Orders are usually correct. Girls are usually polite and work fast to keep up with the never ending line of cars. Oh speaking of girls I think the owner has a type! Does not have a grill so only has microwave hot dogs and fried chicken. Since 2020 has refused to open dining room claiming hiring issues even though nearby McDonalds is always well staffed. Expect long wait times for food. Long lines in early evenings. Sketchy owner mostly hires young blonde females which may be why he has trouble. Ice cream is subpar compared to Kohr's Custard or the hard ice cream available a few miles away in West Grove. Does not deserve your business. read more

Indoor dining has yet to reopen since closing in 2020. Apparently I'm in the minority here but, I appreciate the hiring off all the teenager employees. They are all always friendly and nice to my kids when we pull through the drive thru. Kudos to the owner for giving those kids some place productive to spend their time! Undeniably rude customer service at this Dairy Queen! I've visited this establishment for years. Usually the employees are fine. They are not overly nice or mean. But today, wow! I placed an order on door dash to pick up my order. I joined the drive thru and told them I was here to pick up my order. They were down right nasty. The girl very rudely said "door dash is in the lobby." To which I said, "oh okay, but I'm not a door dash employee, I'm a customer picking up my order." She very rudely said "um door dash in the lobby." So, I just cancelled my pickup order and went else where. 1.) there's a sign on the door which states "lobby is closed. Drive thru only." 2.) McDonald's, Starbucks, and every other fast food restaurant allows you to pick up your mobile order in the drive thru. 3.) every time you go inside a restaurant or store, you are risking health due to covid. if I prefer to stay in my car i should be permitted to do so. Came to drive thru a little before 10pm closing time. Recommend that they close the drive thru 5 minutes before closing!! Workers were very rude (after taking our order) and after one of the girls handed us three of our items, another girl proceeded to tell us that they closed four minutes ago and were cleaning up. Ok....and?? If you're going to take our order, don't act rude towards YOUR customers. Learn a little customer service. It's understandable that it's late, but use common sense and close it up a little early if you're going to make passive aggressive comments towards paying customers. read more

I called this DQ as a last resort. I needed a cake with a little bear on it. While they did not have the picture that my 5 year old had picked out, the offered to do it by hand. I was a little leary about it, but had no other option. When my husband brought the cake home both my son and I LOVED IT!! The girl (who is the only one there that can hand decorate the cakes) did an amazing job!! We received many compliments on it and my son was truly thrilled, and that to me is all that mattered!
