The manager refused and was particularly nasty. We are regular customers and are disappointed that one nasty manager could turn us off to a store . Never again!! Very disappointed in how my board was waxed. I had a scratch on it and asked for the board to be…read morewaxed and for them to fill the scratch. They charged me $42 and didn't even fix it. There still was a piece hanging off of the scratch, it wasn't even properly waxed. When I received my board for pick up it barely even looked like it had any maintenance done to it. This place is a rip off, better off going somewhere else. They also got rid of military discounts, they had it last season in 2024 and this year they didn't. Rather have gotten my money back because now I have to take it to a better shop that'll actually wax and fill the scratch which I asked this shop to do and instead they just take your money and don't do what they said.

They spent a lot of time with me making sure I was getting the right products, and they never tried talking me into more expensive options. It seemed like they enjoy their jobs and love the skiing subculture. It is the polar opposite of a "big box" store. The building is charming, like an old ski chalet with a fireplace and a scenic view. The employees all seemed to be skiing experts. They got my bindings installed same day so I could hit the slopes tomorrow. My family and I will definitely be returning customers, and I recommend Alpine Sport Shop 100%.
