a good work out which is much needed given the quantity of booze I imbibed. They could use a set of medicine balls and some better mats. If there is heaven I think this is what it would look like. At least for me. A boat shipped wrecked on the beach made into a cafe with fresh seafood daily and tequila! A hammock swinging in a nest of sand. My son frolicking in the pool and kicking the soccer ball back and fourth to one of the friendly staffers. A margarita class on how to make an original Mexican margarita is just fun!! But one of the best two things is the massage with an out door private relaxing area where you can unwind before or after your treatment, it's just bliss! The other which may sound minimal is the outdoor shower in our room. Something about being connected back to our earth and long past just felt heavenly. The St. Regis used to be an amazing 5 star property. Unfortunately, it has declined in the past couple years or at least since the new management took over the property. My sister-in-law was married here, and my wife and I have stayed at this resort six times previously. This hotel and property used to be a really special place, seamless and awe inspiring. This trip was lacking. When we asked something to be boxed and sent to the room from the pool the staff said that they would send the items through the butler (provided in every room) it never arrived. What's more infuriating was when we asked where the item was the butler had no clue and it was never mentioned again, but appeared on the bill. More of the same, we ordered a drink which was kicked over by staff and had to ask for it to be replaced. When the drink was replaced I was a different drink altogether--but wait--we were charged for a more expensive drink. Additionally, when the room was cleaned the toiletries were never restocked. The same can be said about Mita Mary's. The seafood platter used to be epic and worth it. This time Mita Mary's was a bit of a joke. Please do not say the platter comes with two lobster tails and the cut one in half and call it two tails. We also ordered a bottle of wine to the room one night. It took an hour, the wrong wine was brought, then we were told that we ordered the wrong wine. What's worse, when we pointed out that the menu stated sav blanc and the hotel brought Chardonnay--which was not on the menu--they tried to up sell us. The rooms are nice as are the pools and beaches. But eat off property. Like Sufi or in the town of Punta Mita. What's unfortunate is that the staff seems to care, especially the butlers. however there are too many gaps in service and you can tell that it's not the staff's fault it seems to be cutting corners for cost by management. If you're going to stay inside the gated portion of Punta Mita consider one of the other five star hotels, the St Regis has lost its magic and is not the same hotel it used to be. Don't spend five star money for a three star experience--you're vacation is worth more. read more

I am in love with this resort!! I just got back after spending five amazing days with my mother for her birthday! Everyone treated her like a queen and she had such a great birthday and I am sure we both will never forget it. Louis and Carlos were excellent butlers and helped us with so much. They had our boarding passes printed the day we were leaving and took care of things we didn't even think of. The food at Mita Mary (the boat on the beach) was so good and we loved the fish tacos daily. The staff on the beach was also excellent. I had one of the best facials of my life in Remede Spa and used the gym daily. I am such a big fan and will recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway! St Regis Punta Mita not only blew us away with how beautiful it is, but the customer service is unsurpassed. From the time of check in and everyday since it never wavered. The staff is excellent, but the ones that really stood out to us are Samuel from the pool, Renee from Carolinas and last but not least our butler, Juan. They made our trip extra special with their top notch service. They are the best! We will most definitely be returning. read more

Why did I give this hotel one star? Because their service is awful. It's all talk and no results. We were here five months ago and while I broke my arm because of their negligence it was still a better visit than this week. But probably because I believed the talk. THe hotel is at Low season. That's an understatement. Low must also translate as low service and low standards. No one greeted us in our room as they did 5 months ago, no turn down service...so my son slept in our bed...no nothing. We showered but will have to wait until maid service arrives to get fresh towels for tomorrow. While this seems like small potatoes, this isn't holiday inn. We paid a lot of money for a RESORT, which clearly this is not. Management? Where are you? THe previous manager is gone from our last visit. No surprise. He promised "I will make it up to you on your next visit!" And "there will be a discount from the hospital (rip off) and local clinic (HUGE rip off)." I broke my arm there and what did they offer for their poor outdoor lighting? $100 room credit. Thanks. The bill from the rip off hospital they sent me to?2500.00 ...they promised a reduction because it was a "rip off" in their words. Nothing!! We returned thinking this visit would be special. Nope. Check in and good night. Thank you for your money. We sent friends here who after two days checked out and went to the four seasons because service was awful. Sadly, I agree!!! They were smart. Definitely not staying here again. This place is a 2 star hotel at best. Thanks Violeta and Mauro for nada. The auto response?? "I'll check with my manager". Nothing ever happens!! Total rip off. And Alejandro? (The former manager), I assume you left for a better job where they respect customers who spend a lot of money to enjoy their vacation. This place is not worth it. Four seasons? Or W? Staff was great but they couldn't turn the worst experience around for us! The resort was booked with a 4 day golf event. Strobe lights and Club style music with karaoke played for hours each night until midnight adjacent to our overpriced beachfront room. Will never stay here again! Our friends at four seasons are having a great experience. We'll book there next time. read more

We love this resort but I cannot give five stars because of the House music playing on the beach. We chose this spot over the W because we don't want to feel like we are at a nightclub! Also the AC in our room was broken. Other than that, service and food and facilities all great! read more

This was my first experience staying at a St Regis and I cannot commend this resort enough !! I went for my birthday last month and it was the best Hotel experience I have had in my entire life. From arrival to departure, every single person we dealt with treated us as if we were a movie star. The grounds are beautiful, pools are spectacular and the restaurants are all top notch. We hardly left the resort the four days we were there. I love to travel and rarely like to repeat places but this place will be one highly on my list to go back to and SOON.
