Even after expressing concern, she refused to allow us any nuts that were sitting right in front of us. The shop had about 20 patrons at the time with more customers coming in. Even worse the young girls laughed at my wife and I. The store's posted hours are 11a-9:30p. I have worked in food retail and food service for 21 years with much of my experience in management. Ive worked ice-cream shops. Im currently an account manager in food retail for a fortune 200 company. I have never allowed my staff to act this way. Customers are the life blood of a business. Ive always taught that you go above and beyond to deliver exceptional user experience. You don't close up before posted hours, deny service or snicker at a customer's reasonable concerns.
