Who doesn't love a good deal!! You always get some good deals and prices at Costco. Plus the quality of products is always good. We always get our milk, eggs, snacks, fruits and soap/detergent from here. Plus I always buy rotisserie chicken from here, it's always hot, juicy and fresh. They have good return/exchange policy, however their return line is always very slow. They need to work on that issue. Apart from that it's always a good experience. Costco Wholesale - Wholesale Stores Near Me - Brampton, Ontario

As a general rule, virtually all Costco's deserve 4 stars based on their business model and the fact that the product is virtually identical anywhere you go. Staff are usually great no matter where you go, and this one is no different. I've also been to this one far more than any other location, but I have to give it 3 stars based on the fact that this is often the most crowded location I've visited and that they won't always use all available tills. Back when I moved to the area a few years ago, I remember staff saying relief was coming as they would be building another location in the city. Turns out the one they eventually built is about as far on the fringe of the city as possible - right off of Hwy 50 towards Vaughan. Hardly any relief for this location. Honestly, what bothers me most is simply that during some really busy periods, such as when I visited last Friday, they will still have a handful of tills closed - even when lines are pushing back into the shopping aisles. I hate to be the person with a Brampton complex feeling like the world is against it - but I honestly don't think they would try to pull that at other locations. Ultimately, there's no issue with their product and you can find quieter times, but sometimes you can't plan around that and I would prefer better service which they seem to offer other locations. read more

So first off I love Cosco and this is my most visited location because it's the one closest to my house. Costco is great and I always find great deals especially on clothing and things in the middle like shoes another great household accessories. The groceries here are great and so are the prices but somethings are just a bit too much. Now this location in particular can be a little frustrating because it's smaller than some of the other warehouses and it's always jampacked with people. The parking situation is a mess all on its own and you always have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to find parking which is ridiculous when you are quickly trying to get in and out. The staff is nice but sometimes you get it oddball here and there. They just need to have longer hours at this location so the rush can be a little less. read more

I remember way back when this location first opened, back before Wal-Mart, or before anything was in this plaza, Costco was always the place to go for a better shopping experience. fast forward to now a days this location is one of the stronger locations in the GTA. great accessibility with a huge amount of parking. great inventory and a solid amount of staff eager and happy to help with anything and everything. This is the only location in Brampton so it's always super busy. The parking lot is always full and is poorly designed as the traffic flow is terrible. I would have to say that this location is my least favourite as the layout is disorganized making it very hard to find grocery items. They also don't stock up on their staple items frequently so you end up having to go to another costco. Since it's always busy, you will find yourselves bumping carts with others so I highly recommend to go early in the morning on weekends or during the week to avoid the rush. Every time when I have to deal with customer service department to renew my card or use my credits it is a real nightmare. Customer service is horrible. You will feel like an unwanted guest. They talk very rudely and will ask you to come back few times before you actually get a card. Entering into Costco is very difficult. Most aisles are empty. I never get flyers to my door as they promised. Free samples are great. You really have to know the market prices before you purchase at Costco. some things are really cheap and other really expensive. Most bakery and grocery products are not worth buying in bulk as they don't last long. read more

I shop here mostly because i live in Brampton. Great customer service, well stocked and clean. But, beware of parking routes and stupid drivers. Gets hectic at busy times (weekends) so avoid. My family goes to costco very often and i always go with them because i think we can all agree going to costco is so fun. Sometimes its not that organized which makes shopping here a bit confusing but i still really enjoy the times i spend here. There are very great deals on some cothing brands sometimes as well as with toys, books and food. I don't even want to begin to explain that the cashier was in a pissy mood and because of that she refused to sell me my products she said she didn't take debit and because i didn't have my husband with me who has the same account she didn't want to take my payment I left a cart full of items for my 2 young kids, my kids were so upset and cried asking why they lady didn't let them have their food? Yup Canada is starting to suck big time. Not to mention she was a racist, i am so over you costco you suck and I will tell anyone I encounter how bad you suck. We went for a covid swab test in pharmacy dept and was told that an appointment was needed. I just wish it's more systematic. The Pharmacist named Delati gives us a runs round. She told us that if we want it it's not gonna be right away and that she don't have time because there's a long line in the window and they are short staff. The other Pharmacist talk to us but in a high voice telling us that it's not gonna be right away. I told them if it's by appointment then when is the soonest they could do it and no clear answer basically depends on Pharmacist. If the testing schedule system is transparent and systematic then it will be easy for the customer and not to beg for Pharmacist to do it. I hope they could treat customer better. I'm very upset and for 2 hrs waiting there I saw couple of complaining and mad. I understand that sometimes staff were short and that they are extremely busy but why do customer need to be treated so badI'd been to many costo branch and so far this the only branch w rude staff. read more

I am so disappointed in Costco. I purchased cigarettes which turned out to have a manufacturers defect in a number of them ( a short tear in the paper), when I returned them they refused to take them back or compensate me for this manufacturing defect. This was always one of the things I really liked about Costco, they stood behind what they sold- guess I was wrong. It will certainly colour my future purchase decisions!!! read more

This used to be my friendly neighborhood costco and I still visit it when I'm headed in or out of Brampton and a costco stop is needed. I find that their selection is a little different from my usual costco (heartland) and doesn't carry all of the things I usually buy. It is however a much more open and spacious location. Brampton has a smaller population than Mississauga so it makes sense. As with any costco though, go during a weekday if you can to avoid the craziness. The cashiers are quick and courteous and the people who check your cart at the exit actually watched my cart so I could pop to the bathroom quickly. Costco is always worth the price of the membership - the prices on bulk stuff can be awesome, but slightly annoying how someone always tries to sell me on the executive membership. The parking lot is a bit of a madhouse but it's right off the highway so it's definitely a convenient location to get to. I am pretty sure it's the only costco in Brampton. read more
