We always get our milk, eggs, snacks, fruits and soap/detergent from here. Plus I always buy rotisserie chicken from here, it's always hot, juicy and fresh. They have good return/exchange policy, however their return line is always very slow. They need to work on that issue. Apart from that it's always a good experience. I also love their small cafe, my favourite is poutine and my daughter loves their sundae, and the prices are pocket friendly.

It took 3 days for the pick up email to come, that's totally okay and understandable as they have mentioned that it can take more time than normal for email to come. It's my day off and I plan to pick it up around 9 am. I reach there and I am surprised to see a big lineup of cars just to reach the designated pick up parking spots. I think there were around 25-30 ahead of me. It took me 2.5 hours to get my products. They have big big parking lot and they just assigned 6 parking spots for curbside. Totally a disaster arrangement. They could have had atleast 30 pick up spots and it would have been so much faster. They need better management for sure. Overall not a good experience, but I am still thankful that they have been open during these hard times. But they could have managed it way better and would have had really happy customers. I will try a different location next time.

I actually love Canadian Tire as a chain as you can find some excellent stuff with great prices…read more This time I wanted to buy tomato cages for my plants so headed to their Garden Centre Cause of the pandemic the Garden Centre was closed from outside so went into the store to go to the garden centre This particular store as always looks overcrowded and disorganized with stuff just thrown around (not neatly stacked) so looks like in a mess However the stuff you can buy there is value for money great stuff which you can definitely not get outside for the price Headed to the Garden Centre there was no one to help out there looking or tomato cages just couldn't find them there I asked another customer if she could spot a store attendant she said she was looking for one too Finally after looking for some time found my tomato cages Wanted to buy a shovel and a few more things but gave up as could nt. get help with it Picked up my stuff and headed to the cash counter to pay So before you go here go to their website see what you want and go and pick it up as trying to look for things in this cluttered store with no store attendants is an uphill task Of course since this store is closest to my home and as they have some great deals will go here often but will as always check out if what I'm looking for is available at this location and then plan

I visited again with my mother today (Feb 1) and was told that the same item is now $60! I even have his business card where I wrote down the quoted price of $40, but now he completely denies it! He did the same with another piece of jewelry that we had an eye on. It's really off-putting (and borderline unethical) to revisit the same shop, only to find out prices have increased by 150% within a matter of 10 days!!!
