Saw this place driving by and from the outside it looks like a cool spot. I Bucked a u turn and pulled into the lot. I pulled into the lot and got out only to realize there is a drive through without a sign. They should fixed this. I looked at the menu and the prices caught me off guard. This place is waaayyyy too expensive for the mediocre dessert. I ordered the hot fudge brownie without the fudge. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd get a cold brownie that was pretty hard for $8.00. Nowhere near enough brownie for the ice cream that came with it. I ended up giving it to my daughter. She ordered some soft serve ice cream. A cup of soft serve ice cream for $4 when McDonald's has it for less than $2 and possibly better is crazy. Overall I spent $20 for ice cream and a milkshake. Cute local place for soft serve and Italian ices (or water ices as Bell's calls them). Bell's is a drive through, but you can walk up to the window as well. 16 year old and I placed our order at the window. The teenagers working there were friendly and helpful. Besides the usual cones and cups, you can order sundaes, shakes, and flurries. 16 year old ordered a "Gelati"- layers of water ices and vanilla soft serve. I ordered a cup of chocolate hazelnut water ice. The soft serve was okay, (soft and creamy but honestly, not much vanilla flavor. The chocolate water ice had a delicious rich chocolate flavor. We've been twice now, the milkshakes are absolutely amazing! Their ice cream is fine, a bit pricey but so is everyone's these days. My biggest hesitation in giving it 4 stars is the lack of ice cream flavors. For the milk shakes there are a decent variety of flavors, but they are achieved by adding fruit or sauce to vanilla ice cream, so if you want a milk shake you're in good company, but if you want a flavor of ice cream outside of the classic choices you are out of luck. They do have a flavor swirl option where they add sauce to your ice cream but it varies. I added the Strawberry and it was quite good, my fiance added the cappuccino and the flavor was so light it tasted almost exactly like plain vanilla. Update: Stopped by tonight for some treats and was sadly disappointed. If you are going to have a "hot" fudge sundae on your menu then you need to have HOT fudge, otherwise its just a fudge sundae. I was expecting nice warm fudge slightly melting my ice cream, but instead I got room temperature goop that made for a very unpleasant experience. If it was listed as a fudge sundae I would have never ordered it, and the prices are too high to not accurately list your items. Just happened to be passing through on a roadtrip and stopped by on a whim for the pumpkin pie milkshake. Got a large which was $8 but genuinely humongous (split between me and my mom and we didn't finish it all the way). It was honestly one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. The woman who served us was very nice and prepared the shake perfectly. They even have fresh, REAL whipped cream which is thick and creamy and delicious. Definitely worth a stop at least for their current seasonal delights, I think there was real pumpkin pie filling in our shake! Came here for the first time on a weekend afternoon. We ordered the pumpkin pie flurry and the peanut butter parfait. Total was around $11. What's hot - Location. It's around a pretty common intersection around other gas stations. Drive thru. Convenient and helpful - Menu options. There are sweet and savory options. For example, they have ice cream/frozen yogurt options, hot dogs, etc... Pretty nice that you can get both. - Quality. Delicious. The peanut butter parfait had good peanut butter, caramel sauce, and a whole peanut butter cup. My pumpkin pie flurry had graham cracker bits in it, which gave it extra crunch. My pumpkin pie flurry didn't taste too much like pumpkin pie, though. It was mostly vanilla ice cream with graham cracker bits, some cinnamon and whipped cream. I probably wouldn't get the pumpkin pie flurry again, but would recommend the peanut butter parfait. - Price. $11 for two ice cream options. Not too expensive. Reasonable. What's not - Menu layout. Their menu is on tv screens that sometimes change. That means it's difficult to view the screens because of the glare. - Physical Layout. There are no sit down options around, like a few tables and chairs. We were originally standing around then went to our car and turned on the ignition to get some AC. Granted, it's not a restaurant, but there isn't any place to just sit down, chill, n enjoy your treats. Inconvenient. Final answer Willing to come back, but probably not a first choice. read more

Family owned and operated, this place has been killin it for 10+ years! If you're ever in the region of the incredibly large borough of Parkesburg (about 1 mile) you probably definitely need ice cream. My own testimony- I wanted a small cone dipped in chocolate with sprinkles. DQ tells me, sorry can't do that, the sprinkles won't stick to the chocolate. It's your standard soft serve joint, but there's just something about the occasional sundae topped with diabetes-inducing syrups that warms your soul...or cools it down depending on how hot it is. Walked up to order, couldn't see menus because of the sun glare. Stood there to order 2 ladies inside one younger one older, looked at us, kept talking without any acknowledgment. My son knocked on window turned and looked at us still did not acknowledge us. We started to walk away when the older lady said we can help you I said well we've been standing here for 5 mins, then said something about only have 1 register. I used to like this place but the prices have gone up and portions have gone down. I wondered when I drive by there is no lines now I know when the other night I got a puny size small cone for 3.85! The ice cream was runny too not thick style soft serve which means they put too much water in the mix.
